“OUR STOLEN VOTE”

Our Invisible Chains, Our Stolen Vote
The Cold Room

The machines. Dominion has sued so many people they have crushed discussion to nothing. But the machines are everything and it is how they steal every election, everywhere. And it’s not just Dominion, it’s all of them, ES&S, Smartmatic. They are linked in a network where people, thousands of them, work inserting votes here, eliminating votes there, figuring out how many more votes they need for someone to win, and when to trigger the mules in early voting. They know to the minute when to summon the truckloads of ballots into the warehouse the night of the election. The operators are connected to the electronic poll books, like iPads, 117,000 of them, used by the people who check you into the voting process and the programs ‘talk’ to the poll book and machines all day long.

No one in Canada is looking at stolen elections. Ours are “secure”. Few outlets mention stolen elections in the U.K., Ireland, France, Germany, Spain. But even if they use paper ballots on one day voting only, if you feed your vote into a tabulating machine, that vote is not secure. Why does Congress have a 25% approval rating and yet get reelected? The tabulating machines.

My think tank chief dismissed my question of whether anyone is looking at stolen votes in Canada. My American publisher dismissed my question, saying election fraud is dead as an issue. Someone else I write for announced that no one writing for him could say that the election was stolen.

I love and respect you all, but you are dead wrong. Not just the 2020 election was stolen, but all of them are stolen. The dog catcher vote is stolen. The county attorney vote is stolen. One of our trustees stole her vote, in my opinion, lying about her intentions, and reversed herself via dithering the morning after her election. I woke up in the middle of the night last night, gripped by terror, because this yanks the rug out from all of us. Wherever they want to insert a candidate, they do, within the machines, in real time. That’s why the world is in a furor. Why millions march on the street in Spain and Brazil. They know they didn’t vote for these malignant clowns. That’s why Trudeau/Macron/Rishi can be loathed beyond measure and yet still swaggering.

Opinions vary but the plurality falls on it being done out of a campus in China, one of the several ten thousand strong ‘universities’, who do nothing but hack American tech. They communicate directly with the machines into which you slide your vote. The machines can fill out blanks in the ballot – there is a printer in that machine –  and they, the operators of the machine, can turn on and off crucial functions. They can turn off the record of their programming, erase it so that you can’t find out what happened, no trace, no logging of activities. A user with a password can erase his activity.

I am going to walk carefully here. I am obscure, but people who know far more about the evil in our world, have cautioned me, and people who pick away at this enduring question are systematically harassed and ruined. But, given that I was lawyered for years for pieces I wrote, I think I can feel my way through safely. This is my opinion. And the opinion of ten thousand others. It is based on data placed in evidence in court cases, subpoenaed records, and testimony from hundreds of experts. There is more data on this than you can imagine. There are several reliable films about the 2020 election and several books. I’ve watched or read them all.

When I was at graduate school, I floundered because it was all math. I’d failed first year math at McGill, earning a 0 in the Christmas exam. Of course I had spent the term flirting with boys; nevertheless, numeracy didn’t come easy. Graphs, charts, algorithms, statistics, accounting, micro, macro and labor economics. Bureaucratic law and regulation. Contract law. Management. I thank my stars I toughed it out because I know no other writer who writes for the general reader with that foundation. Most like me are shrieking alarm on Zero Hedge or trying to stay calm at a think tank. Law is more suited to journalism and there are many lawyers who write and write well. Meghan Kelly is an example of a successful journalist, her authority dependent on her law degree.

But if you don’t understand logarithms, stats, higher math, the rule of large numbers, surveying, management and the digital world, you cannot interpret what is really going on. You need that fine-tuned, detailed, profoundly logical part of your mind to get at it and those skills have to be trained. No judge and very few lawyers understand what really happened because there is a massive gap in their skill set. Presented with this evidence, their minds blur. Hard to confess a blurred mind, so default to the consensus decision. That definitely happened.

I was a freak at MBA school. My hair was bleached white with two inch dark roots. I looked by turns lost or panicked. The professors had no idea what to do with me. My fellow students thought I was a fool.

Then one day one of the most respected professors – he had four doctorates and founded Consumer Reports – announced that I was one of the few people he had met who could explain in writing complex ideas and make them compelling.

My status changed. So, let’s rely on that. And let’s start with a case study.

Let’s take Katharine Clark, county clerk, running for office in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was Secretary, then Treasurer of the Democratic Party of New Mexico, and before running for office, she ran campaigns for other Democrat politicians. Katharine is one of those women who somehow, when Hillary was defeated, went right off the rails and decided to abandon any semblance of ethics. This was a “War On Women”. They all look the same, the Arizona governor, Katie Hobbs, the Colorado Secretary of State, Katharine, dozens of others. Bland faces, bobs, good looking but not pretty. Twenty years ago, they would have been the unpaid vice-chair of a worthy charity, with a happy family, anodyne, immediately respectable. Soros had a template when he went hunting.

During the election, she received running tabs on how the vote was going for her and for other Democratic politicians. We have her emails. This is not legal because how would she be able to get those notifications if the electronic poll books and the machines were not connected to the internet?

This is Katharine:

Here are her emails received on election day. Which told her of her progress and that of other candidates on both sides. Simultaneously, other Democratic candidates were apparently being emailed the same progress. Again, how did the State of New Mexico know how the votes were going? Because the electronic pollbooks and machines were connected to the internet.

emails received from the New Mexico government to Democrat candidates on the day of the 2020 election
Now, review this email that says a “just for me now” report at 3.25 pm on voting day from the Secretary of State’s office.

Again, this is illegal. But what happened next? Katharine had some pretty serious fire power behind her. Vote tabulation across all Santa Fe candidates crashed to zero for five minutes between 3:18 and 3:38.

And then, within 12 minutes, every single Democrat candidate gained 20% more votes.

Let’s get a closer look at that:

Familiar? It should be. This was the graph in all the swing states during the 2020 election.

This is what happened in Michigan

It’s known as the Fraud Graph.

During the 2020 election in Dallas, fifteen minutes before the polls closed, there is a recording of poll workers watching their electronic poll books remotely check in voters.

“We’re sitting here doing nothing and our numbers are just going up!”

“Mine jumped from 350 to 930!”

“I’m at 1018!”

“Mine jumped to 922!”

There was a command coming into those electronic poll books saying “check in these voters.”

In Georgia, in court, under oath, a poll worker testified that when her poll book went down, she called Dominion and they took over the poll book electronically and restored it.

There is no “air gap”.

remember the mess in Antrim County? At least there, the false Biden votes were moved to Trump.
Equally during early voting, how do the mules stuffing mail-in ballot boxes (thank you Mark Zuckerberg) know which ballots to stuff in which box for which candidate? Because the totals are monitored carefully every day, and Democrats are supposed to win on early mail-in voting.

“Republicans vote on the day”.

Which is why this below happened in every swing state on the night of the election. In another piece on the Pennsylvania election, I go into the step-by-step process of what happened after the poll workers “stopped counting”. In every state. At the same time. It was a cluster-fuck, no other phrase can describe it with more accuracy.

The digital traffic was all managed through First Net, a division of AT&T, whose Nashville headquarters literally blew up during the questioning of the Georgia elections. This was where the records were held.

destruction of evidence
It is important that the number of paper ballots match the number in the electronic tabulation. Otherwise hand counts and recounts would fail. Mules were not going to those drop boxes blindly. Those trucks above were delivering exact numbers of ballots required to feed into the machines to match the digital vote during canvas.

Maricopa
Maricopa County was an egregious mess of dishonesty and fraud. The Arizona Senate subpoenaed the 1600 ballot boxes of the election. The Board of Supervisors took five months to deliver the boxes; all but fifty had their seals broken. There was no chain of custody. They had stuffed the boxes.

The machines, and this is not just Dominion, although its machines are in 50% of the U.S., make ballot and marker claims. For instance, Dominion has a very specific ballot paper it requires for security. It comes from one paper mill in Canada and is 4-5 times thicker than typical office paper. Dominion machines have a function that rejects ballots that are not on this specific paper. And there is an infrared florescent watermark embedded in that paper, which enables the machine to detect whether the ballot is counterfeit.

But, during the Maricopa audit, auditors found that many of the paper ballots were printed on paper from Office Max and Staples. Turns out that you can turn off the detector of counterfeit ballots. And it was turned off. Voters in Alabama too found they could copy a genuine ballot onto paper from Staples and feed it into the machine, not just once but many times.

Vote tabulators also have printers in them so that the machine can fill out the ballot. Say for instance, you just voted for Trump or Biden, but left the others blank. Welp, the machine can add your vote for Senator, Congressman and Governor, as well as dogcatcher and judge. Auditors looking at the ballot could tell with their eyes and fingers whether a ballot had been machine printed or filled in by an actual person.

Ok, here comes the mathy stuff, have patience with me. You have to either know or respect statistics. For instance you have to trust the basic law of large numbers, which is what surveying is based upon. If you want to know your chances, your market research firm randomly selects the survey respondents, 300 or 1000, and that gives you your chance of winning. As long as its random. Life is random. The law of large numbers declares that and this law is the primary law used in quality control.

But, our elections are anything but random. Equations repeat themselves over and over again. For instance, one of the citizen auditors in Maricopa, went through one box of ballots, and they were all stacked as follows: 7 for Biden, 1 for Trump, 7 for Biden, 1 for Trump, 7 for Biden, 1 for Trump, all the way through the box. That’s not random. People don’t line up like that in perfect order.

Here’s a voter registration register. This does not happen in real life. This is manipulated voter registration.

The following is the last thing I’d like you to take on board. Regular patterning was in every record, every process, every step along the way in every precinct in every county. They all, graphed, look the same. The machines are calibrated to a narrow win for Democrats – 50.9 to 49.1 is the ratio – and in fact, is the exact ratio in four hundred records in three hundred canvased counties.

What you have just looked at is called a PID controller.

Let this paragon of reliability and sobriety explain PID to us. I paraphrase his words:

“I realized that what I was looking at was a PID controller. It is one of the simplest closed loop feedback systems. PID means Proportional Integral Derivation. It is what pilots use to land a plane in the fog; the pilot pushes “F3 auto land”, the computer finds the beam at the beginning of the runway and devises a glide path to reach the strip. If wind pushes the nose up, then the computer will tip the nose down. This is used in quality control studies everywhere.

“Take two races, in Pima and Maricopa County. One election is for Sheriff and one for President. One race is run by ES&S, the other by Dominion. There are two entirely different pools of voters. But what we see is the same pattern exactly: two big peaks, two to one slope, 25% of the way there is a little bump, and it cracked on down.

“In Pima County 16 out of 17 races were won by the Democrats, one by the Republican with exactly the same curve. What this tells me is that all of the election software is the same

This pattern was repeated everywhere.

Across the country, voters have requested the cast vote records and are being refused. In some cases the records are tampered with or destroyed. Nevertheless, another pattern waits to be recognized, and illuminate just how they did it.

Scytl
Scytl, which tracks media election results.

If you divide all of Trump votes by Biden’s you get a ratio, which the ratio by which Biden won the election. That was set by the machines, the closed loop feedback system. The machines labored to get the thermostat to adjust to that ratio of 50.1% Biden, 49.9% Trump. And like a thermostat, the votes come in to adjust the thermostat to that preferred ratio.

This is what Georgia was looking like earlier in the evening of Nove 3, 2020.

Then, 55 batch sets in a row came in to Georgia’s Scytl reporting system, that were 49.1% Trump, and 50.1% Biden.  And that altered the voting tally. On CNN in real time, within a minute, 20,000 Trump votes were switched to Biden as viewers watched.

In one minute, Trump lost the equivalent of 39,000 votes.

Note the time clock: 11.08.28.29 and note the vote totals

In Gavin Newsom’s recall election, as viewers watched, the recall vote lost 351,000 in one minute. The PID algorithm shifted the temperature to move the votes towards the right ratio.

That’s why they call it the PID Express. That’s why the fulminating at all levels of government about the safest election anytime, anywhere. It was not sacred, it was not safe, it was so fraudulent that it is virtually impossible to know what the real counts were. Ever.

This was managed within the government in cooperation with AT&T through something called First Net and with third party corporate vendors, like Dominion, who use proprietary black boxes of which they refuse audit, on proprietary grounds, despite the vendor being able to tamper or destroy records with impunity and erase the recording of their tampering.

The U.S. Government devised the architecture that stole the election, through the Department of Homeland Security. Not one party, not a cabal of oligarchs, not the Chinese, not Dominion or ES&S. Democrats benefit, if slavery is your idea of benefit, because they are owned lock stock and barrel by the National Security State. They are on a leash.

And today, from X:

I have drawn much of this from Professor David Clements’ film Let My People Go, which is the most extensive analysis to date of the stolen election. Finding the film is a trick, but I used bitchute and typed in Clements and the title, and found it. It is free to watch, since when it premiered, it was blacklisted across all media and Clements was hit by a demand for tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes and fines on Christmas Day. Clements was fired from his university for his work on this issue and he is a real hero, moving ceaselessly across the country, consulting, pulling data, networking. Support him if you can. I have obscured the film’s title and David Clement’s name so as not to trigger the censors.

I don’t think there is anything more important right now. My mid-sleep understanding is that almost every significant election is gamed and not one of the people who represent us were freely elected. Even if you voted for them they were chosen for the job by someone with a purpose that probably collides with yours. They were selected, not elected. They answer to something or someone else, not us.

The Cold Room subtitle is from a reader who said this has been going on in Oregon for as long as he can remember. He called it The Cold Room, where they decide who is going to win and alter the records. And he says it is why Oregon is mired in a catastrophic mess.

For the next five days, I am going to republish everything I’ve written on the stolen election, outlining every significant aspect that I have been able to identify. There is, of course, much much much more. Next weekend, I will attempt a two-part series on what is being done to stop it.

Why isn’t any other journalist doing this? Why is everyone not doing this? What is more important? Nothing. It’s why everything is absurd. Please subscribe. This is critical work.

THE MOST DANGEROUS ANIMAL ON THE PLANET

Of course you have heard about the movie that just bombed, “the most dangerous animal on the planet.”

A satire film intended to send a provocative message about race relations bombed at the box office on its opening weekend.

Focus Features’ “The American Society of Magical Negroes” took the 9th spot at the box office last weekend, grossing $1,304,270 while playing in 1,147 locations around the U.S.

The film centers around a young man who is recruited to be part of a “society” where Black people use their magical powers to make White people comfortable, so that they don’t hurt Black people.

In the trailer, protagonist “Aren,” played by Justice Smith, learns he must put White people’s needs before his own so that the secret society maintains their magical powers.

White people, when they are uncomfortable, are “the most dangerous animal on the planet,” David Alan Grier’s character “Roger” explains to Aren.

“That’s why we fight White discomfort every day. Because the happier they are, the safer we are,” he says in one scene that’s featured in a theatrical trailer.

Society members also use a “White Tears” sadness barometer to track White discomfort in the film.

The pic did poorly with reviewers, earning just 31% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.

Even critics who were sympathetic to the movie’s political message said it failed to deliver.

Film critic Carlos Aguilar panned the pic as “too timid to land any satirical blows.”

“The movie’s predictably speechified resolution, with Aren literally taking the stage to speak his truth, finally renders the sociopolitical critique mild and inconsequential, a disappointing outcome for a premise that had the potential to be truly incendiary,” he wrote in the Times.

The Washington Post film critic Michael O’Sullivan also was dissatisfied with the movie’s execution, calling it a “bloodless satire that’s too eager to please.”

“In Aren’s satisfying flash of anger, ‘The American Society of Magical Negroes’ briefly gets real. Otherwise, like Aren, the film itself feels overly deferential at times: as if it wants to make people comfortable when it should want to make them squirm, at least a little,” he wrote.

But forget the satire, the most dangerous animals on the planet are, we don’t mention their name, but provide their illustration because the majority of the dangerous animals among us can’t read.Biden Has Blood on His Hands for Open Borders | The Liberty Loft

SAVAGES TURN THE BIG APPLE INTO A JUNGLE

It’s now everyman for himself. Police can’t help when a deranged killer goes berserk. You must be prepared for an attack which can occur at any moment. Watch those around you, keep vigilant, eyes wide open, make sure you have a clear path to escape, most of all look out for those who act funny, don’t look into anyone’s eyes, that may provoke an attack, keep to yourself, but listen to conversations of others, be defensive, not offensive, this may save your life, protect yourself at all costs, the life you save may be your own, watch your back, best not to have anyone in back of you, a shiv maybe next.

The University of Georgia Police Department have taken a suspect in custody in connection with the suspected homicide of a 22-year-old nursing student from Augusta University who police found dead on the University of Georgia campus Thursday.

Police have charged Jose Antonio Ibarra with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call and concealing the death of another, UGA Police Chief Jeffrey L. Clark said during a news briefing Friday evening. The suspect is not a U.S. citizen, according to authorities.

Ibarra measures 5 foot 3 inches and weighs 170 lbs, per the Clarke County Sheriff’s Department booking sheet. Laken measured 5 feet 4 inches, weighing 115 lbs, according to a UGA Police Department report.

Jose Ibarra, who was originally taken into custody on Friday by the UGA Police Department in connection with Riley’s death, is now not believed to have had a connection to the victim. (Clarke County Sheriff’s Office)

“The evidence is robust,” he told reporters, crediting campus security cameras in part for the arrest.

Clark said he believed the attack was a “crime of opportunity” and that the suspected killer had no known connection to the victim. Ibarra is not a UGA student, he added.

LIZ CHANEY WORST THAN A DEMOCRAT

The Jan. 6 congressional committee allegedly falsely claimed it did not have evidence showing former President Donald Trump’s administration requested National Guard assistance, according to a report detailing a “hidden transcript” that was recently released.

“The former J6 Select Committee apparently withheld Mr. Ornato’s critical witness testimony from the American people because it contradicted their pre-determined narrative. Mr. Ornato’s testimony proves what Mr. Meadows has said all along: President Trump did in fact offer 10,000 National Guard troops to secure the U.S. Capitol, which was turned down,” Georgia Republican Rep. Barry Loudermilk said in a statement on Friday.

Loudermilk released a transcript of former White House deputy chief of staff Anthony Ornato’s interview with the congressional committee investigating Jan. 6 on Friday, following the Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway, also a Fox News contributor, reporting, “Former Rep. Liz Cheney’s January 6 Committee suppressed evidence” that the Trump administration pushed for 10,000 National Guard members to be on the streets.

Ornato’s interview was conducted in January 2022, and attended by Cheney, among other members on the committee. In addition to serving as deputy chief of staff under Trump, Ornato served in the Secret Service for decades.

A BLACK MAN STANDS OUT IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.

Black Writer Calls for Colorblind America

American Renaissance

Coleman Hughes, The End of Race Politics: Arguments for a Colorblind America, Thesis, 2024, 256 pp., $22.98 (hardcover)

Coleman Hughes is a black writer who argues persuasively that the media have deliberately made race relations worse, and his The End of Race Politics is a best-seller. It is certainly true that many Americans think things have gotten worse. As Mr. Hughes writes:

As late as 2013, a clear majority of black Americans did not think that racial discrimination was the main driver of racial disparities. . . . Prior to 2013, most blacks and whites in America thought race relations were good. . . . Then everything changes. We saw a tenfold increase in mentions of race and racism [in media and on television] — despite every indication that viewpoints about actual racism against blacks were trending downward.

By 2021, about half as many Americans thought race relations were good as thought so in 2013. Mr. Hughes argues that 2013 was the turning point in the biggest setback in American race relations in at least a generation. So, what happened?

NUMBER ONE INSTIGATOR –  HUSSEIN OBAMA WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INFLAMING RACIAL HATE

Mr. Hughes explains that social media such as Facebook and Twitter, and traditional media such as the New York Times and the Washington Post that moved online, must attract viewers to sell advertising, and they therefore published clickbait. The media believe anti-black racism sells, so they highlight anything that can be spun in that direction.

Emotional tales of racial strife spread faster than serious discussion. For example,

When Michael Brown was killed by Darren Wilson in Ferguson in 2014, the narrative that a racist cop had killed an unarmed teenager who had his hands up spread quickly. As far as narratives go, this one tapped every psychological trigger that would lead people to share it widely: black v. white, historical grievances, violence, and so on. The fact check of this event — that Michael Brown did not have his hands up, had physically overpowered the officer, punched him, and tried to steal his gun — traveled slowly because it appealed more to reason than to outrage. . . . To this day, “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” remains one of the most popular slogans at Black Lives Matter protests.

Many still believe this even though the Washington Post apologized for spreading the lie and even gave the story four Pinocchio’s. People hoped social media would spread good information. It doesn’t: “For instance, 54 percent of ‘very liberal’ Americans — the section of the population most active on social media — believe that over one thousand unarmed black men were killed by cops in 2019. The actual number was twelve.”

Mr. Hughes writes that where he grew up, race was irrelevant:

I didn’t think of them [his friends] as “black, “white,” “Hispanic,” and mixed race.” I thought of them as Rodney, Stephen, Javier, and Jordan. . . . Where I grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, racists existed, but they were the exceedingly rare exceptions that proved the overwhelming rule. . . .

When I was sixteen, the higher-ups at Newark Academy offered me a chance to attend a three-day event in Houston called the People of Color Conference. . . . Though I wouldn’t have known to call it this at the time, the conference was essentially a three-day critical race theory and intersectionality workshop. It was there that I first heard terms like systemic racism, safe space, white privilege, and internalized oppression — terms that were fringe in 2012 but would sweep through the elite universities just a few years later . . . .  I had never been immersed in a subculture where my race was considered to be important. . . .

During orientation week at Columbia [University], we were asked to divide ourselves up by race and discuss how we either participated in, or suffered from, systemic oppression. . . . I felt acutely aware of my blackness. . . . I worried that rather than approach me as a blank slate, these students would approach me as a black man, and by implication, as a victim. . . .

Coleman Hughes. Credit: Rebel Wisdom, CC BY 3.0, via Wikimedia Commons

Mr. Hughes kept wondering why students in the most non-racist environment on earth claimed to experience racism every day. Why were they more pessimistic than his grandparents who had lived through segregation? . . .

I became convinced that then new race obsession that brands itself “anti-racist” is in fact the opposite. . . . Taken to their logical endpoints, the ideas I encountered first at the POC Conference and then at Columbia pave the way toward a social and political hellscape where skin color — a meaningless trait — is given supreme importance. . . .

Since the civil rights movement, a majority of Americans have agreed that discriminating against somebody because of their race is morally unacceptable. [Ibram X] Kendi disagrees. He believes that certain kinds of racial discrimination are good and necessary: “The only remedy to racist discrimination is antiracist discrimination. The only remedy for past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.”

Mr. Hughes writes that instead of trying to end racial resentment and discrimination, people he calls “neoracists,” such as Mr. Kendi, want to start discriminating against new groups of people.

Neoracists don’t want racial peace, but endless ideological war. When we see neoracism for what it is — racism in anti-racist clothing — we see why neoracists fail to support colorblind policies that would actually eliminate racism, and why they reject the colorblind principles that motivated the civil rights movement. . . . Racial strife is what fuels the neoracist industry.

No, “neoracists” don’t want “endless ideological war.” They want to win the war, and enjoy the privileges and power that come from hectoring and exploiting whites.

As for race itself, Mr. Hughes writes that weight and length are natural, whereas a seven-day week doesn’t exist in nature; it’s a pure social construct. Race, he says, falls in between. It’s a social construct inspired by visible “racial” differences. The “social construct” can give strange results. Barack Obama had a black father and a white mother. Why do we call him black instead of white? What is a white Hispanic? Mr. Hughes writes that “it was the Carter administration that finally decided on the canonical list of five categories that we use today: Black, Hispanic, White, Asian/Pacific Islander, Native American/Alaska Native.

Mr. Hughes writes of a poor Hmong student who applied for a fellowship for groups underrepresented in science. She was rejected because Hmong are “Asians,” who are overrepresented. It makes no sense to lump Hmong and Tongans in with “Asians:”

Top-earning Asians [in the top decile] earn 10.7 times as much as the lowest-earning Asians. By comparison, the top-earning blacks earn 9.8 times as much as the lowest-earning blacks, and the top earning whites and Hispanics earn 7.8 times as much as the lowest-earning whites and Hispanics.

Mr. Hughes writes that slavery, Jim Crow, and neoracist policies show that we can’t trust government with the power to enact racial policies. He says income is a better way to determine whom to help. He also writes that the civil rights movement began shortly after the Civil War. Wendell Phillips and Frederick Douglass believed that the abolition movement had to continue until black Americans had equal rights across the board:

For nine months, he [Phillips] included the following post in every edition of the ASA’s [American Anti-Slavery Society] weekly newspaper: “Proposed amendment of the United States Constitution: No state shall make any distinction in civil rights or privileges among the naturalized citizens of the United States residing within its limits, or among persons born on its soil of parents permanently residing there, on account of race, color, or descent.”. . .

[What was instead ratified] was the version of the Fourteenth Amendment that we have today — an amendment that guarantees only “equal protection.” The stronger colorblind version of the amendment proposed by Phillips would have ruled out the very idea of “separate but equal” institutions. The weaker version that was actually ratified enabled the emergence of Jim Crow laws.

Wendell Phillips (Credit Image: © Mary Evans via ZUMA Press)

The biggest legal blow to Jim Crow came in 1954 with Brown v. Board of Education. Thurgood Marshall’s opening argument to the Supreme Court was: “The Fourteenth Amendment precludes a state from imposing distinctions or classifications based upon race and color alone. The State of Kansas has no power thereunder to use race as a factor in affording educational opportunities to its citizens.”

The Court righty rejected Marshall’s fanciful Fourteenth Amendment argument — the very Congress that passed the amendment set up segregated schools in the District of Columbia. Instead, the Court struck down school segregation on the novel, non-legal theory that it was “inherently unequal.” Mr. Hughes thinks the Court should have accepted Marshall’s phony 14th Amendment argument and writes that this would have made the civil-rights struggle for a colorblind society unnecessary. Mr. Hughes cites fine-sounding sentiment:

Many of our most celebrated anti-racist heroes believed that reverse racism was real and was a cause for concern. . . . Dr. King, for instance, said that “black supremacy would be equally evil as white supremacy,” and that “the cry ‘Black Power’ whether they mean it or not, falls on the ear as racism in reverse.” Roy Wilkins, the executive director of the NAACP, was even more critical. He called the Black Power movement, “a reverse Mississippi, a reverse Hitler, a reverse Ku Klux Klan.”

Mr. Hughes continues:

The civil rights movement fought against all kinds of racial stereotyping. It fought against any kind of race thinking that discouraged us from seeing other people as individual human beings . . . Civil rights leaders saw race thinking as dehumanizing . . . Think again of Dr. King: “the important thing about a man is ‘not his specificity but his fundamentum,’ not the texture of his hair or the color of his skin but the quality of his soul. Properly speaking, races do not marry, individuals marry.”

Martin Luther King wasn’t colorblind. He wanted special treatment for blacks.

Mr. Hughes says neoracists betrayed the civil rights movement by asserting that people of color are morally superior to whites. He continues:

Consider Ibram X. Kendi’s axiom: “when I see racial disparities, I see racism.” . . . The white suicide rate in the United States is more than twice as high as the black rate or the Hispanic rate. According to Kendi’s logic, this racial disparity in suicide rates must be evidence of systemic racism . . . against white people. [emphasis in the original]

Derrick Bell, Harvard Law’s first black tenured professor, is sometimes called the godfather of Critical Race Theory. He explored what it would mean to understand racism as a permanent feature of American life and even argued that it was easier to pass civil rights legislation in the United States because it ultimately served the interests of white people. Neoracism, driven by Dr. Bell’s CRT, is reintroducing segregation.

The National Association of Scholars . . . surveyed 173 four-year colleges and universities across the country and found that 43 percent offered racially segregated dorms, 46 percent had racially segregated student orientation programs, and 72 percent had racially segregated graduation ceremonies.

Mr. Hughes then makes an entirely fair-minded reference to Jared Taylor:

[T]he policies that are now in place at many elite colleges and universities line up with the segregationist agenda of white nationalists.

Jared Taylor, for instance, is a white nationalist who celebrates white race consciousness and race thinking at large. He thinks that the experiment of having an integrated multiracial society has failed. When races live together, he thinks, they will inevitably come into conflict — too much conflict for racial intermingling to be worth the trouble:

“The persistence of black racial consciousness in the face of sincere white efforts to practice race-blindness and even preferential treatment for minorities is the single greatest failure of racial liberalism, and the most certain sign that those who have promoted it do not understand human nature or the world in which we live. It is only a matter of time: Black racial consciousness — together with Hispanic and, to a lesser extent Asian consciousness — is reawakening white racial consciousness.”

Taylor’s embrace of racial tribalism should seem regressive to anyone who’s supported the goals of the civil rights movement. Yet many elite colleges and universities embrace reasoning similar to Taylor’s: the experiment of having an integrated multiracial student body has failed, they think. We need to protect students from racial conflict, which is the inevitable result of interracial contact. The only solution is to have racially segregated options for students of color – “safe spaces” where white people can’t hurt them.

Segregation and “safe spaces” are ironic because the whole point of “diversity” was to expose students to people of different groups. At the same time, “diversity” means lowering standards to recruit blacks and easier grading to keep them from flunking out.

Thomas Sowell wrote:

The double standard of grades and degrees is an open secret on many campuses, and it is only a matter of time before it is an open secret among employers as well. The market can be ruthless in devaluing degrees that do not mean what they say. It should be apparent to anyone not blinded by his own nobility that it also devalues the student in his own eyes.” [emphasis added]

When plagiarism by the black president of Harvard came to light, early admissions applications dropped 17 percent. Students realized that employers would value their degrees less.

Victimhood is permanent. If you went to a specialist for help getting over trauma, you’d want him to help you put it behind you and get on with life. Neoracists say that being a victim is inherent because of color. This is not a recipe for a fulfilling life. It treats black people as emotionally fragile, almost like children. Is this how they want to be seen?

Neoracist promotion of permanent black oppression by permanent, incurable white racism has done obvious damage to our society. The original civil rights dream was that race consciousness would fade away as Mr. Hughes says it had in Montclair, New Jersey, where he grew up. Neoracism makes everything about race.

Mr. Hughes doesn’t write about how profitable “anti-racism” can be. Mr. Kendi not only got an $800,000 “genius” grant; he was named head of the Boston University Center for Antiracist Research which was funded with more than $50 million, with $30 million in an endowment. Antiracism must do its work forever.

The Florida State University System spent $34.5 million on diversity and it’s estimated that overall 2020 spending on DEI was $7.5 billion and projected to more than double to $15.4 billion by 2026. With such rich rewards offered to both media and scam artists, is it any surprise that DEI endures?

Neoracists are serious about protecting their DEI income. Harvard economics professor Roland Fryer, who became the youngest tenured black professor at Harvard at age 30, found that police were 23.8 percent less likely to shoot at blacks and 8.5 percent less likely to shoot at Hispanics than they were to shoot at whites. Fox News notes:

After the report was published, Fryer lived under police protection for over a month. He had a seven-day-old daughter at the time and went shopping for diapers. . . . “I was going to the grocery store to get diapers with the armed guard. It was crazy. It was really, truly crazy,” he said.

Claudine Gay, who was later forced out as Harvard president because of plagiarism in her few published papers, claimed that Prof. Fryer behaved badly with colleagues and suspended him for two years on claims of sexual harassment.

Mr. Hughes ends with an expression of hope:

I will argue that colorblindness is the wisest principle by which to govern our fragile experiment in multiethnic democracy. My hope is that people will think more clearly about the long-run consequences of race-thinking and race-based policy, restore our faith in the guiding principle of colorblindness, and pave a constructive path forward in our national conversation on race.

No chance. First, the Founders had no intention of starting a “fragile experiment in multiethnic democracy.” They set up a nation for white people, and the more far-sighted among them wanted to correct the horrible mistake of bringing blacks to America by “colonizing” them.

Second, non-whites — especially blacks — will not change what they think about whites and America. Even a remotely manageable accommodation would require that they accept the reality of racial differences in ability, and even that would still be a “fragile experiment” with no value for whites.

It is well that a few blacks point out the absurdities of current thinking about race, but those absurdities are required by egalitarian fantasy. “Conservatives” who, themselves, dare not think straight about race will certainly heap praise and gratitude on writers such as Mr. Hughes, but the only “constructive path forward in our national conversation on race” will be about voluntary separation.

HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE KILLING THE MUSLIMS OF GAZA

The real story has not been told, but the reality is that Hamas is not supplying food or essential necessities such as hygiene products to the residents of Gaza. They are starving their own people to make Israel look bad. The food and stuff has been diverted to the Hamas killers and their families.

Excerpt from our post seen below from May 2021; Although Israel doesn’t want to do this, but eventually they will have enter Gaza and police it like the West Bank. Living under the threat of a daily barrage of missiles is not acceptable. Weeding out Hamas should be their only objective. targeting their infrastructure is one thing, but Hamas must be destroyed from within. Hamas, designated by the U.S. as a terrorist group, is the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. In its charter, Hamas declares its reason for existence is to destroy Israel through Islamic holy war.

Israel is not to blame for this disaster, the world knows this, it was brought about by Hamas, who raided Israel on October 7, 2023 killing 1200 innocent women and children.  Hamas is now bargaining for a cease fire, but on their terms, but they don’t hold the cards – for it was them who didn’t calculate the response from Israel and now are getting beat bad.

According to pseudo Palestinian new sources, over 30,000 civilians have been killed, all of their blood is on Hamas’s hands. Israel will halt their military engagement as soon as the Hamas leaders, Sinwar and company come out with their hands up. As the war continues and more civilians get killed, Hamas doesn’t give a hoot because in his eyes they are nothing. He believes they will meet Allah, that they are freedom fighters, martyrs who will be welcome into God’s kingdom. Allahu Akbar says Sinwar.

JEW HATERS RISE TO THE OCCASION

Outrage after social media users discover series of Hitler-praising tweets from CNN freelancer

The tweet turned out to be one of many in which Raja has praised Hitler

Social media users are demanding CNN respond after discovering that one of their freelance contributors, Adeel Raja, who has written dozens of pieces for the outlet, wrote in a now-deleted tweet that “the world today needs a Hitler.” After some digging, it turned out to be one of several messages Raja has posted praising the Nazi leader.

“The only reason I am supporting Germany in the finals – Hitler was a German and he did good with those Jews!” Raja wrote during the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Raja last had a CNN byline on Sept. 16, 2020. He still lists his affiliation with the network on LinkedIn.

“Hail Hitler!” he wrote the following day. Twitter users shared screenshots of the messages.

By now Americans have heard the news, Israel is murdering pseudo Palestinians. Gaza is being bombed, innocents killed, Israeli cities are under rocket attack from the Islamic Jihad, Hamas and other Iran and Turkish sponsored jihad organizations. They had enough, Israel had no choice but to bite the bullet, go after the Jew blood thirsty terrorists with precision, targeting them wherever they hide. And we know where these girls hide, with children, inside residences, schools and the like. But as we shall see Netanyahu has no choice this time, his life is on the line. He must use all of the tools at his disposal to take out the Gaza perpetrators. Remember, it was thought that a withdrawal from Gaza would provide peace, but the opposite occurred. Gaza is an armed camp.
A missile falls as smoke rises near a tower housing AP, Al Jazeera offices (C) during Israeli missile strikes in Gaza city, May 15, 2021.
Hamas hides among the AP girli boys, then complains that their building was targeted. We know the AP is the political arm of the pseudo Palestinians.

That Muslim residents of the city could also be hit or hurt does not bother Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad or any of their ugly siblings. That’s how the martyrdom belief system works – a collateral casualty can immediately be pronounced a “shahid.”

Periodically, Hamas attacks Israel and is rewarded with a cash inflow of Qatari funding. I wouldn’t mind if Gazans were to scatter dollar bills over Israel. That wouldn’t hurt like rocket attacks. Why waste the money on missiles? From Hamas’s point of view it’s a win-win situation – it can continue to claim poverty while using the money on trying to destroy the Jewish state rather than tending to the welfare of the citizens of the Palestinian quasi-state in Gaza.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force head Esmail Ghaani spoke with Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh over the weekend and they discussed the latest developments in the situation and the conflict in Gaza. Tasnim news reported the discussion in Iran. It comes amid an Iranian regional push to support Hamas, including pro-Iran leader Hadi al-Amiri in Iraq indicating his support for Hamas. Turkey and Iranian-backed Houthis and Hezbollah also support the Hamas war against Israel. The press release about Ghaani being in touch with Hamas senior leadership comes days after Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal also spoke to Turkish media and was quoted in Iranian media about Hamas strategy.  What is important here is that the conversation with Ghaani comes as Iranian media published a unique look at Israel’s air defense systems, asserting that Israel is showing new vulnerabilities. Iran’s Tasnim argued on Saturday that the Iron Dome system is vulnerable to large barrages of rocket fire. Hamas has conducted unprecedented large volume of rocket fire, up to 135 rockets in five minutes, during this campaign. Hamas is driving the tempo of the war against Israel. Hezbollah is watching. Reports indicate Hezbollah could fire 2,000 rockets a day at Israel in a future war. Iran may have revealed the blueprint Hamas is using.

The defense establishment has no choice but to address the Iranian threat first hand. Expect some fireworks inside Iran; Don’t be surprised if their nuclear establishment has another unforeseen accident. This fight can’t go on forever. The Israelis have no choice but to bring it to a logical conclusion. And that is the destruction of Iran’s defensive capability. Additionally, Israel must takeout the Gaza girls who started a fight that will eventually bring them to martyrdom.

Although Israel doesn’t want to do this, but eventually they will have enter Gaza and police it like the West Bank.

The Muslim Brotherhood is praising Democrats such as Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar who are criticizing Israel for defending itself against the ongoing rocket attacks on civilians by the terrorist group Hamas.

The Brotherhood’s official mouthpiece, Ikhwan Online, said a “large number from the American Democratic Party urged their government to try stopping the violence of the occupation forces against the Palestinians in Jerusalem and the West Bank,” reported the Washington Free Beacon, which translated the Arabic-language article.

State claims recording events outside mosque is illegal, now woman fights back

‘No doubt that the filming of the police misconduct involving the death of George Floyd is protected’

A Minnesota woman is arguing this week before the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that video recording public events is legal.

They brought a civil-rights complaint against the state of Minnesota on behalf of Ness back in 2019, and they now are arguing before the appeals court.

Ironically, she was harassed for filming public events in the same region where the public’s videos of a police officer with his knee on the neck of George Floyd have appeared on television thousands of times.
