To prove that the defendant is guilty of this crime, the People must prove that:

1. The defendant signed (someone else's name/ [or] a false name) to [a/an] <insert type[s] of document[s] from Pen. Code, � 470(d)>;

2. The defendant did not have authority to sign that name;

3. The defendant knew that (he/she) did not have that authority;

AND

4. When the defendant signed the document, (he/she) intended to defraud.

CRISCO WROTE THE SIGNATURES OF HIS CAMPAIGN Treasurer AND DEPUTY TREASURER ON SWORN DOCUMENTS WHICH WERE NOTARIZED IN HIS PRESENCE ACCORDING TO A 10 PAGE AGREEMENT HE NEGOTIATED. FOR ALL OF THIS CRISCO WAS FINED $4000 BY THE STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION. HE LOST THE CHANCE OF RECEIVING $85,000 IN CAMPAIGN FUNDS BECAUSE OF THE DISCLOSURE OF FORGERY.  State Senator Joe “The Forger” Crisco gets away with it.

Connecticut Resistance will be protesting State Senator Joe “The Forger” Crisco.

WHEN: Saturday July 18th at noon until 1 pm.

WHERE: Town Green Woodbridge, CT  11 Meetinghouse Ln

WHY: Crisco admitted to 6 counts of forgery and there has been no investigation by the Legislature and no criminal charges.
