WHY DO WE PROTEST? WHY WE WANT CHANGE, WHY WE WILL CONTINUE OUR CRUSADE

It started with one and now it numbers in the millions, our movement is like a snowball rolling down a steep hill, gathering snow as it advances, continuing the journey to its final destination.  Once there, we see a beautiful shape, molded together by a spirit of love. We the Tea Party Patriots love our Country and honor those who have built it. Our foundation is built on Principles that have stood the test of time and praised by past generations. From the beginning of time, no Country has achieved what we have here in the United States; where generation upon generation have come to celebrate Freedom, Liberty and Justice for all. We are a people of ideas, but most of all a people  who believe in themselves. We harbor no ill feelings toward anyone, no matter what country they came from nor the color of their skin. This is the United States, the land of the free. Our Country was built by people like you, it was not built by the government, but by the people.

Today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, we will protest the government that has taken upon itself to not listen to the will of the people. Our government has taken a different course, one that is leading us to a social armageddon . They have turned their back on the will of the people, but have catered to the whims of a few. Their agenda is un-American. The political class has turned its back on our Constitution, they have forged partnerships with those who seek to destroy our way of life, they have turned on its citizens. Because of this, we have no choice but to manifest our angst by protesting. We will not stop our protest until we reach our goal.  We must continue to remind Big Government that Tea Party Day is Everyday.  

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government".

The Declaration of Independence says that all men are created equal, this means that they have certain unalienable rights, that they can't be prohibited from enjoying them. It does not say that all men are equal in intelligence, it did not say that all men are equal in financial standing, it did not say that all men are physically similar, it did not say that the government should take from the well off to give to the less fortunate. The Constitution does say what the government can and can't do. We realize that government has over stepped its bounds. We find ourselves facing a government which has destroyed and desecrated the principles that our Founding Fathers felt so dear.

If a change is not made in the way our government operates, one that restores America to what it once was, we have no future. This is very a very pessimistic assessment. But ask yourself, "how are you doing, how are we doing as a Nation?" The majority of Americans will answer, "not too good, we don't like what we see." Ask the younger generation if they like what they see, most will tell you they have no future here in the United States. Put yourself in the next generation's shoes and ask yourself  the most moral question of all, "would you accept the debt we are leaving you? Obviously the answer is a big fat no. This is the basis of our Protest, we have mortgaged our future, we have been sold a bill of goods by the political class. They have deceived us and distorted their true agenda. Today, "We The People" are in no mood to seek moderation, we seek to "take our Country back and we may need divine intervention and a light from above, we will not waver in our pursuit in throwing off the chains from whence we once fled."  Socialism did not build this Country.
