OUR SALUTE TO ARIZONA AND A REFRESHER ON THE 14TH AMENDMENT

The people of the United States have left it up to the judges, more specifically the Supreme Court, whose members have been approved by Congress, to adjucicate the legality of our laws based on the Constitution and its many Amendments. The majority of decisions of late have boiled down to one justice, will he/she lean to the left or to the right; 5 to 4 decisions are the norm. One may ask, how can 9 prudent men and women disagree on the constitutionality of a law which in most cases, is written in very clear and concise language? And that is a good question. The answer is simple, take a liberal progressive and a strict conservative constitutionalist, they usually can't agree if the Constitution is a living document or one that is set in stone, even though it has passed the test of time. Now that is where our problem comes in. Take 50 economists and you will have 75 opinions. Take 9 Supreme Court observers and we can predict with almost absolute certainty the final outcome of almost any case before it comes before the Court.
That brings us to our present dilemma. Much INK has been spilled on the recently passed Arizona "illegal alien law". Our Attorney General, Eric Holder, said the law was illegal (he did not even read it). He is one of those quintessential socialist thugs with a racist bent; he loves those Black Panthers who can do no wrong. But back to Arizona, the State is now out for bigger game- let's call them elephant hungers. Read the following headline.

Reading the 14th Amendment, which is the law, we find some very and concise language. For example:
The section of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which deals with the issue of citizenship reads:
Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

To focus more clearly on the real meaning of the 14th, make reference to the dictionary; where we look up the word residence. This is the place (commonly understood to mean) where people live or as the 14th said, "reside". Seems very clear to us, that illegal aliens don't reside or live regularly in the United States. Why would anybody, Democrat or Republican, conservative or liberal Supreme Court Justice think any different? They must have some ulterior motive and pernicious agenda to think otherwise. That question can be answered quite simply. The socialist liberal progressives need more voters to overcome the backlash that they are most likely to incur in the decades ahead. By legalizing the illegals, the Democrats will have pulled off an inside coup, and illegal coup none the less, one to provide them more election victories in the years to come.
RESIDENCE - UNIVERSAL DEFINITION
1 a : the act or fact of dwelling in a place for some time b : the act or fact of living or regularly staying at or in some place for the discharge of a duty or the enjoyment of a benefit
2 a (1) : the place where one actually lives as distinguished from one's domicile or a place of temporary sojourn
Now it seems simple enough to us, based on the definition of residence and its application to the 14th Amendment wording that CHILDREN BORN TO ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE NOT CITIZENS.
