Just ask your friends and neighbors how many of them think they could avoid prison after lying on a federal gun purchasing form (a felony) and then declining to pay more than $100,000 in taxes for two years in a row.

For that matter, ask rapper Kodak Black, who pleaded guilty to the same gun charge for which Hunter Biden got probation. In 2019, then-22-year-old Black was sentenced to more than three years in federal prison after pleading guilty to weapons charges.

Biden family defenders (and the elite media) have claimed this isn’t a fair comparison because Hunter Biden was a so-called first offender. To quote President Joe Biden “C’mon, man!” Hunter Biden has a long-documented history of illegal drug activity and questionable business dealings. He’s never been prosecuted because his father is a long-serving U.S. Senator-turned-Vice President-turned President. This flimsy defense only clarifies the bias.

Further, these so-called personal mistakes by Hunter Biden pale in comparison to the much more serious questions about his professional life. Why did the widow of the Mayor of Moscow send him $3.5 million? Why did Burisma put him on the board when he knows nothing about natural gas or Ukraine? What did he do to earn money from Kazakhstan and Romania? Why did a Chinese oligarch send him a diamond? Why did the Bidens set up so many shell companies if they aren’t trying to hide the flow of foreign money?

Looking at government operations tells us what was, is and could be. Democrats are in rage because Trump is on the Warpath. He not only believes the election was stolen from him, he believes that he is the rightful owner of the Presidency. And he is fully engaged to capture the White House in 2024. But in order for this to be done, planning stage has to be in motion today.

Democrats think that the Electoral College is outdated. They think that vote count should be the test of who sits in the White HOuse, not the Electoral College vote count. As it stands now, Republicans can capture the presidency with a lesser vote count than the Democrats. And for this very reason the Electoral College was created.

Democ-rats are scared shitless due to various laws and regulations that pertain to voting rights. A new Arizona law passed in March 2022 requires documented proof of citizenship in order to vote. Anyone who is not for that is a member of the criminal Democrat Party. In 2021, The party of Suicide Bombers.

Restrictions passed in Florida and Georgia add barriers to voting by mail, restrict the use of ballot drop boxes and more according to the criminal left when that is furthest from the truth. On a federal level, in 2018 the Supreme Court ruled in favor of an Ohio law that removes individuals from voter rolls if they haven’t voted in a two-year period, even if they remain eligible to vote. What is wrong with that? Dead is Dead. They just don’t get it because they want to steal another election.

Whistleblower Gary Shapley Jr. — who oversaw the IRS probe into the president’s son — said the IRS had obtained a WhatsApp message dated July 30, 2017, from Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao, CEO of Harvest Fund Management, in which Hunter alleged that he was with his father and named him to put pressure on Zhao to fulfill a commitment.

“And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”

“I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” Hunter Biden reportedly said.

“This WhatsApp directly ties Joe Biden to the millions of dollars coming from communist China,” Cruz said. “Now, it is possible Hunter Biden was lying, it’s possible Joe Biden wasn’t next to him. It’s possible Joe Biden was not going to inflict official damage on the Chinese if they didn’t pay him and his son millions of dollars. That’s possible, but you know what, we don’t know if it’s true or not. Why? Because, according to the whistleblower, they didn’t investigate, and they were prohibited from investigating. They were prevented from even asking the question.”

“Let me be clear: This, on the face of it, is obstruction of justice,” he said. “And if Merrick Garland issued that order, he is the one blocking the investigation, and I think there’s real evidence of Merrick Garland being guilty of obstruction of justice.”

We would put the IRS whistleblowers on the stand, under oath to testify about it, and we would confront Merrick Garland with that.”

More than 300 Pakistani nationals have been killed in the sinking of a overcrowded fishing trawler off the coast of Greece, the latest tragedy to expose the refugee crisis confronting the European Union as tens of thousands seek sanctuary from war, persecution and poverty. We are aghast at the publish report that indicated many of those on board were fleeing war and persecution. Sorry but we didn’t know Pakistan was at war and many of its citizens were persecuted. Guess this scale of news reaches us slowly due to the primitive communication coming out of Pakistan.

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan told lawmakers in the National Assembly that an estimated 700 migrants were on the boat when it sank June 14. Only 104 people, including 12 Pakistanis, were rescued and 82 bodies have been recovered. Officials say the victims paid the smugglers between $5,000 and $8,000 for the voyage. Paying smugglers as much as $8,000 doesn’t tally well with poverty. There are not many Americans, probably, two hundred million who don’t have $8,000. We dismiss poverty as a reason to flee. Most of these people fleeing are seeking refuge in Europe. The European countries are not too receptive to see hundreds of thousands of Muslim migrants entering their shores taking jobs away from the home folk, causing ruckus and all sorts of trouble, plus adding to that the economic infliction on the local economy.

They say Pakistan, a mid-Asian country is in the midst of political turmoil. Poverty is as common as the Black Plague. The economy has been turned upside down. What else is new? This has been going on for tens of thousands of years, So where is the NEW in NEWS. However, not to lightly dismiss the tragedy of those who perished we offer our advice, stay where you are because the grass is not greener across the street. Former President Barack Obama called out what he perceived as a double standard in media coverage of the tragedy of the OceanGate Titan submersible versus the migrant boat that sank off the coast of Greece last week.

In an interview with CNN host Christiane Amanpour (Muslim Father) in Athens, Greece Thursday night, the 44th president railed against “inequality” in our “democracy” and claimed the fact that news of the missing OceanGate sub dominated the news cycle, while the sinking of a migrant boat in the Mediterranean Sea did not, is an example of this “inequality.”

Obama noted that “democracy is not going to be healthy” due to this type of “obscene coverage”

Not for any reason did Obama get juiced in Rage, but as is his character, he is always spilling vile against the West for bigotry, bigotry in ways that continue to haunt him and will continue to haunt him until he meets his maker.  As stated below in a previous post, Obama never misses an opportunity to throw gasoline on the fire of hate.

A Rage of one segment of the population cannot rule over us. Prosecutors and judges must be held to account. If not, we will find the civil war which was ignited by Obama, slick as he was, the day will come when his kinfolk find out what true justice is. Believe us when we tell you, that day is coming sooner than you think.

Soon, Prigozhin will be a victim. One way or another he will be dosed with lethal polonium-210– which will induce acute radiation syndrome.  

The War in Ukraine has been going on for close to a year and a half. Gee, didn’t Putin think it would be over in 6 days? Putin’s troops were inadequate for the job; drunken louts, most of them, not battle ready, either was their equipment. So, Putin hired the mercenary group, Wagner, to do the dirty work. But, as the war played out, Putin was blaming everyone for not conquering a lesser foe. The Wagner Group became the main focus of Putin’s ire. Spats started developing between the Wagner leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin and Vlad.

Before Putin had a chance of saying Хуй тебе,  Prigozhin marched into Rostov on Don with his crew manning tanks and other armored vehicles. A takeover of Russia’s front line military headquarters was on-going.

Forces from Wagner Group, the private military contractor that had been fighting for the Kremlin in Ukraine, have reportedly crossed the border and stormed back into Russia, demanding the removal of the nation’s defense minister in the most serious threat to President Vladimir Putin’s authority since he took power in 2000.

Yevgeny Prigozhin, owner and founder of the mercenary organization, is calling for an armed rebellion and threatened to rush Moscow in order to oust the minister who he accused of ordering the bombing of his war camps in Ukraine. The Kremlin has called for his arrest on mutiny charges in response.

On Saturday, Prigozhin said his 25,000 soldiers had stormed into Rostov-on-Don — home to the Russian military headquarters for the southern region that oversees the fighting in Ukraine, close to where the Wagner forces had been deployed.

He claimed that his forces had taken control of the city’s military facilities, including the airfield, as military tanks rolled through the streets of Rostov-on-Don, according to videos posted online.

We are calling the Black Community to attention. They should be outraged for what has and is happening to the Cocaine Hunter. POTUS and his son have committed crimes that if a member of the Black Community committed the same would be in jail for life. The key would have been thrown away. So let’s see what the charges were.

Much else is curious about this latest Biden misadventure. Why, for example, did the Secret Service’s office in Wilmington, Del., reportedly get involved? Yes, that would be the same agency that was then providing protection for former Vice President Joe Biden as he was planning his 2020 presidential bid.

The Secret Service has nothing to do with firearms background checks (the bailiwick of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives), or with investigating misplaced guns (that’s the local cops’ job). Why would Secret Service agents try to get the gun dealer to surrender the paperwork from Hunter’s purchase?

Congress ought to be investigating — clearly, if a Republican were involved, Democrats would be in whirling dervish mode and the media would be swarming.

But that aside, there is a reason many “lie and try” cases do not get prosecuted: The applicant does not get the gun. Often, what is concealed is a prior conviction. The authorities discover it in reviewing the background check, and the purchase never goes through.

Those cases ought to be prosecuted more often, but it’s not true that charges are never filed. Even if it were true, this is not that situation. Biden got the gun and, predictably, lost it. That’s a case that ought to be charged 10 times out of 10.

Hunter Biden’s plea agreement to misdemeanor tax offenses allows him to avoid federal felony charges for lying on a background check form when he purchased a firearm. Hunter Biden was an illegal user of crack cocaine at the time, which makes him ineligible to legally purchase or possess a firearm. The punishment for the felony offense of lying on a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ (ATF) Form 4473 is up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The firearm Hunter Biden purchased was later disposed of in a public trash can.

Form 4473 — the Firearm Transaction Record — is a six-page document that must be filled out whenever someone buys a firearm from a licensed firearm dealer. It asks questions including whether the buyer is addicted to drugs, and is the actual buyer of the firearm. A tweet by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ (ATF) Houston office said that lying on the form is a “federal violation and can lead to severe penalties and jail time.” A swarm of Twitter users asked why the bureau didn’t charge Hunter Biden, the president’s son, for allegedly lying on Form 4473 when he purchased a handgun in October 2018, the Washington Post reports. The controversy prompted the newspaper to request statistics from the Justice Department to determine whether someone falsely filling out the form face much a risk of prosecution. The answer? They don’t. The statistics are relevant as Congress discusses how to strengthen gun laws after high-profile mass shootings. They are a prime illustration of how existing laws are not always rigorously or consistently enforced.

Lying on the form is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. For being a user of unlawful drugs in possession of a firearm, the punishment is up to five years. The odds of being charged for lying on the form are virtually nonexistent. In the 2019 fiscal year, when Hunter Biden purchased his gun, federal prosecutors received 478 referrals for lying on Form 4473 — and filed just 298 cases. The numbers were roughly similar for fiscal 2020. At issue is when Biden answered “no” on the question that asks about unlawful drug use and addiction when purchasing a gun. Biden had been discharged five years earlier from the Navy Reserve for drug use and based on his 2021 memoir, he was actively using crack cocaine in the year he bought the gun. The data do not show how many people might have been prosecuted for falsely answering the question about active drug use. A 1990 Justice Department study noted how difficult it was to bring cases against people who falsely answer questions on the form, especially because there is no paper trail for drug abusers like there is for felons.

So the bottom line here is the Cocaine Hunter lied when he filled out an application to purchase a firearm, but in the end he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor.  No jail time, record would be wiped clean. But there is more to the story here. Did he have a gun permit?

The 2024 presidential hopeful spoke with host Shannon Bream and homed in on the poor state of public education systems across the country, and addressed some criticism leveled at him by Obama last week.

“There’s no higher compliment than to be attacked by President Obama,” Scott said. “Whenever the Democrats feel threatened, they pull out – drag out – the former president, have him make some negative comments about someone running, hoping that their numbers go down.”

The Justice Department announced on Tuesday that Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. The younger Biden also agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement regarding a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.

Barr said the DOJ should cooperate with House Republicans demanding that the FBI release the FD-1023 form – providing necessary steps are taken to protect the life and safety of the confidential human source in the document.
