THE TEA PARTY EXPRESS PASSED THROUGH HARTFORD CONNECTICUT

The Tea Party Express made a stop in Hartford Connecticut today on its way to Washington D.C. Two more stops were on their itinerary, one in Bridgeport Connecticut and the other in Toms River New Jersey. Well over two thousand people showed up for the protest rally which was located at the north steps of the Capitol in Hartford.  The miserable weather was responsible for keeping the turnout lower than expected. However, speaker after speaker were as enthusiastic as if it was a bright sunny day. Jim Bancroft moderated the event which was sponsored by the Hartford Tea Party Patriots. However, the moderators from the Tea Party Express  included Mark Williams, talk show host, Deborah Johns of Our Country Deserves a Better PAC.  The entertainment was provided by none other than Lloyd Marcus who is the singer/song writer of the "American Tea Party Anthem", the Rivoli Revue, Diana Nagy and the Perugini sisters who sang the National Anthem. Congratulations to all for a job well done.
