THE DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES ARE COMING TO AN END

Those who speak of the good old days are really  referring to the good times they had. Acquiring things were not always a priority in life; friendship and family were usually the most important. It was a time when life was so much simpler than today; less regulation, less laws, less taxes, less of everything. Those were really the good old days. Today, we yearn for them once again where we knew our neighbor, we knew our town and we knew what the future would bring. That is not the case today. The only thing we know today is that we don't know where we are going.

We don't have to look far to see the cause of the malaise circling our cities, states and country. Before long we will be overwhelmed. Generation after generation have legally come to our shores; they were welcomed with open arms. They became Americans, worked hard, had children and left the country in better shape than they found it. Today we can proclaim with absolute certainty that we will not leave our country in better shape than we found it. This is a crying shame. We have failed ourselves and future generations.

By the year 2050, our country will be a figment of our imagination. The American culture that we know is slowly disappearing. The winds of Socialism have cast a dark spell on our country. We are being invaded by individuals with a culture alien to us, They have no allegiance to our Country nor do they honor  the men and women who put their lives on the line to defend it. Our government has not protected us from this invasion. The Constitution, this mighty document  has been ignored. We are now at a point, one of deep reflection. Is it possible to extricate ourselves from the deep divisions we now face? That is the question. To quote John Kennedy, "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." These words have now fallen on deaf ears.
