TWO MILLION AND COUNTING, PART II

Do not let  the liberal media give you a different picture of what happened on Saturday, September 12, 2009.  Two million people from all 50 States turned out at a protest rally on the front lawn of the Capitol in Washington D.C. The March to the Capitol started from 14th Street where the crowd legged it to the Capitol. The out pouring of patriotism was an awe inspiring event. It highlighted the dissatisfaction with the Obama administration and its socialist agenda. The grassroots effort was not some astro turf staged affair. The word most often heard by speaker after speaker, no matter their color, was that we are all Americans who believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  They want big government and the bureaucracy out of their lives. The New Boston Tea Party was present at the event along with many Connecticut organizations including the, Connecticut Patriot Alliance, Dump Dodd 2001, The Hartford Tea Party Patriots, Right Principles, The Independent Caucus and the National Home Education Defense League.
