Democrats jumped on Trump’s victory, calling it pyrrhic.
The DNC poured millions into Haley’s campaign in the hope of derailing the Trump Train. Guess it didn’t payoff.
But we state the case. Democrats and Independents voted in the Primary. This diluted Trump’s actual tally.
South Carolina allows registered voters — Republicans, Democrats and independents— to participate in any primary of their choosing. But they can only vote in one, not both. Former President Donald Trump railed against South Carolina’s 2024 open GOP primary earlier this month as he sought to convince Republicans that he needed them to show up and vote for him in Saturday’s election.
“Nikki Haley is pushing Democrats to vote,” Trump alleged during a campaign stop in North Charleston, South Carolina. “Which they shouldn’t be able to do.”
As Trump maintains his grip on the Republican base, Haley, the former ambassador to the United Nations and governor of South Carolina, has looked to independent voters to boost her campaign, making an open primary potentially more beneficial to her than one that allows only registered party members to vote.

COLUMBIA, South Carolina (Reuters) -Donald Trump easily defeated Nikki Haley in South Carolina’s Republican contest on Saturday, extending his winning streak as he marches toward a third consecutive presidential nomination and a rematch with Democratic President Joe Biden.
GEORGETOWN, South Carolina (Reuters) – As Donald Trump comes close to clinching a third presidential nomination, anti-Trump Republicans are facing a sobering reality: Their party is unlikely to revert to what it was before the MAGA wave rolled in, and they now have no obvious political home.
But the Cocaine Hunter is still free. Why? How can this be? We call this political interference by the DOJ. This case is now six years old. Anyone else would be spending time in the Iron Bar by now. But not Hunter, a Mother F..k.R. is still Walking the Line.
Hunter Biden’s defense team took shots at David Weiss’s credibility in a court filing on Tuesday, arguing the special counsel has “gotten much wrong” since charging the first son last year with illegally purchasing a firearm.
Defense attorneys’ claims that Weiss has made mistakes came as part of their fight to obtain additional discovery in the case, and they could signal that the first son intends to chip away at Weiss’s credibility piece by piece as a strategy to undermine his prosecution.
Defense attorneys, for example, accused prosecutors of misrepresenting a photo from Biden’s computer data that they included in their most recent court filing.
The photo was among three photos and several text messages prosecutors shared in the filing in part to demonstrate that Biden “took multiple photographs of videos [sic] apparent cocaine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia” in 2018 at the time of his alleged gun crime.
While Biden’s attorneys did not confirm the authenticity of the photos and messages — they continue to contend that Biden’s now-prolific laptop data have been manipulated — they said that after reviewing discovery Weiss had provided to them, they found that the photo in question was of sawdust rather than cocaine.
“The prosecution was reckless in making such a hyperbolic and sensational claim in a public filing, which it surely realized would prejudice Mr. Biden in the public eye,” Biden’s attorneys wrote.
The defense attorneys did not address the other photos and messages, some of which indicate that Biden was indeed using drugs in 2018 around the same time he purchased a revolver. Weiss has alleged that Biden lied on a gun form about his drug use to purchase the firearm. Biden has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is pushing to have his case dismissed.
The defense attorneys also seized on the recent arrest of Alexander Smirnov to raise questions about Weiss’s credibility.
The question is , why was Catherine Herridge fired, notes, files, including leads, and personal effects cleaned out of her desk before she was given time to retrieve them?
The theory as to why Paramount ‘laid off’ journalist Catherine Herridge – a known thorn of Biden administration

’m not one for conspiracy theories.
In fact, I shoot them down all the time when I’m bombarded with claims that sinister forces on Wall Street are conspiring to screw small investors.
Such “rip-offs” are easily explained away with logic and a modest understanding of how markets work.
One such theory making the rounds deserves some attention because the implications, if true, are so scary.
It involves the wonky circumstances surrounding the recent termination of journalist Catherine Herridge from CBS News.
Here’s why some people are connecting the proverbial conspiracy dots: Sidelining Herridge might just get the Wall Street-phobic Biden merger cops to approve Paramount’s sale to a bigger media company.
Again, I hate conspiracy theories, and I’m not anywhere close to being sure this one has any merit; Herridge was one of 800 people (including 20 journalists) recently let go from the struggling media conglomerate, owner of CBS, MTV, Paramount Pictures, Comedy Central, etc.

Media executives have described much of Paramount’s programming as “melting ice cubes,” industry slang for programs rapidly losing audience share because of irrelevance and cord-cutting.
The company is under intense pressure to downsize.
That’s why Paramount is looking for a savior.
Shares are down 77% over the past five years.
A weak advertising market and the need to squeeze costs for a planned sale adds to the pressure to cut staffing.
Yet a deal should be a layup given the quality of some of Paramount’s assets (it does control a major studio and CBS).
Most recently, Herridge has been reporting critically on the Biden administration, the president’s weak mental acuity as displayed in a special-counsel report and the Hunter Biden imbroglio.AP
Plus, its market cap is just $7.6 billion.
It can easily be absorbed into any large media or tech outfit looking for content.
So what’s holding it up?
Larger potential suitors (think Comcast, Discovery, Apple or Amazon) are either hesitating or staying away because they don’t believe the Biden administration will approve any merger, my deal sources say.
Smaller players will also face intense scrutiny since the Biden FCC, DOJ and FTC simply hate media properties changing hands.
Put aside the idiocy of Biden’s deal-hating agenda for a moment, and let’s return to the curious case of Catherine Herridge.
(Full disclosure: Herridge and I crossed paths a few years back when she worked for Fox News, my employer. She left in 2019 to take the post of senior investigative correspondent for CBS. I don’t know her well, but I am an admirer of her work.)
After she left Fox in 2019, Herridge picked up where she left off, breaking stories without fear or favor.
Most recently, she’s reporting critically on the Biden administration, the president’s weak mental acuity as displayed in a special-counsel report and the Hunter Biden imbroglio.
Not exactly stuff that endears a reporter to the Biden White House during an election year.
I am well aware that journalism has always been a rough business made more difficult by the Internet, which first commoditized print media, and is now doing the same to broadcasting.
Money to pay talent is getting scarce.
Herridge, meanwhile, continues to rebuff a court order to turn over her sources on a story she did about a Chinese American scientist under federal investigation.
Good at her job
That said, Herridge’s defenestration was suspiciously odd.
She was both very good at her job and one of the few reporters in mainstream media who doesn’t do a woke calculus every time she does a story, which means she offered something that CBS really doesn’t have and is scarce throughout mainstream media: fair and balanced reporting.
Now consider the way she was ousted.
Most people when they are told to leave do so by getting a chance to clean out their desks and take their work product with them.
Apparently not Herridge.
According to a column written by George Washington University professor Jonathan Turley in The Hill, “The network grabbed Herridge’s notes and files and informed her that it would decide what, if anything, would be turned over to her. The files likely contain confidential material from both her stints at Fox and CBS.”
No matter your angle, the truth has been written, Democrats believe in anarchy, murder, killing of innocents, rape, theft, breaking and entering, welfare for illegals, condone baby killing and all sorts of other criminal activity. This is a known fact, liberal judges, district attorneys, prosecutors, mayors and jurists more often than not let the guilty go by spitting into the victims face. Think about it when it comes time to cast your ballot this November.
We warn you that the liberal enclaves, such as NYC, LA, Philly, Portland, Detroit, Chicago and the others will go into rage mode destroying anything and everything.
ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Georgia Police Department have taken a suspect in custody in connection with the suspected homicide of a 22-year-old nursing student from Augusta University who police found dead on the University of Georgia campus Thursday.
Police have charged Jose Antonio Ibarra with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call and concealing the death of another, UGA Police Chief Jeffrey L. Clark said during a news briefing Friday evening. The suspect is not a U.S. citizen, according to authorities.
Ibarra measures 5 foot 3 inches and weighs 170 lbs, per the Clarke County Sheriff’s Department booking sheet. Laken measured 5 feet 4 inches, weighing 115 lbs, according to a UGA Police Department report.

“The evidence is robust,” he told reporters, crediting campus security cameras in part for the arrest.
Clark said he believed the attack was a “crime of opportunity” and that the suspected killer had no known connection to the victim. Ibarra is not a UGA student, he added.

Ibarra’s immigration status was not immediately known to investigators, the chief said, adding that he believed the suspect is from Venezuela.
“Right now I don’t know his full status,” he said. “He is not a citizen of the United States.”
Police initially swept up three to four people during the early stages of the investigation but were only arresting and charging Ibarra, Clark added.

“While the perpetrator’s legal status is unclear, if the Chief’s statement is accurate and that he is a Venezuelan migrant — potentially admitted under the continuing ‘special status’ program — it is past time to recognize the obvious: Maduro has taken a page from Castro’s book and is emptying his criminals into the U.S., and we are holding the door open for them,” Paul Mauro, a retired NYPD inspector, told Fox News Digital.
Nicki Haley is in a state of utter disbelief. Why? Because she taking a bad beating.” Instead of being consolatory she chooses war. Haley has never lost a race, that is the reason why she goes on. Her platform is similar to that of the “Don” but she continues to believe hers is different. Yet she goes on, accusing Trump of all sorts of reasons why they should vote for her.
When the results are tabulated tonight, they will show that Donald J. Trump trashed Niki Haley by a margin of 25 points or more. And don’t forget, this is Haley’s last stand; a defeat in her home state of South Carolina will spell the death knell for her campaign, yet she goes on.
March 5, is Super Tuesday, where Trump is expected to bring it on. A devastating loss by Haley will be the final one for her campaign. There will be no speeches at the funeral, only an epitaph on the casket, may she Rest In Peace.
A mom of three given nearly $11,000 in a taxpayer-funded program for impoverished families has admitted blowing most of it on a luxurious five-day trip to Miami — even getting a $180 glow-up to not look like a “working” mom while there.
Canethia Miller, 27, was one of 132 mothers in Washington, DC accepted last year into the “Strong Families, Strong Future” pilot program designed to help those living around the poverty line, according to the Washington Post.
She chose to take a no-strings-attached $10,800 lump sum, rather than $900 monthly payments — and immediately spent more than $6,000 on the trip for her, her three sons and their father.
“I wanted to blow it. I wanted to have fun,” she told the DC paper.
For the trips, Miller bought 15 new outfits for her children — one for each child for each day of the vacation — proudly telling the DC paper: “Every outfit they wore was new.”
She also spent $180 getting her hair and nails done makeover, excitedly recalling how good she looked for the trip.
“I didn’t have to look like a working, stressed mom,” she said of the pricy glow-up.
Then in Miami, Miller spent much of her new cash on steak dinners, new gadgets and toys for the children and a boat tour past some of the city’s most expensive mansions.
She justified her spending by saying she hoped to inspire her children and teach them that if they work hard enough, they may one day be able to afford one of the mansions.
Miller then ate up the remainder of the funds on bills and a used car, she said.
In any war there is an end, maybe not the kind predicted, but an end nonetheless. In this never ending war, which was kicked off in 1948, with plenty of intermissions since, the kindling flame was aways flickering below the surface.
Israel has had many trials and tribulations, but October 7 was a whole different ballgame. This was sparked off by the UNRWA which was complicit in allowing the importation of critical infrastructure, namely tunnel materials through the Rafah-Egyptian border. Many of these items were labeled for civilian purposes. And we know now how that went.
This war will find an ending when Hamas killers, murderers, ruthless deviates are murdered themselves. If not, there will be no end. The pseudo Palestinians had their chances, but failed miserably to grasp victory, but were eagerly grasping defeat.
Remember, after the 1948 war of Independence, Jordan took control the west bank, better known as Samaria and Judea. King Hussein failed to consolidate this real estate for the fear that Jordan would be overcome with war mongering Arabs (note that these pseudo Palestinians were from Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt and Turkey), they were of the most violent kind. This set off what is known as Black September. The PLO’s strength grew, and by early 1970, leftist groups within the PLO began calling for the overthrow of Jordan’s Hashemite monarchy. The war between the King of the Hashemites and the PLO ended soon after the PLO took up residence in Lebanon.
The pseudo Palestinians can live in peace if they finally recognize the State of Israel, renounce violence and go on with their daily lives This is a utopian picture, but as of today, it is the only solution. If not, the war will never end.
Iran is up next, their day of destruction is not that far into the future.
