The Bill has been signed into law, but is it legal, can it pass muster with the courts? That is the question. Laws come and go, some are repealed, others are found to be unconstitutional. No vetting of the Obama Care by the courts yet. But soon the Obama Care haters(Tea Party Patriots)will have their voices heard. The primary focus will be on the right of the Federal Government to jam (penalize an individual) if they do not buy a product mandated by the Federal Government. If it is ruled constitutional then we have a major problem. But again, problems create opportunities. For instance, if the Republicans capture the House and Senate this year and the presidency in 2012, they can implement their own mandate. Nothing radical, but something simple, like say all citizens who don't have elephants need to purchase one by 2014. A receipt and picture of the elephant must be included in your tax return. Those who do not comply are penalized $1000 worth of peanuts.  Does anyone think that the Supreme Court would rule favorably on this? Probably not. This brings us back to the constitutionality of the Obomb a Care, where the requirement is to purchase a product; no argument, KISS, keep it simple stupid, it is patently illegal, the Supreme Court can't see it any other way, Sotomayor, Ginsberg or not withstanding.
