It wasn’t meant to start out that way, but on a typical cold morning in Boston harbor the Sons of Liberty (disquised as Mohawk Indians) assembled on Griffin’s dock, boarded the cargo ship Dartmouth, promptly went down into the hold, brought up casks of tea and tossed them into the harbor.  The Revolution was on, the date was December 16, 1773; this event, later know as the Boston Tea Party, triggered the revolution.

On July 4, 1776 we declared our independence from Great Britain; no longer paying tribute to King George and the Crown. A new nation was born, the greatest nation on the face of the earth.

However, as we celebrate we must be reminded that there are those within who are destined to destroy our nation, our legacy – we know who they are. Their pursuit of such an endeavor started on January 20, 2009 on the day of Barack Obama’s inauguration. Subsequent to that infamous day, the 44th President of the United States has attempted to destroy the legacy that brought forth a new nation.

We don’t have to repeat the violations here, but remind Patriotic Americans of good heart and soul that the celebration today is one that not only remembers our glorious past, honors those who served and died, but we must never forget the forces of evil that are now attempting to destroy and rewrite our legacy in their own image; a socialist style dictatorship modeled after Stalin.

For us, the thought of a second tea party is real. We must be vigilant to surreptitious plans by the evil residing in Washington who assault our rights at every turn; fortunately recent decisions confirm that the the Supreme Court is on our side. The failure of Obama to defend the homeland against all threats at home and abroad borders on treason.

We must protest and take a firm stand against a government hell bent on our destruction. Because if we don’t defend ourselves there is no one else who will. The fight we fought 238 years ago was for future generations to live free in liberty on consecrated ground. We must defend and preserve the liberty our forefathers fought for.

“Hell no”, you ain’t dumping a bunch of scabies laced illegals in my back yard says Murreieta California protesters who turned back a bus of illegals. They were later seen heading toward a border facility in San Diego.

This is one more flagrant act by Obama prior to the fall election; the only one objective is to incite the Latino/Hispanic community enough to bring out the November vote, thus damaging the Republican chances of controlling Congress. We can’t imagine how many illegals will be voting in the fall, but certainly there will be thousands.

Patriots, we are in a war on several fronts.  Obama and Holder are dangerous criminals who must be brought to justice.  The two thugs are looking for an opening where they can declare martial law. For the mean time we will let cooler heads prevail.

We have the law on our side, these two hoodlums will pay for their deliberate violation of our Constitution. They are guilty as charged.  Boehner indicated a suit is in the offing. He better walk his talk, that is all we can say.

The Service Employees International Union was on the receiving end of a Supreme Court dog bite. The Court’s decision declared that home care workers cannot be forced to pay union dues although the union represents them.

The case involved home health care workers who were paid under the state medicaid program. The unions argued that these individuals benefited because unions negotiated their wages. This required the home healthcare workers to pay union dues to the SEIU.

The court shot down the SEIU argument that the workers derived innumerable benefits from union bargaining; citing the workers right not to subsidize speech that they may object to. Hence, the home healthcare workers are no longer required to subsidize the union by paying dues. A blow to the union treasury.

Richard Trumka, president of the AFL-CIO, denounced the ruling. “Home care is one of the fastest-growing industries. Its workers do backbreaking, thankless work, often for low wages.,” he said. “By forming a union, these workers are helping to combat income inequality and the rise of low-wage jobs.”

The Supreme Court dealt another blow to Obamacare by siding with the Hobby Lobby. The four liberal justices, as predicted, were in dissent. The case was a validation that government can’t force their liberal beliefs on those who believe in religion. What at stake was the right of Hobby Lobby to buy insurance for their employees without a contraceptive mandate. Hobby Lobby have been set free from the the collective mindset of the progressive agenda and the billy club tactics of the Obama cabal.

We quote Justice Ginsberg “Although the court attempts to cabin its language to closely held corporations,” “its logic extends to corporations of any size, public or private.” She added that corporations could now object to “health coverage of vaccines, or paying the minimum wage, or according women equal pay for substantially similar work.”

And “Would the exemption…extend to employers with religiously grounded objections to blood transfusions (Jehovah’s Witnesses); antidepressants (Scientologists); medications derived from pigs, including anesthesia, intravenous fluids, and pills coated with gelatin (certain Muslims, Jews, and Hindus); and vaccinations[?]

And the best quote of all from Justice Ginsberg. “It bears note in this regard that the cost of an IUD is nearly equivalent to a month’s full-time pay for workers earning the minimum wage.”

Unfortunately Justice Ginsberg has it all wrong when she flips the argument. The court ruled that a corporation does not have to pay for insurance which provides contraception coverage against the wishes of their religious beliefs, but Ginsberg’s dissent references an employee choice. When an employee revokes a blood transfusion on religious grounds that is their decision; not the corporations.

To much of our dismay the previous platform was transitioned to a new one. This caused the The New Boston Tea Party site to be down for several days. We worked behind the scenes to get it up and running as soon as possible.

But we know that many of our faithful readers were upset; we apologize to them. As we go forward we hope to bring the same level of news items that excites all of us. We do this out of love and reverence for the Constitution; the objective is to bring together a true national force to repel those who seek to destroy it. The Tea Party Lives.

The Establishment’s Dirty Tactics
This week, the Republican Establishment revealed its true colors: they had to use Democrats to beat Chris McDaniel in the Mississippi primary.
Rather than allow grassroots conservatives to decide their next senator, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, the Chamber of Commerce, K Street lobbyists, and the NRSC helped Democrats choose the Republican Nominee. It’s shameful, corrupt, and unforgivable.
The truth is: Chris McDaniel won a majority of Republican voters. That’s why the DC Establishment spent a ton of money getting Democrat votes. They couldn’t maintain their hold on the Republican Party without them.
You know why the Republican Establishment and the DC-insiders fear us. They want to keep their gravy train rolling. They want unlimited spending and bigger government. That’s why they’re spending millions attacking patriotic conservatives like you and me.
That’s why we can’t give up. They’re afraid of us. And that’s how I know we’re making a difference, that’s how I know that this is the beginning of the end, and we will Take America Back. We must press on.

California is reversing the history of the golden state. The Pols are on the verge of tapping the gold of its citizens; many of them are visibly upset, particularly the Democrats. As we approach election season their constituents don’t find themselves too happy about being gang raped – the thinking is that they will take out their anger on the incumbent, ala Eric Cantor.

What gets them upset is the price of gas, it is headng north. Cap ‘n Trade is the boogeyman here. Democrats whose belief is set in stone; Marxism – tax the productive and transfer the wealth to the parasitic moocher are in a very precarious position. An extra $25 per week for a movie mogul doesn’t register, but to a gardener $25 can make a huge difference in life style.

Is it possible that the Green Agenda will be frozen for the forseeable future? Once the bees nest is aroused many are bitten. And soon inflation will be raising its ugly head, with pay flat, many of the middle class will call for a revolt. We like that kind of scenario. As the old saying goes, how do you turn a liberal into a conservative? Mug ‘m.

Do WE Have a Red Line?
Do We, the People, have a Red Line, that when our enemies cross it, we will rise up in defense of our country, our Constitution, and our way of life? Do we have a point at which the destruction of our children’s future will make us take action to stop it? So far, it seems we don’t.

With each passing week, the rate and intensity that our enemies are successfully attacking us seems to increase exponentially. By the way, I am not just referring to our overt Muslime enemies, and our more covert ones like Russia and China. I am also talking about Obama, his “administration”, and the entire Democrat Party.

It has become so clear that even the dimmest bulb on the string can see it that Obama and his co-conspirators never had any intentions of ever obeying the Constitution. From the outset, Obama has made public statements of his contempt for the Constitution and America, and throughout his political career his actions have shown this. Here at home, his changing of laws by “executive order”, his refusal to have the totally corrupt Injustice Department enforce other laws or prosecute lawbreakers because of their race, and his use of the IRS to oppress conservatives and deny them their 1st Amendment right of free speech, are just a few of the growing list of egregious violations of the Constitution – crimes against the American people, committed conspiratorially, with malice aforethought.

Overseas, Obama’s “foreign policy” can only be described one way – treason. He and his Democrat accomplices have borrowed away our children’s economic future, creating a massive, unsustainable indebtedness to the Communist Chinese government. They can pull the rug from under us any time they choose. It’s just a matter of time.

In addition, Obama and the Democrats have severely weakened our military, with budget cuts, wussification, insane “rules of engagement”, a purge of our strong military leaders, replacing them with his hand-picked globalists, and a policy of groveling appeasement and tail-between-the-legs cut-and-run. This has encouraged China to become actively aggressive, threatening the Philippines, Japan, and South Korea; Russia has become aggressively active in the Middle East and sent submarines, ships, and bombers, unchallenged, into our territory; North Korea, which has left no doubt that America is her ultimate target, has been allowed to continue developing its nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them; and Iran is inches away from having nukes and is openly involved in both Syria and Iraq.

But it’s in the Middle East that the treason becomes blatant and undeniable. The evidence that Benghazi was the result of a State Department approved CIA gun-running operation gone bad, an outrageously illegal gun-running operation aimed at supplying radical Islamists in Syria with weapons, is now massive and undeniable. It is also unmistakable and undeniable that the savage barbarians who are poised to completely take over Iraq – ISIS – are armed with literally tons of American weapons. To make matters even worse, Obama and his far-left State Department have refused to sell warplanes to the Iraqi government, the government they have made such a phony side-show of supporting, forcing them to turn to the Russians for the weapons they need to defend themselves.

It seems patently obvious that Obama, his advisors (read, puppet-masters), his State Department, and his toady generals are giving vast and growing aid and comfort to the enemy, which is universally defined as treason. Period.

Here at home, Obama, all the Democrats, and a substantial number of neo-fascist Republicans, have not only refused to close our southern border, but refused to enforce our long-standing immigration laws, and actively encouraged what can only be described as an invasion of America by foreign nationals. The complicit-up-to-their-plucked-eyebrows, so-called “mainstream” media have lied, and lied, and covered up, and then lied some more about the true number of criminal aliens that are in the process of overrunning our country. The actual number is not the outrageous 11 million, but probably an incomprehensible, staggering 51 million. Could this be why so many native-born Americans are unable to find jobs? Du-uh! And folks, it’s intentional.

The border has been kept open for decades now, to facilitate the imposition of a North American Union For those of you who aren’t willfully brain-dead, you no doubt remember the Trans-Texas Corridor, part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, begun by Bill Clinton, and officially agreed to and signed by George W. Bush. This was to be a 1200 foot wide superhighway with a railroad corridor, to move mainly Chinese goods from two Mexican ports to a Mexican port of entry – Mexican soil – in Kansas. It was to be a toll road, built by Spanish and Australian companies, and the trunk of a network of similar roads throughout America and into Canada.

It was canceled when the public found out that it would, among other odious things, require nearly half a million acres of private land to be confiscated through eminent domain. It still waits in the wings.
In spite of all this and more, so far, no point has been reached, no Red Line has been crossed, that will motivate Americans to get off the couch, turn off the TV, and actively move to defend our freedom and way of life. Easy come, easy go. Oh, well.

A Mexican law enforcement helicopter crossed over the Arizona border firing two shots at our border patrol officers; luckily both missed. Mexico’s excuse was that they were chasing kidnapping suspects. This is a lame excuse. The officers were targeting our border patrol agents while coming with 45 feet of hitting one. The FBI is investigating the incident.

What gets our ire is that President Obama says nothing while our Marine sits in a Tijuana jail. If this was the other way around the Mexicans would have downed our copter. Mexican agents later apologized and said it was a “mistake.” If so our Marine committed a lesser transgression by taking a wrong turn; and he did not fire any shots.

Obama should demand his immediate release. And if it does not occur our Marines should hunt down those pilots and bring them to America; charge them, try them and incarcerate them. Then we will see how quickly our Marine will be released.  Mexico has declared war on the United States. “Come and Take” it is our shibboleth.

We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.
