DEMOCRATS ARE AFRAID OF A LOOSE CANNON
Former President Trump’s legal team is back in court on Monday after a Friday hearing in which both sides argued the legality of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment in the classified document case against the former president.
The hearing continues Monday when the two sides again discuss matters related to Smith’s appointment as well as a limited gag order that prosecutors have requested to bar Trump from comments they fear could endanger the safety of FBI agents and other law enforcement officials involved in the case.
Trump’s lawyers have said any speech restrictions would infringe on his free speech rights. Cannon initially rejected the prosecution’s request on technical grounds, saying Smith’s team had not sufficiently conferred with defense lawyers before seeking the restrictions. Prosecutors subsequently renewed the request.
U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon heard hours of arguments Friday from lawyers for both sides, with Trump attorney Emil Bove asserting that the Justice Department risked creating a “shadow government” through the appointment of special counsels to prosecute select criminal cases.
Bove mentioned the term “shadow government” while describing a situation in which inferior officers, unconfirmed by the Senate, are put in power.
“These are the risks we are running,” he said.
Prosecutors said there was nothing improper or unusual about Smith’s appointment, with James Pearce, a member of Smith’s team, at one point saying, “We are in compliance. We have complied with all of the department’s policies.”
Cannon did not make a decision on Friday and is expected to issue a written order on the matter in the coming days.
WHITE HOUSE SAYS FREEZING JOE VIDEOS ARE FAKE – IS HE FIT TO SERVE
Former White House physician demands drug, cognitive test from Biden
Dr. Ronny Jackson joins ‘Sunday Morning Futures’ to discuss his five letters asking President Biden to submit to a cognitive test and his next letter addressed to Biden’s physician and the Cabinet.
Diagnoses complete, Biden has Lewy Body Dementia. A type of dementia caused by protein clumps in the brain. Yah, that’s Joe. Speaking about freezing in a global warming scenario is at odds with the Green Agenda.
Symptoms: LBD causes a variety of symptoms that can fluctuate over time, such as cognitive impairment, visual hallucinations, movement disorders, sleep disorders, and behavioral and mood changes. Joe fits these to a “T”.

WE ARE NOW EXTREMISTS TARGETED BY DHS
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) is releasing the second tranche of internal files from the “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group,” obtained exclusively through AFL’s litigation with Ambassador Ric Grenell against the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This is the second installment of #DeepStateDiaries, a multi-part series of releases including newly obtained documents.
Yesterday, AFL released documents showing how the Deep State’s DHS intel group proposed expanding DHS’s reach into local communities in an “ambiguous” and “non-threatening” way and contemplating ways to get teachers and mothers to report their children.
Today’s installment exposes how the Biden Administration classifies someone as a person likely to commit “domestic violent extremist” attacks, particularly those who support President Trump, are “in the military,” or are “religious.”
Under the Brennan-Clapper committee’s approach to national security, when all else fails, DHS should use being “in the military” or “religious” to profile people and tag them as having “indicators of extremists and terrorism” as a pretext to allow DHS to spy on them. According to the Group, “we should be more worried about these.”
The group went on to discuss how “most of the Domestic Terrorism threat now comes from supporters of the former president,” i.e., Trump supporters.

THE GOVERNOR HAS COME AROUND TO TRUMP’S DEFENSE
Trump’s name, presidential bid real reason behind ex-prez’s ‘hush money’ case: ex-NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo
Ex-President Trump’s hush money case should never have made it to indictment, according to former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
During an appearance Friday on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” the disgraced Democrat said the prosecutors in District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office pursued the former president’s conviction only because of who he is and what he wants, reports The Hill.
“The attorney general’s case in New York, frankly, should have never been brought,” Cuomo told Maher. “And if his name was not Donald Trump and if he wasn’t running for president… I’m the former AG of in New York [and] I’m telling you that case would’ve never been brought.”
Added Cuomo, the former New York attorney general: “That’s what is offensive to people, and it should be because if there’s anything left, it’s belief in the justice system.”
REPLACEMENT THEORY IS FOR REAL

Biden’s State Dept Official Admits Great Replacement is Real; ‘They Want to Change the Demographics of the United States’
“Traditional, standard Americans are not leftists. Latin Americans are all leftists. This is just to try and change the demographics [of the United States].” – U.S. Consular Officer
“I wish people knew we were letting in criminals [to the United States] daily.”
Two-Thirds of Republicans Believe Great Replacement Theory
Cameron Joseph, Vice, June 1, 2022
Two-thirds of Republicans surveyed agreed with a core belief of the “great replacement” conspiracy theory that holds that Democrats are importing immigrants to replace “more conservative white voters,” according to a newly released survey.
Of Republicans surveyed, 68 percent said they believed that the recent shift in U.S. demographics is “not a natural change but has been motivated by progressive and liberal leaders actively trying to leverage political power by replacing more conservative white voters.” That includes 38 percent who strongly agreed with the statement, with 30 percent of Republicans saying they somewhat agreed.
The poll was conducted in April by Tulchin Research for the Southern Poverty Law Center {snip}
{snip}
The poll found that half of Republicans also had negative feelings about the fact Census projections show America won’t be majority-white in 25 years. And more than half of Republicans surveyed agreed that “the changing demographics of America pose a threat to white Americans and their culture and values.”
This poll’s numbers are higher across the board compared to a similar survey conducted by the Associated Press and NORC in December, though the specific wording of the questions likely explains much of the divergence. That poll found that nearly half of Republicans believe that “there is a group of people in this country who are trying to replace native-born Americans with immigrants who agree with their political view.”

The European Country Where “Replacement Theory” Reigns Supreme
Zack Beauchamp, Vox, May 19, 2022
On May 16, just days after the deadly mass shooting in Buffalo, New York, motivated by conspiratorial fears of white Westerners’ “Great Replacement” by minorities, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán endorsed the shooter’s ideology in a nationally televised speech.
“Part of the picture of the decade of war facing us will be recurring waves of suicidal policy in the Western world. One such suicide attempt that I see is the great European population replacement program, which seeks to replace the missing European Christian children with migrants, with adults arriving from other civilizations,” Orbán said.
Orbán is a close observer of American politics; the speech literally contains an exhortation to “make Hungary great again.” It is implausible, as the Guardian notes, that he was unaware of the concern in Washington over “Great Replacement” ideology — a conspiracy theory that posits a shadowy plan to “replace” the white Western population with immigrants and the children of nonwhites.
But Orbán is not adopting this language in response to events in America: It has been a central element of his ideology for years.
“I think there are many people who would like to see the end of Christian Europe,” he said in a representative 2018 radio interview. “They believe that if they replace its cultural subsoil, if they bring in millions of people from new ethnic groups which are not rooted in Christian culture, then they will transform Europe according to their conception.”
In contemporary Hungary, we see a country where “Great Replacement” theory dominates not just official rhetoric but also policy. Migrants are treated cruelly at the border, while the government casts LGBTQ minorities as a threat to Hungarian birthrates and pushes a message to convince women to take up “traditional” roles as homemakers and mothers. Advocates for immigration and immigrant rights, like the Hungarian American Jewish philanthropist George Soros, are described as enemies of the state and attacked accordingly.
Meanwhile, Republicans are increasingly seeing Orbánism as a model. Currently, the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) is holding a major conference in Budapest. Orbán gave a speech Thursday morning; both Tucker Carlson and Trump’s former chief of staff Mark Meadows will be giving addresses by videoconference. The event serves as ratification of a trend I’ve been writing about for years: the GOP’s evolution into an illiberal faction that closely resembles Orbán’s Fidesz party.
At the conference, my colleague Noel King met with István Kiss, the executive director of the Danube Institute, a government-sponsored think tank with links to prominent Western conservatives. She asked Kiss directly whether his government’s embrace of replacement theory bothered him. He said, more or less, that it didn’t.
“If Hungary changes, then Hungary no longer exists,” he says. “If you have a society or civilization which is unwilling to reproduce themselves, then that shows that there’s something wrong within our societies. Because that’s strange; that’s kind of suicidal.”
These are the ideas spreading out from Budapest to Washington. And the implications for America are more than a little ominous.
{snip}
In the United States, replacement theory has been popular with the racist fringe — people like the Buffalo shooter and Charlottesville, Virginia, marchers — for decades. Only recently has it made its way into the GOP mainstream, due in no small part to the influence of Carlson’s Fox show.
In Europe, the idea is widespread among both neo-Nazis and the continent’s far-right political parties, like the Netherlands’ Freedom Party and Germany’s AfD. {snip}
But nowhere has the idea been more influential than Hungary, where Orbán and his increasingly far-right Fidesz party has engineered the political system to give itself a virtual hammerlock on power without parallel in the European Union. The Hungarian prime minister has elevated fear of demographic replacement into a central governing ideology, serving as justification for a policy agenda that demonizes minorities and helps cement his hold on power.
Orbán’s vision goes like this: Hungary is a small country of about 10 million people, with a unique culture and language, that has been repeatedly invaded and subjugated throughout its history. Today, the biggest threat to this nation’s continuation is low birthrates: “Hungarians are an endangered species,” as he once put it.
Immigration to Europe from the Middle East and Africa is, in this worldview, the principal reason for this “endangered” status. Because Orbán sees “Hungarianness” as defined in ethnonational terms, there is no sense that the children of migrants could ever become Hungarian. By bringing in their own cultures and languages, he believes, they pose an existential threat to the Hungarian nation’s future.
“We do not need numbers, but Hungarian children. In our minds, immigration means surrender,” as he put it in a 2019 speech. “If we resign ourselves to the fact that we are unable to sustain ourselves even biologically, by doing so we admit that we are not important even for ourselves.”
{snip}
“What they want is that henceforward it will increasingly not be we and our descendants who live here, but others,” he said in a speech commemorating the country’s 1848 revolution. “External forces and international powers want to force all this upon us, with the help of their allies here in our country.”
The upshot of this conspiracy theory is that Orbán and his allies in Fidesz are justified in doing nearly anything — however cruel and authoritarian — in service of preventing migration. They have built a fence on the border with Serbia to block migrants from entering; when I visited there in 2018, I saw a detention center, with some migrants stuck in a miserable processing system while others slept in squalid tents on the Hungarian side.

Former Obama fundraiser says she’s divorcing the Democratic Party, voting for Trump for the first time
Allison Huynh said she is selling her Obama-inspired million dollar collectible after growing disenchanted with the Democrats
An ex-Obama fundraiser who helped raise millions in donations for his campaign announced that she is “divorcing” the Democratic Party and plans to vote for Trump in the upcoming election.
“Like any divorce, there’s not just one thing, there’s a series of things that led up to it,” Allison Huynh said on “Jesse Watters Primetime” Wednesday.
NEW DATA REVEALS VOTERS ARE SHIFTING TO THIS MAJOR POLITICAL PARTY AHEAD OF HEATED 2024 REMATCH
Huynh, who created Willow Garage, a company that created robotics and AI systems, which were later sold to Google, along with her then-husband Google programmer Scott Hassan, helped raise millions of dollars for the Obama campaign in 2008 by hosting elaborate “$50,000- and $100,000-per-plate dinners,” for Silicon Valley giants, the New York Post reported.
In the years since, Huynh said she has grown disenchanted with the Democratic Party, telling Fox News host Jesse Watters that she is increasingly fed up as crime, looting and homelessness continue to run rampant under their leadership.
“The Democrats were policing the wrong things,” she said. “The things that we need to police are violent criminals that are scattered throughout the streets of San Francisco, people defecating, shooting up heroin in front of me and my kids, and allowing criminals to go in and steal from our grocery stores, shutting down grocery stores,” she said.
“I love to cook, and when I wake up in the morning, there’s no grocery stores to go to.”
BILLIONAIRE CEO SCHWARZMAN CHANGES COURSE AND BACKS TRUMP CITING RISING ANTISEMITISM AS TOP CONCERN
In 2008, Huynh purchased a Shepard Fairey piece of artwork inspired by the Obama “Hope” posters, paying more than $1 million for the work on canvas. She told Fox News in an earlier interview that her nature as a “hopeful” person and what she called former President Obama’s “great ideas” focused on equality for women and people of color led her to support the then-candidate.
But with her diminishing enthusiasm for the party, the 48-year-old Vietnamese immigrant is auctioning off the mixed-media piece and is planning to vote for former President Trump.
TRUMP ENTERS THE HOOD

Trump says ‘few communities have suffered more under the Biden regime than Philadelphia’ in rally stop
Trump’s stop in Philly comes after rallies in other deeply Democratic areas like the Bronx, NY, the Jersey Shore and Detroit
Former President Trump claimed that “few communities have suffered more under the Biden regime than Philadelphia,” while speaking to supporters at Temple University on Saturday evening in the key battleground state of Pennsylvania.
“Under crooked Joe, the city of brotherly love is being ravaged by bloodshed and crime,” Trump said while discussing recent shootings and crime statistics.
He added: “Under the Trump administration, we’re going to bring law and order and safety back to our streets. We are going to bring success back to our schools. We’re going to bring prosperity back to our forgotten communities. And we are going to liberate our once great cities and make Philadelphia better and more beautiful than ever before.”
Trump told the packed crowd inside the Liacouras Center’s 10,000-seat auditorium, “With your vote, Joe Biden’s wave of bedlam and death and terror will begin to recede the moment I take the oath of office.”
Why Trump’s blue district barnstorming is a bad sign for Biden
It all started with a trip to a bodega in New York City. Now it is a staple of the former president’s third run at the White House
Former President Donald Trump is set to speak in North Philadelphia on Saturday, the next stop in what has been an unconventional but highly effective strategy of his 2024 presidential campaign.
It all started, as so many things in life do, with a trip to a bodega in New York City, and now it is a staple of the former president’s third run at the White House.
Back in April, at the beginning of a criminal trial that would limit his campaigning for weeks, Donald Trump showed up after court at a small locally owned store in Harlem for an impromptu and mostly organic little rally.
Trump Rallies MAGA Base, Courts Black Voters in Detroit
Natalie Allison, Politico, June 15, 2024
In a span of two hours Saturday, Donald Trump walked onto stages twice in this battleground state — once as pyrotechnics flashed around him before some 8,000 MAGA loyalists, and earlier, in a predominately Black church where he is still laboring to make gains.
For Trump, who is trying to rally base voters while also cutting into President Joe Biden’s support among people of color, the appearances at two different ends of the city — and with two starkly different demographics — illustrated the ground Trump still has to make up here.
Unlike with his base at the mostly white Turning Point Action conference inside a downtown convention center, Trump’s reception at the church in a low-income neighborhood, while mostly warm, was at times reserved — or, in one case, worse.
{snip}
And some of Trump’s harshest rhetoric on illegal immigration — including that Black people should repel what he called an “invasion of your jobs” — drew only tepid applause, though the crowd rose to its feet as he bashed “radical left wing gender ideology,” among other topics that resonated.
{snip}
Trump’s campaign that afternoon had announced a “Black Americans for Trump” initiative to coincide with the upcoming Juneteenth holiday, sharing endorsement messages from prominent Black politicians, entertainers, athletes and faith leaders. Among those included in Trump’s new Black voter coalition was former Democratic Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who served time in prison for felony fraud and racketeering convictions, and whose sentence Trump commuted before leaving office.
And inside the sweltering church, a Black Republican activist, Valerie Parker, offered Trump a welcome: “Thank you, Mr. President, for coming to the hood.”
{snip}
At the church roundtable, Trump called Biden “the worst president for Black people.” Looking around the room, sandwiched between several of Detroit’s Black community leaders at tablecloth-draped folding table, he vowed that he would come back for Sunday service someday.
The inroads Trump makes in Detroit could be critical in a battleground that is likely to be decided at the margins. And he is starting from behind here.
Wayne County, home to heavily-Democratic Detroit, went solidly to Biden in 2020 who won the county by 38 points. In Detroit itself, with a majority Black population, Biden carried 94 percent of the vote.
Trump and his campaign, however, are seizing on gains they’ve made with voters of color in the years since — or at least on a loss of support Biden has experienced with them. And even marginal improvements for Trump in the Detroit area could help propel him in a state he won in 2016, before losing four years later.
THE CAITLIN CLARK SHOW
Anticipations were high as the number one pick in the WNBA draft was chosen in the first round by the Indiana Fever. Caitlin Clark, the highest scoring basketball player in history, (men’s and women’s) as expected finds herself entering the Octogan. However, many opponents have not taken to the fanfare surrounding Ms. Clark. The Phenom found herself the object of flagrant sucker punches. Intentional brute force fouls became rampant.
Clark has stepped into the “HOOD“, where physical beatings are commonplace. There is no other way for them to express themselves but by being aggressive which makes them feared on the court. But she was not dismayed, she had aggressive style too; not scared of those who can’t play the game by the rules. The only way to stop these animals, who continue to bump, punch and slug, is to automatically expel those who commit flagrant violations. This will stop the savageness which has been employed by her opponents.
“I think everybody is physical with me. They get away with things that probably other people don’t get away with,” Clark said on May 28 after the Fever dropped a game to the Los Angeles Sparks.
Clark, through it all has answered her adversaries from the three point line, deft passing and blocked shots, Clark is now being reckoned with on the court. Her presence has upped the attendance by up to five fold in games she plays. Good for all women, not just White women.
In our book, Caitlin Clark is scoring on and off the court.
