This case is one of Capital Murder. Byrd claims shots were fired at him, he returned fire killing Ms. Babbitt an Air Force Veteran. No shots were fired, but Byrd claims they were after he shot Ms. Babbitt. This was an ambush in cold blood. “Shots fired” was a False Flag.” Lies prevailed throughout the investigation; they said she smashed a window, not true, then they said she was part of a mob, not true.

Byrd has never been charged for the fatal shooting.  Her husband, Aaron Babbitt, has filed a thirty million lawsuit backed by Judicial Watch against the Federal Government.
