Idaho Becomes First State to Sign Law Against Health Care Reform

Idaho Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter is the first state chief executive to sign a measure requiring his attorney general to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform.

Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down. But Idaho's new law reflects growing frustration with President Obama's health-care proposal.

Legislation similar to Idaho's is pending in as many as 37 other states nationwide.

Democrats in the nation's capital are hoping to pass health care reform by this weekend.

The American Legislative Exchange Council created the model legislation for Idaho and other states. The Washington, D.C.-based, nonprofit says Idaho is the first to sign a version into law.

If an individual perpetrated the scam they would no doubt be arrested, thrown into jail for the duration of their life. Big Government deserves the same fate.

We are in a very difficult situation and the trap that has been set is almost ready to be triggered.. First of all, the states with the worst budget deficits are the ones with the most entitlements. Secondly, many of these states have relied on the wealthy to provide a major portion of the revenue derived from the State Income Tax. During the past year, we all know what has happened to the economy, these super rich tax payers lost millions (some made millions) but overall the taxes paid by the upper 5% have decreased substantially.

The states figure that by taxing those who are still in the money more, they will make up a large portion of the deficit. This is a dream not to come true. The rich do not have their feet in cement, they can easily move to a less taxing environment, Florida or Texas, where there is no income tax. And this is the predicament that the legislators and governors have in the bankrupt states. They can't raise taxes on the middle class anymore nor can they cut benefits to the parasites. What a dilemma. But sooner or later and we know it will be sooner, something has to break; and we predict that benefits will be cut. This will set in motion a violent protest by the tax eating parasites. Not a pleasant scenario by any means.

What will the Governors do? Will they send out the National Guard to subdue the protesters? Or will they sit idly by and watch these Johnny come lately socialist eating parasites and their blood thirsty louts trash the major cities? If this happens, where law and order breaks down, will the Patriotic citizen come to the rescue?. Will anarchy rein? This may not be a scenario many people will understand? To top it off , the Socialist regime in Washington D.C. will not order Federal Troops in; it is their thugs that will be doing the trashing and burning. Her latest attempt is to deceive us by saying that she has enough votes to pass this health care bill. In order for this bill to become law, the House has to vote on the one passed by the Senate but without any changes. THIS IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY.

Back tracking for a moment, the House already passed their own bill, however it is not the same as the Senate version which has the Cornhusker Kickback, the Louisiana Purchase, the Connecticut Compromise etc. In a more civil Congress, the two bodies would meet to reconcile their differences, but this is a non starter. Scott Brown may sure of that. The House does not have the votes to pass the Senate version, but in one last rabid attempt, Pelosi is trying muscle some wavering Blue Dogs in order to attain the 216 votes needed for passage. This is almost an impossibility.

Step in to the picture is Representative Democrat Louise Slaughter of New York (at the request of the Liar of the House Nancy Pelosi) Slaughter has been given orders to find a way to introduce a rule that says the Senate version of the health care bill was already passed by the House. This is like saying you one the lottery before the drawing and had the ticket palmed by the drawer. If this gimmick comes to pass all hell will break loose. Subsequent to the rule being adopted, the Progressive lying thieves in charge will then pass a reconciliation bill even though the Senate Bill was never voted on. What? This is the way the Communists/Socialists do business. They do not abide by the law, they make it.

He will attempt to pass a bill with, hold on to your pants, authority to create another Federal Agency to regulate the banks. the agency is to be known as the Consumer Protection Finance Agency. He is carrying the water for Obama on this one. This is one more grand standing chance at setting up another bureaucracy that is not needed and will duplicate efforts of other regulatory agencies. The banking industry is already heavily regulated, but now, according to the socialists one more agency is needed to protect the consumer. We must bring to your attention one more time, Dodd single handedly brought down Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He has blood on his hands.

The Emerald Isle( 4.5 million) has been taking their lumps lately, but we must admit, they do know how to celebrate on St. Paddy's Day. This year may not have the same joy as years past. As we all know by now, most countries have spent beyond their means. PIIGS countries in particular. (Portugal, Ireland, Iceland, Greece, Spain) The reason though we are taking our hats off to the Irish, is because they know how to go on the Wagon. Correct, the Irish Government is going cold turkey. And that has a very detrimental effect on the Public Sector Unions. Many pharmaceutcial companies have built manufacturing plants in Ireland; this is a good thing because of the bitter pill the Irish Public Union Sector is being made to swallow. The pharmaceuticals will be cheaper than imports, thereby helping to cure the disease without going over budget. Corporate taxes have not been raised.

The facts as gleamed from various sources. The Federal Police will be suffering a 18% cut in salaries. Hey we all must suffer. Money does not fall from the sky. The question to be asked, does the United States have the intestinal fortitude to face the union thugs? And the teachers, the government is teaching them a lesson in economics, the less we have to spend, the less you get. And they are on the receiving end of a 15% salary reduction. Welfare benefits are being cut too. See you at the soup kitchen. However, the public sector has grown 5% during the recession while the private sector has shrunk by 15%. The private sector has no sympathy for the public service employees as they are bearing the brunt of the recession. Anger exists on both sides. We need to raise a toast to the Irish Politicians on this coming St. Paddy's Day, Erin Go Bragh. We can't say the same to our criminal lying parasite enabler politicians who need to take some advice from their colleagues across the Big Pond.

The United States Federal, State and Local Governments ought to look at Ireland as an example. But they won't, we will do the opposite; raise taxes, increase spending, hire more civil servants. Our bet is that Ireland will come out of the recession faster than most.

A student strike will manifest to the nation the reason for the grossly absurd college tuition. And now, low and behold, in today's Wall Street Journal, the cause has been discovered. Not that we didn't know it already. California is mired in debt, this was the reason for a decrease in funding to the 10 campus system in California by 725 Billion Dollars. The yearly cost at the state colleges now compares to many private schools. Oh boy, where do we go from here?

And the reason plain and simple is UNIONS, UNIONS, UNIONS in Big Red Capital Letters. Please hold on to your seat now for our next tidbit provided by the WSJ. In 2002 the State of California (Golden State) increased benefits to non safety classifications. And those in this category were milk inspectors and billboard inspectors. Oh, you didn't know these existed, well surprise! Since then, this is where you need to be sitting down, 15,000 have retired at pensions greater than $100,000 per year. Unions being paid off by the criminal politicians who have and are stealing your money. And to top this off, the annual taxpayer contribution to the pension system will rise exponentially from $5.5 billion per year to $15 billion per year. Our advice, move out of California, take the next stage Stage Coach out of Dodge.

Another salt in the wound example will have you fleeing to the doctor for some ulcer medicine. Firefighters can retire after 30 years. So at 20 you joined the department and now are retiring at 50 earning 90% of your final salary for ever. One fire fighter from San Ramon Valley retired with a yearly pension of $284,000; final year salary was only $221,000. WAKE UP AMERICAN, you are being fleeced.

We are at war. The majority of Americans do not want the government involved in our health care. Our message the last 6 months is clear, " stay out of our lives". No one in the government has the right to tell us what we can or can't do. However, the Socialist Criminals in the highest positions of power do not see it that way. To them, forcing us to do something beyond our wishes is their God given right. We have a message for these criminals, do not push us over the line, if you do, the consequences will be greater than you can imagine.

First of all, you will see doctors fleeing the health care field. You will see law suits brought by individual states questioning the constitutionality of the health care bill. Thirdly and this is the biggee, states like Texas may secede from the Union. And that is not all, just wait, more and more tax payers will protest, their numbers will grow, they will shut down state governments all across the country. They will bring the hatchet to state budgets, limiting the funds available for the tax eating parasites. Yes, these parasitic enabled class will not sit still, they will be mad and angry; like us but for a different reason. Remember the Day, December 16, 1773, when tea was thrown into Boston Harbor. This event precipitated the American Revolutionary War, leading to the United States of America. This can and will happen again, The New Boston Tea Party will return again.

When it was over, we had a limited government, one that respected individual rights, liberties and freedoms. Over time our rights have been negated, our wealth plundered by Big Government. This has created a society divided. The under class parasites, enabled by Big Government will have to understand that the Free Lunch is over. They will have to stand on their own two feet. They may not like it, but will have no choice. Expect them to go on a rampage, trashing, burning, killing. And most of all, they will call for the heads of their socialist criminal friends, the politicians, who let them down. This will not be fun, Swat teams, Guardsman, Police will be called upon to confront the law breakers. When it is over, millions will have been either killed or injured. This is how the scenario will unfold. Finally we will be Free at last.

American Tax Payers have had it, their wealth spread by Socialist Politicians to the parasitic class over the past 45 years. The results are in, the present administration by their actions says, "we have not done enough, we want more, we will take more, we will spend more. We hate what America stands for, Goddam America. We hate you, the American Patriot, we will punish you to no end." By taking power, these THUGS are demanding PAYBACK from the majority of Americans. They see us as the Guilty Party, responsible for the ills afflicting the parasites. We are at fault, we have cultivated the law breaker, the teenage dropout, the irresponsible citizen. The health care takeover is one of the many takeovers that has already occurred, more will come. Obama is purging his enemies quickly and gaining full control over the country. This will include the economic sector, here he is introducing the PLANNED ECONOMY. The definition of the command economy is Planned economy is an economic system in which the state manages the economy. It is an economic system in which the central government makes all decisions on the production and consumption of goods and services. In such economies, central economic planning by the state or government controls all major sectors of the economy and formulates all decisions about the use of resources and the distribution of output.
