The Black Swan Theory (in Nassim Nicholas Taleb's version) refers to high-impact, hard-to-predict, and rare events beyond the realm of normal expectations. Unlike the philosophical "black swan problem", the "Black Swan Theory" (capitalized) refers only to events of large magnitude and consequence and their dominant role in history. "Black Swan" events are considered extreme outliers.
The term Black Swan comes from the 17th century European assumption that 'All swans are white'. In that context, a black swan was a symbol for something that was impossible or could not exist. In the 18th Century, the discovery of black swans in Western Australia^[3] metamorphosed the term to connote that a perceived impossibility may actually come to pass.  Information above culled from Wikipedia.


Everyone has seen a white swan floating on the water. Most people only give them a second look . But to see a Black Swan floating in the water is something to take note of.  How many North Americans have ever seen a real live black swan? Not many, but they do exist in great numbers in Australia.

THE POINT HERE IS THIS. We at TNBTP are predicting a BLACK SWAN EVENT, something that will be a complete shock to all Americans. What will it be? The charge which will set the Black Swan Event in motion will not be home grown. It will come from abroad. Perhaps China, Japan, Russia or maybe Australia. Take your pick. We predict that the event will cause devastation to the United States standing in the world. And we may add that this Black Swan Event will not be triggered by acts of violence or threats of War, but it will be Revolutionary. Once triggered the 2nd Revolution will come to our shores. The main target date is 2010, it will come when least expected, it will roll over this country like a tsunami. As Elton John sang about a "rolling wave", the impact of this Black Swan Event will feel even worse, but not to your skin. It will devastate your psyche.  BE PREPARED, MAKE PLANS NOW, THE BLACK SWAN EVENT IS COMING IN THE NEXT 18 MONTHS.
