You will hear the silence from the right and the cheers from the left. Simple protocol. But be prepared for another give away to the Unions that run America. The Teachers Union, the SEIU, the UAW, the AFL-CIO. The unions make up 7% of the private sector and counting the public unions, 12% of the workforce is unionized. Simple math indicates that 88% of our nations workers are not represented by a union. We now can ascertain the reason for the Federal, State and Local entities being on the verge of bankruptcy. The union wage scale including bennies is approximately 100% that of the private sector. Until this is dramatically changed, we will continue down the road of toward bankruptcy.
 
Total national debt including medicare and social security are approaching 200 trillion dollars. Correct! TRILLION. A complete and radical remaking of government from the ground up is necessary. Unless done within the next 5 years, the United States as we know it will be no more. Debts will become more onerous as the years go by. Creditors will demand more in the way of interest, that is if they loan to us at all.  We will see civil strife as social programs are curtailed.

When  tonight is over and the State of the Union has been painted with a pretty face, nothing will have changed. There will be no shining lights pointed toward our shores, only debt collectors at our doors. Big Government will continue and the Private Sector will be made to pay more. We are not going to let the Republicans off the hook either. We have not seen one of their leaders propose a reduction of government programs, spending and entitlements by the 20% needed to bootstrap the economy. The private sector creates jobs, the public sector destroys jobs. Do they or anyone else get it? 

 A New America, A New American, a new way forward, a new way forward IS THE WISH FOR ALL AMERICANS.  Socialism is not the answer.  Presently the politicians do not understand the ramifications of their current largess. For the past 45 years, socialist program after socialist program have patronized and pacified the so called down trodden, the less fortunate, those with an ax to grind, those on the lower rung of the economic scale; the result being a failure. The education system is a failure, the inner cities are failures, the employment of our minorities are a failure. We have failed miserably,  A NEW WAY FORWARD MUST BE FOUND. We cannot continue on the same path. The time has come where those who have leached off the system take responsibiltiy for their actions. Unless this happens, our journey from  this socialistic quicksand will never begin.
