Today's vote by the House Judiciary Committee went down not as planned. Senator Lindsey Graham double crossed the American People by casting the only Republican vote to bring the kagan nomination to the full Senate. Graham is now in the same category as Benedict Arnold. He has perpetrated a crime against "We The People." Kagan will, and we guarantee it, usurp our rights, liberties and freedoms that we hold so dear. Wait, listen and watch as this socialist, along with Sotomayor, brings their empathy into their decision making process as they decide who or who doesn't get their favor. The Country has just been Borked. Politics has ruled the roost once again. And let us be clear, Kagan and Sotomayor will base their jurisprudence on their political feelings instead of the law.  Bottom line, Obama has declared war on the American People.
