When the government believes it knows best it is time to make it known to them that "WE THE PEOPLE" are the government of the People by the People and for the People. The senators and congressmen serve us, not the other way around.  Big government is responsible for the Banking fiasco, the Madoff scandal, the AIG collapse and above all the destruction to the wealth of millions of hardworking Americans and retirees. Their lives have been inexorably altered by the failure of our regulators. The bureaucracy was not up to the task, millions of bureaucrats were not competent to do the job they were hired for. Banks, insurance companies, financial institutions and the Madoffs of the world were able duck the regulators. The system failed, their radar did not detect a crash landing. The advocates of Big Government did not have a fail safe system.  Turf battles, bureaucracy out of control, untrained personnel, complex regulations, skill sets not appropriate for the job and most of all passing of responsibility.

This is why on Saturday, in Washington D.C. the Tea Party Patriots, will voice their opinion and outrage of what Big Government has gotten us into. Bigger is not better. Be there in Washington D.C. on September 12th 2009. If you can't make it to D.C. turn on the television, the networks will cover the event.
