The Head of the  House Ways and Means Committee, Charlie Rangel, says he won't step down. However, some members of his party are not too sure about that. The Democratic controlled House hasTHE WAYS AND MEANS to give Charlie the boot from his HIGH POSITION. Don't cry for this Criminal, he is still a member of the House and there is no telling what he will do next.  But we must mention, it is our duty to out the Criminal. If he was an average citizen, the IRS would have charged him with income tax fraud. And no doubt he would have spent time in the slammer with some of his constituents.
