WASHINGTON — A newly disclosed effort by Russian intelligence to hijack the email system of a United States government agency prompted leading Democrats on Friday to urge stronger action against Moscow for accelerating cyberattacks ahead of President Biden’s summit next month with President Vladimir V. Putin.

The latest hack was brought to light late Thursday by Microsoft and other private firms. They exposed how Russia’s S.V.R., the same intelligence agency that Washington has blamed for a range of cyberattacks on American networks over the past decade, infiltrated the communications company that distributes emails on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development.

Using that access, they sent authentic-looking messages to human rights groups, nonprofit organizations and think tanks, including some that have been critical of Mr. Putin. The emails contained links to malware that gave the Russians access to the recipients’ computer networks.

The White House on Friday played down the severity of the attack, saying it was typical of daily cyberconflict. Officials said the fact that the attack had been caught quickly and neutralized — chiefly by Microsoft, which acted when it saw fake emails being sent — was evidence that enhanced defenses being deployed to defend government networks were beginning to show results. So, in the end, POTUS went Yellow Pants.

The CDC is working diligently to complete their newest recommendation regarding social distancing. In coordination with the researchers who have worked in CDC labs and their counterparts in Wuhan, they have come to the God awful conclusion that each and every one of us must suit up in a Hazmat outfit; illegal aliens who have flooded our borders with unknown diseases are not included.

This is a very astute observation because sooner or later the illegals will most likely succumb to the China or Indian virus. The future may look bleak, but the pyres will completely destroy any type of disease, bacteria or virus. We just need to be patient for we will get through the next twelve months and come out better for it.

We are bewildered! Didn’t the government hand out money like water to those who lost their job. Say, restaurant workers, hotel workers, those in the airline industry and cruise business? We thought so. Additionally, the small business owners were given loans with easy terms; not $10,000 loans, but millions. And large law firms sucked that money in like a hoover vacuum cleaner.

But, what confuses us, why didn’t these renters pay their rent. If our memory serves us correctly, didn’t some of these people collect $600 a week from the FED and another $300 from the states? Did that money go down the drain like operation Warp Speed? As of July 31, the Supreme Court ruled that landlords can now evict tenants who are tardy on their payments. Some states have instituted their own edicts, prohibiting landlords from booting “dead beats.” For the death of us, isn’t the economy booming? “Help wanted signs are proliferating across the land” and the renters can’t find a job? We know that banks give you 60, perhaps 90 days, to cough up the coin, maybe more because of the China virus, but that’s it, after the largesse, the foreclosure begins. Guess nobody feels sorry for Joe the six pack land lord who owns a three family and can’t boot out the squatters. And that is what they are squatters, freebee mongers and Democrats. We had to get that one in.
