SCOTT BROWN CLOSED THE BOOK ON THE KENNEDY LEGACY BUT THE UNIONS STILL MARCH ON

The American People will always remember the Kennedy's. They were our Royal Family. Jackie with here eloquent dignity and Jack with his effervescent smile. And of course we remember Ted, known as the Lion of the House, his legacy will be talked about for generations. And not to forget Bobby, a fierce fighter for what he believed was right. As of Tuesday, Ted Kennedy's seat is gone for good, the People now hold that seat. The book will finally be closed on the Kennedy's of Massachusetts.

Scott Brown's win in  Massachusetts provides prima facia evidence that major changes are coming to BIG GOVERNMENTIF THEY CAN DO IT IN MASSACHUSETTS, WE CAN DO IT IN THE OTHER 49 STATES. Obama said that the same anger that elected him was evident in Massachusetts. Obama has this all wrong. This is the second time that Obama spoke prematurely, he does not really understand why Brown was elected. Obama seems to think that the people are angry for reasons other than the socialization of America. Let's get this straight, THE PEOPLE ARE ANGRY BECAUSE OF THE SOCIALIZATION OF AMERICA.  He will not be given a second chance to "recalibrate" his incorrect assessment of number 41'S VICTORY.

To back up a bit, we must bring you, the Patriotic American, up to date on why we face the quagmire we are in today. Although we have blogged about it  numerous times, we never did indicate the reason for the construction of BIG GOVERNMENT. This brings us back to Jack Kennedy. As the torch was passed to a new generation back in 1960, several actions took place, some good, others bad. Taxes were reduced, that was good. And to quote President Kennedy from his presidential speech, "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country". These were memorable moments. But one fact remains. And that little fact is the reason why we are in the mess we are in today.

President Kennedy signed Executive Order 10988, allowing the unionization of the Federal Workforce. http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/index.php?pid=58926 From that day on, we saw the virtual explosion  of AFSCME, SEIU and NEA representing government workers. These powerful unions, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, the Service Employees International Union and the National Educational Association. These Socialist Unions have sucked the life blood out of the American Economy and if not stopped soon, will bankrupt us for good. Scott Brown heard that message and ran with it. It is now time that the people give that message to  politicians seeking re-election and the new comers running for office."We want government out of our lives, we want government to be down sized now. We can't afford it anymore."

The expansion of the government workforce is directly do to the election of Socialist Bureaucratic Politicians, who believe government can do everything for you.  And how are they elected? If you don't know by now, they are elected by the propaganda of political advertisements mercifully attacking their opponents; community organizing getting out the vote campaigns and voter registration drives. The money for the political advertisements comes from Union Dues. In effect, you the taxpayer, has employed a Unionized Workforce who are your main opposition come election time. The States that line both coasts, the blue states, have felt the effect of union power. Bigger government is their mantra; we can solve your problems. However, this has gone far too long. The hard working taxpayer now realizes that the Union Employed Workforce and their Crony Politicians are the Problem. In order to solve state finances, the power of the aforementioned unions must be diluted. There is no other way.

From Executive Order signed by President Kennedy, SEC. 2. When used in this order, the term "employee organization" means any lawful association, labor organization, federation, council, or brotherhood having as a primary purpose the improvement of working conditions among Federal employees or any craft, trade or industrial union whose membership includes both Federal employees and employees of private organizations; but such term shall not include any organization (1) which asserts the right to strike against the Government of the United States or any agency thereof, or to assist or participate in any such strike, or which imposes a duty or obligation to conduct, assist or participate in any such strike, or (2)which advocates the overthrow of the constitutional form of Government in the United States, or (3) which discriminates with regard to the terms or conditions of membership because of race, color, creed or national origin.

As indicated in blue, part 2 of SEC 2, defines it to be illegal for an employee organization to advocate the overthrow of the constitutional form of Government. Isn't that what the SEIU preaches?
