Several questions are in order for the World Bank. If the P.A. is in such dire need of funding, why not go after the bank accounts of the Hamas leaders -Ismail Haniyeh – Yahya Sinwar, Arafat’s widow and Mamoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority? For they have milked the world for billions, maybe trillions of dollars. The money they have amassed will keep their bank accounts flowing for a thousand years.
The World Bank warned that the fiscal situation of the PA has “dramatically worsened in the last three months, significantly raising the risk of a fiscal collapse.”
