MAJOR DEPRESSION ON THE HORIZON

During the Depression bankers became so unpopular that bank robbers, such as Bonnie and Clyde became folk heroes.

A major depression is on the horizon
, much more severe than the one in 1929. The reason for the severity of the coming collapse is due to the amount of assets in the hands of the middle class and the liabilities associated with them. In 1929 the middle class did not control assets to the same degree as we do now. If a collapse comes, there will be much more to lose. We will not be able to pull up from this crash, like an airplane heading for earth, only to find at the last minute the captain pulling on the stick to avert a nose dive crash. We bring this to your attention in order for you to make the necessary plans now to avert a complete disaster. Our government is out of options.

The world is different much different now than in the '30's, we are more competitive, we face intense competition from China, India, South Korea, Brazil, Australia and Germany. These countries have their houses in order. Our house of cards is one card away from folding, The effect on the aforemention countries, if we collapse, will not be an all out calamity. And multi-national companies: they operate world wide, they are not dependent on our home market. In the past, the United States was the economic engine of the world, today there are many economic engines. India and China have over 2 billion people combined, many moving into the middle class. This will provide the underpinning to their economies. Not only that, their citizens are not in debt to the extent Americans are.

The United States manufacturing sector has lost its competitive edge, it now makes up 12% of the economy. A sorry state of affairs when considering that it is the foundation that provides a base for a country to develop. Manufacturing provides jobs, from the lowest on the totem pole, to the engineer at the top. Bottom up or top down, whatever you want to call it, the manufacturing sector is the only one that incubates jobs. However, with government regulations, taxes, Obamacare and the myriad of other mandates by government all hope is lost on any revival of our manufacturing sector. That being the case, where are the less skilled to find employment?

There will be no happy ending. As we have read about the recent graduate from MIT, a computer scientist with an MBA, she applied to numerous companies, but not one job offer was received. She has decided to pursue a PHD. What picture does this paint? A first class education is no longer a guarantee to employment.

And what do we attribute our ills too? Big Government! They have sold us out. They will not come clean and admit what they have done. Socialists, big government proponents, do gooders, bureaucrats and politicians from both parties are to blame. They are responsible for destroying the economy and the lives of millions of Americans. These criminals, there is no better word to describe them, were elected to serve the people, but they did not, they have stolen from them. In the private sector they would be prosecuted. However, these thugs hide behind numerous laws and regulations, judicial decrees that protect them from facing justice. These officials have committed crimes on par with the tyrants of Eastern Europe. Grand larceny, running a Ponzi Scheme, accepting payoffs and most of all not upholding the laws of the United States and Constitution, which they swore to do.

The overhead structure in the United States has grown exponentially, fed by tax dollars and borrowing to the benefit of one select group; the government employee. They receive compensation packages, 50% more than those who employee them, the "We the People.".  Politicians are to blame for this situation, they turned their backs on the citizens who elected them. There is only one remedy and only one. The remedy will be hard, the next few years will be tough, but the medicine is necessary if America is to lead the world once again. And what that remedy?

We need to accept the hard fact that government cannot be all things to all people. Therefore, is is necessary to take out the meat clever, cut pork, cut programs,  cut departments and cut all government pensions, compensation and employment by 50% across the board. This can be done, if we do not follow this course, our future be bleak. There will be no White Knight nor will there be light at the end of the tunnel.  America's best days will have passed.
