WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR FREEDOM

Obamacare requires all citizens to be forced into buying health insurance. If you don't, the government will assess a penalty for your failure to purchase it. Hard to stomach, getting ulcers already, just wait, your stash will soon be rationalized by the liberal progressive judges. These are judges who rule by brute force in making law rather than interpreting it. For the past 75 years, presidents have blessed judges of the liberal/socialist bent. These anti-constitutionalist are a major threat to our Republic.

Soon we will know if Obamacare is Constitutional, as it is obviouse that the Supreme Court will rule on it. However, we bring you more important news, the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (liberal-progressive-socialism ideology) has drawn a line in the sand. California passed and the governor signed into law a massive spending cut bill. Hold on said the 9th Circuit  you cannot enact the law because of "equal access" clause in the original 1965 Medicare Statute. Thereby defining entitlement spending as a right. The Ninth Circuit is a bunch of Budget Busters, their action proves once again that the socialist termites will not stop degrading our freedoms. But that is not all, from the West coast to the East coast come more distressing news. A Federal judge in New York blocked the state from furloughing 100,000 state employees. The Judge also blocked the state from withholding a 4% pay increase because it violated the Contract Clause of the Constitution.

There you have it, more and more rights, freedoms and liberties are abridged by the liberal judiciary. To the extent that this happens on a daily basis, we the tax paying citizens will have no choice but to revolt. That is the very reason for the Tea Party to press harder for their demands of getting government out of our lives once and for all.
