Politicians from all sides are feeling the heat from the Tea Party Revolution. They are now bending, balancing, breaking previous stands to accommodate the agenda of the Tea Party Patriots. Will this work? Can a tiger change its stripes? November will be here in a jiffy. Candidates are being vetted, incumbents have already announced their desire to quit under fire rather than face defeat.  To keep the politicians honest to their promises, vetted candidates are being required to agree to and affirm a set of statements; that they pledge to a set of principle which will form the basis and foundation of their campaign agenda.  For instance, the I-Caucus http://icaucus.ning.com/ is taking the lead in this venture. They have been successful, their support for candidate Jason Chaffetz of Utah is a prime example of grass roots activism leading to success. Representative Chaffetz defeated a 6 term Republican incumbent in a statewide primary. Chaffetz then went on to win the 2008 election against a Democratic opponent with ease.
