Any person worth their salt would address the onslaught of negativity by immediate resigning from office and in turn suspend their bid to become a U.S. Senator.  State Attorney General,  Mr. Richard Blumenthal, admitted that he mis-spoke on several occasions regarding his service in the Viet Nam era. Mr. Blumenthal, the state Attorney General, running for the Senate seat held by the infamous Chris Dodd, supposedly a public figure beyond reproach, will not do the right thing by resigning.

For any man, in pubic or private employment, to live a life of deception speaks out to their moral character. Blumenthal has not as yet done the right thing;  he has taken responsibility for his mistakes, we accept his apology, but this does not absolve him from the public wrath. Richard, we ask you today, please resign and suspend you Senate campaign. Be true to yourself and to the people you serve.  They demand from you no less than what you demand from the citizens of the Nation, truth and justice. This is the only way for you to clear your name and reputation. We The People demand it, but don't expect it.; realize the false life you have led. For once, we ask you to be true  to yourself and the people of Connecticut. By resigning and suspending your Senate bid, the burden will be lifted from your shoulders.

THE TEA PARTY PATRIOTS ASK FOR YOUR RESIGNATION. Sometimes you can learn more about the character of a man in defeat than victory. A perfect example is Mr. Galarraga, he was denied a Perfect game, but held his head high with dignity. That is someone to be admired, a shining example in today's world. We need to say no more.
