Rioters typically wear face masks, scarves, and other headgear, in order not to be recognizable and in order to filter tear gas;
To put this in perspective and that is the only way it will make sense for the American people to understand. We are in a very difficult situation and  the trap that has been set is almost ready to be triggered.. First of all, the states with the worst budget deficits are the ones with the most entitlements. Secondly, many of these states have relied on the wealthy to provide a major portion of the revenue derived from the State Income Tax. During the past year, we all know what has happened to the economy, these super rich tax payers lost millions (some made millions) but overall the taxes paid by the upper 5% have decreased substantially.

The states figure that by taxing those who are still in the money more, they will make up a large portion of  the deficit. This is a dream not to come true. The rich do not have their feet in cement, they can easily move to a less taxing environment, Florida or Texas, where there is no income tax. And this is the predicament that the legislators and governors have in the bankrupt states. They can't raise taxes on the middle class anymore nor can they cut benefits to the parasites. What a dilemma. But sooner or later and we know it will be sooner, something has to break; and we predict that benefits will be cut. This will set in motion a violent protest by the tax eating parasites. Not a pleasant scenario by any means.
 
What will the Governors do? Will they send out the National Guard to subdue the protesters? Or will they sit idly by and watch these Johnny come lately socialist eating parasites and their blood thirsty louts trash the major cities? If this happens, where law and order breaks down, will the Patriotic citizen come to the rescue?.  Will anarchy rein? This may not be a scenario many people will understand? To top it off , the Socialist regime in Washington D.C. will not order Federal Troops in; it is their thugs that will be doing the trashing and burning.  And do not be shocked if the riots are set by members of the present governmentt. It iwll be them doing the  trashing and burning.  As this unfolds, Marshall Law will be ordered, Banks will be closed, industries will be Nationalized; a complete takeover of the Federal Government by Criminals.  None of the looters will have been apprehended or killed.  Friendly fire is not an option here.
