Many of our readers must have a question regarding economics and the micro/macro effect of reducing taxes. A reasonable question with a simple answer. A hard working American works five months at the minimum to pay his/her federal tax obligation. Suppose they didn't have to do this, supposed they only had to work three months to pay their federal tax obligation? The effect would be two fold, first; and foremost the taxpayer will either save his windfall or spend it. Either way, the economy will benefit, spending will stimulate the economy by increasing the demand for products or services. Saving will be beneficial because it will provide funds for investment.  The greatest cause/effect though will be the reduction of the bureaucracy due to it receiving less revenue, therefore it will have to slim down.

Many economists (socialist school of Lenin/Marx believe that citizens have an obligation to pay taxes for the services provided by the government. The fallacy here is that services provided by the government are in many respects, not needed, costly and only benefit a selective few.  At first this is the case, but as more and more parasites realize that they can get for free, services or products provided by the government, the numbers increase exponentially. That is where we are today. More people get in line for the freebies, a self fulfilling prophecy. However, there are less and less taxpayers to tax to support the government in its profligacy.
 
Many of the Taxpayers have come to realize the sham that has taken place during the past 45 years. Tax to death is not just a saying anymore, but a true fact. Those who pay taxes, only forty plus percent of the population are beginning to understand their fate. As the government continues to grow one program after another, the government's need for revenue continues. There are only two ways to do this, one is to tax the productive and the other is to borrow more. Either way, the economy will suffer. There is no question about it.

In any event, the great sucking sound continues. The Big Government Machine and their parasitic supporters who feed off it, will not be deterred in their efforts to separate the productive from their money. The "getting blood from a rock" phase is close at hand. More and more taxpayers realize the destructive nature of government edicts, policies, laws and regulations have had on the economy. The  frustration continues amongst the working class at Warp Speed. Big government does not want to or ignores this. Reducing taxes is not part of their agenda. However, we repeat, the Tea Party Nation is running out of patience. Once the Revolution begins, the parasitic class will get the message loud and clear,  their days of free lunches, housing, medical care and whatever they receive from Big Government will be over. This is the stage where, the final battle will take place. Only then will "We The People" regain their rights and liberties.
