Below are excerpts from an article  published in the Wall Street Journal on December 10, 2009. Front page, Beyond The Bubble, by Mark Whitehouse. If you think that life is fair, you are dead wrong. We have been informing our loyal readers for almost two years on how the debtors has been given a silver spoon by the progressive socialists and the creditors have been knifed in the back. Wait until you read this story, your blood will reach a boiling point and insighted to do things you did think were possible; like joining the Tea Party Movement.

Here is the story: School Teacher Ms. Richey arrived in Palmdale California back in 1999, bought  a house in 2004, no down payment. Nice house, granite, pool and the rest of the accouterments. The value of the house plunged to less than $200,000. Her mortgage was $420,000, $3700 in monthly mortgage payments. In May of 2009, the monthly rental payments on the home and two rentals were too burdensome. (A school teacher with two rentals, experienced in real estate we bet) Time to cut a deal with Wells Fargo. She got a modification, new monthly payment $3000. But she turned down the offer. She sold the house, apparently in a short sale type of situation for $195,000.  The bank accepted the money.

Ms. Richey is also considering walking away on the two rentals. Now Ms. Richey is in her new rental home, she has a new dining room set, cost $1800. To quote Ms. Richey, "you take a risk for the American Dream."  TNBTP calls this lady a low life, an example of the low class scum that has undermined our country. They have passed on their liabilities on to the responsible Patriotic American. And to top it all of this person is a school teacher, most likely belonging to a socialist union. Do you imagine having her teach your children to be unethical and how the easy ways to shirk you responsibilities? Believe us when we say that a REVOLUTION IS COMING.

And now this brings us to the next low life, Mr. Fernandez, a firefighter no less and most likely he belongs to a socialist screw the public union. He did to the Patriotic Tax Payer what he did to the bank, screwed them. He stopped making payments on his $4800 mortgage.   He had two mortgages on his house totaling $423,000.  He is in discussion to sell his home for about $300,000 to settle the debt.  He moved out.  Please note, the home is not his, it is basically owned by the bank. 

Mr. Fernandez moved to a rental of $2200 per month. Mr. Fernandez says, "he now has the wherewithal to do things he couldn't when he was stretching to pay the $4800 mortgage. He has gone to concerts and was able to keep his BMW 6 Series Coupe which has payments of $700 per month. This low life firefighter makes $8200 per month or $98,400 per year. He has left you, the Patriot, the American Tax Payer,  to clean up the mess and pay his bill.  Another example of union socialist scum levying more taxes on the American taxpayer to payoff  his debt. Hey taxpayer are you ready for REVOLUTION? We are.  

These are two examples of the liberal progressive scum  that has mindset that says, it is not my fault, I have been taken advantage of.  Laws to prevent this must be passed. We need to punish those in society who take advantage of others. These people were able to make their payments, but they felt the burden was unfair, they wanted a better life. We ask, if the property values increased and the respective owners sold them for twice their purchase price, would they split the difference with the bank?  Americans Wake Up to what is happening to your Country.  

We advocate that any person who works for the Federal, State or Local Government who reneges on their mortgage should be fired immediately. How do you feel about that?  

We have a unique idea. "Americans, stop paying your mortgage, demand that the bank renegotiate a 50% discount on its current balance. If they don't comply, stop paying the mortgage and live rent free for the next 5 years while you fight them in court. Don't pay taxes, don't pay make the mortgage payment, don't do maintenance. you will save at least $150,000.   Do you think the banks will sue 75 million people? Not really, in the end they will beg you to take the 50% discount. And who will pay for this? Who else, the FED, they will start the printing presses one more time.
