We have a unique solution to the Health Care problem.  Send all of those who are sick or in need of medical care to the airport. Not for a plane ride though, put them through the new vision ray machine. This will quickly and expeditiously digitize a person's insides. The digitize record will then be sent to Indian Medical Clinics who will then diagnose any illnesses and recommend the correct procedure, medicine or conduct that must be completed by the individual. Cost savings will be huge, those in need of surgery will be given a free, government paid trip to India and the United States will pay for the procedure. Cost savings will be 70% to 80%. Not that is what we call outsourcing. Problem solved!
