CHICAGO RAT CAN’T GET OVER TRUMP VICTORY

The accolades came pouring in from all corners of the word. The eulogies were eloquent until they weren’t. Without any fanfare Obama could not help himself at McCain’s funeral. He took the opportunity to go down on his knee if at a football game. We are talking about a president worse than scum, a class divider, a chicken little, a killer of millions in Syria, a defender of the guilty, a president who lied through his teeth while paying homage to his Muslim Brotherhood aficionados. And what did this low life individual say?

“So much of our politics, our public life, our public discourse can seem small and mean and petty, trafficking in bombast and insults and phony controversies and manufactured outrage,” (CLICK) for disgusting comments by – Obama who said.It is a politics that pretends to be brave, and tough, but in fact is born fear. John called on us to be bigger and better than that.”

Of course we know where Obama was coming from. Remember he defeated aWAR HERO“.  Trump might have added a little hot sauce when he said “heroes don’t get captured.” That may have been going a little too far.  Having lost incredibly to Obama in 2008 set the stage for a more appropriate comment, one that would not have denigrated McCain’s service to the country; “McCain was a loser” got beat by a nobody by the name of Barack Hussein Obama

“THE AGE OF OUTRAGE” MICHAEL OBERNDORF

The Age of Outrage

The history of American government has never been free from scandals and corruption of one sort or another. However, what we’re witnessing today makes these past incidents seem like mere peccadillos. The millions and billions of dollars involved in the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play deals, the Uranium 1 deal Hillary Clinton arranged for Putin and Russia, and the millions and billions in contracts the FBI, under the directorship of supposedly squeaky-clean Robert Mueller, awarded to Lockheed-Martin after his old buddy, James Comey, left the FBI and become their General Counsel, and who was then personally compensated with millions of dollars, are just a few examples of the financial crimes that appear to be committed regularly by denizens of the Swamp, and conspicuously ignored by the Department of Justice.

Unfortunately, these outrageous crimes pale in comparison with the political ones, often committed by the same bad actors. Comey and numerous high-ranking FBI co-conspirators like Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr (and his wife), Peter Strzok, lawyers Lisa Page and James Baker, just to name the most obvious ones, have conspired to overthrow the 2016 Presidential Election. Repeat: overthrow. And Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein enabling Robert Mueller and his totally illegitimate “investigation” are part and parcel of this attempted coup d’état. America has never experienced anything so clearly aimed at the destruction of the Constitution, the Rule of Law, our democratic republican form of government, and ultimately, our traditional American freedom and liberty. It is without doubt a scheme concocted at the highest levels of the blatantly leftist Democrat Party – Can you say, “Barack Hussein Obama”, boys and girls? Sure, you can! – and clearly approved of by Hillary Clinton, since it has, so far, kept her out of jail.

The list of crimes includes, too, massive election fraud by the Democrats, who admittedly rigged their own primaries so Bernie Sanders couldn’t win. It’s estimated that at least three million illegal votes went to Clinton in the general election, but it likely was closer to five million. Outrageous, the number of districts that had more votes cast than they had registered voters, and yet crickets from the FEC (Federal Election Commission) and the Justice Department, and the lying, fake news enemy of We, the People, the “mainstream” media. The evidence is undeniable, and completely negates the hysterical claims that Clinton won the popular vote.

But perhaps the most outrageous of all these outrages is the flagrant, unabashed complicity of the Department of Justice, and the Department of State, in abetting and covering up these crimes. Add to this, the so-called “Resistance” among lower level government employees, employees guilty of insubordination and not uncommonly, sabotage of Trump administration programs and policies, and you have a government infested with conspirators in sedition. Calling it a Swamp is an understatement.

This, of course, brings us to the dishonorable Jeff Sessions, former U.S. Senator, and now, ostensibly, Attorney General of the United States.

Donald Trump has done an extraordinary job as president, perhaps the best job of any president since Washington. However, he’s a human just like the rest of us, and therefore not perfect, and capable of making occasional mistakes. Appointing Sessions AG was clearly a mistake. The evidence of criminal behavior of all of the above-mentioned miscreants and many not named is clear and unequivocal, yet the DoJ under Sessions has yet to appoint prosecutors, impanel any grand juries, hand down indictments, etc., etc., ad nauseam. Instead, they have enabled the outrageous Mueller political witch hunt to continue unabated, in spite of its total failure to come up with any evidence of wrong-doing by Donald Trump, his administration, or his campaign.

Sessions needs to resign. Now. The fact that he has not, and will eventually force Trump to fire him, is another transparently political Swamp conspirator move, trying to get Trump to do something that the leftist Democrats and their Propaganda Ministry, aka, the “mainstream” media, can claim is an attempt to “obstruct justice”. I assume that Trump is waiting until the day after the mid-term elections to fire this cowardly turncoat, thus depriving the seditionist conspirators of another phony accusation against him, to be used, to paraphrase B. Hussein Obama, to “wee-wee up” the wacko leftist Democrat base.

I trust Donald Trump implicitly. He has shown many times that mistakes can be learned from and corrected, and I expect him to do so in this case. I also expect him to take the coming Red Wave as a mandate to aggressively clean out the disloyal, scofflaw, seditious government employees who have willingly participated in this attempted coup, especially in the departments of Justice and State.

Then, at last, we can get down to the business we elected him and the Republican majority to do: Build the Wall, and repeal ObozoCare.

JUST FOR THE RECORD

For years, McCain has been one of the most powerful voices in Congress advocating against torture; a position informed by his personal experiences at the hands of the North Vietnamese during 5 years as a prisoner of war.  And McCain has consistently spoken out against torture during his run for president.

“Anyone who knows what waterboarding is could not be unsure. It is a horrible torture technique used by Pol Pot and being used on Buddhist monks as we speak,” McCain said after a campaign stop in Iowa in October 2007.”

“People who have worn the uniform and had the experience know that this is a terrible and odious practice and should never be condoned in the U.S. We are a better nation than that.”

“America must be a model citizen if we want others to look to us as a model,” McCain said. “How we behave at home affects how we are perceived abroad. We must fight the terrorists and at the same time defend the rights that are the foundation of our society. We can’t torture or treat inhumanely suspected terrorists we have captured.”

John McCain did not plan the Vietnam War. He didn’t lie to the Americ an people about the nature of the conflict, the atrocities it entailed, or the probability of its success. He merely trusted the civilian leadership that did. There is no reason to doubt that McCain believed he was in Vietnam to risk his life — and then, to endure a living hell — in defense of our nation’s highest ideals. His willingness to sacrifice his own well-being to what he believed to be America’s interests deserves our awe-struck admiration. As the senator is laid to rest, one can reasonably argue that respect for his family, and legacy, compels us to isolate his act of transcendent patriotism from the indefensible war that produced it.

John McCain’s Service in Vietnam Was a Tragedy

FROM THE DAILY INTELLIGENCER

In 1971…a remarkable 58% of the public told pollsters that they thought the conflict was “immoral,” a word that most Americans had never applied to their country’s wars.

How quickly times change. Jump ahead a decade and Americans had already found an appealing formula for commemorating the war. It turned out to be surprisingly simple: focus on us, not them, and agree that the war was primarily an American tragedy. Stop worrying about the damage Americans had inflicted on Vietnam and focus on what we had done to ourselves.

… Americans began to treat those who served the country as heroic by definition, no matter what they had actually done … You no longer had to believe that the missions American “heroes” fought were noble and just; you could simply agree that anyone who “served America” in whatever capacity automatically deserved acclaim.

In 2012, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes voiced a similar concern on a Memorial Day episode of his weekend talk show. “It is very difficult to talk about the war dead and the fallen without invoking valor, without invoking the words ‘heroes,’” Hayes observed. “Why do I feel so [uncomfortable] about the word ‘hero’? I feel comfortable — uncomfortable — about the word because it seems to me that it is so rhetorically proximate to justifications for more war.”

This sentiment was not well-received. Hayes quickly issued an apology. And yet, the idea that invoking the heroism of the war dead is “rhetorically proximate to justifications for more war” isn’t a radical one. In fact, it’s a notion tacitly endorsed by President Trump’s own speechwriters.

Last year, when the commander-in-chief made his argument for prolonging the longest war in American history — a conflict in which the U.S. has neither a credible strategy for victory, nor significant national interest — he devoted much of his remarks to celebrating the sacrifices of fallen soldiers.

American patriots from every generation have given their last breath on the battlefield for our nation and for our freedom. Through their lives — and though their lives were cut short, in their deeds they achieved total immortality.

By following the heroic example of those who fought to preserve our republic, we can find the inspiration our country needs to unify, to heal, and to remain one nation under God. The men and women of our military operate as one team, with one shared mission, and one shared sense of purpose.

… Our nation must seek an honorable and enduring outcome worthy of the tremendous sacrifices that have been made, especially the sacrifices of lives. The men and women who serve our nation in combat deserve a plan for victory. They deserve the tools they need, and the trust they have earned, to fight and to win.

But what the “men and women who serve our nation in combat” truly deserve is a country that reveres their lives more than their suffering — and, therefore, that only asks them to endure the latter in wars that are just, winnable, and necessary.

If we wish to honor McCain’s wartime sacrifice, we must remember it less as an example of the kind of heroism we wish to emulate, than of the kind of tragedy that our nation is duty-bound to avoid repeating.

WAS JOHN McCAIN A WAR CRIMINAL

War, Science, and Philosophy in a Fractured World.

Proof that the Vietnamese were barbarians? Not really. If someone attacked the USA and started bombing us I doubt we would treat the captured any better. One has to remember that it is the USA who attacked Vietnam, this wasn’t like the Korean War where the north invaded the south. Though amazingly enough lots of Americans believe exactly that, I suppose I should have put it in my Ten American Myths post. No, the North was supporting insurgents in the south, so the USA picked a fight with North Vietnam thinking that a bombing campaign in North Vietnam and American troops in South Vietnam would prop up the unpopular South Vietnamese government. We all know how well that ended up, despite dropping more bombs in Vietnam than were dropped by all of the participants in all of World War Two, Saigon is now Ho Chi Minh City.

“TURN IN YOUR WEAPONS”

The Constitutional Court of South Africa recently ruled that 300,000 gun owners must turn in their firearms.

This judgement came in response to the North Gauteng High Court’s ruling in 2017 which said Section 24 and Section 28 of the Firearm’s Control Act were unconstitutional.

A report from The Citizen explains what Section 24 and Section 28 entail:

“Section 24 of the Act requires that any person who seeks to renew a licence must do so 90 days before its expiry date Section 28 stipulates that if a firearm licence has been cancelled‚ the firearm must be disposed of or forfeited to the state. A 60-day time frame was placed on its disposal, which was to be done through a dealer.”

Now that the High Court’s initial ruling has been overturned, gun owners who failed to renew their firearms licenses must hand in their firearms to the nearest police station, where authorities will then proceed to destroy them.

Many naïve political observers will paint this event as a casual gun control scheme, but any astute student of politics will recognize that the floodgates are now open for further encroachments – not only on the gun rights of South Africans, but also on others facets of theirs lives.

A look at South Africa’s current political climate will give us an idea of the potential ramifications of this gun control scheme.

POLITICAL TROUBLE BREWING IN SOUTH AFRICA?

Though South Africa witnessed rising levels of economic freedom shortly after Apartheid ended in 1994, the country has taken a more interventionist path to economic development in recent years.

This situation is becoming more pronounced with the South African National Assembly recently voting 241-83 to amend the South African constitution to allow for land expropriation without compensation.

The socialist-leaning African National Congress (ANC) and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) parties are leading the charge for expropriation under the banner of fixing racial disparities that have supposedly remained intact since Apartheid’s conclusion.

While land confiscation has not been officially finalized, South Africans should worry about the direction their country is going.

And how does gun control fit into this equation?

GUN CONTROL: A TOOL FOR TYRANNY

No matter how socialist apologists rationalize it, the redistributionist agenda the South African government is pursuing will not be implemented passively. Ultimately, it must be carried out by force.

The kind of force socialists seek is a monopolized kind, which extreme forms of gun control like gun confiscation help facilitate.

The history of gun confiscation is one of repeated cases of tyranny.

From countries such as Cuba to the Soviet Union, aspiring demagogues have used gun confiscation to disarm the populace. Logically, an unarmed populace will put up little resistance against their tyrannical acts.

In South Africa’s case, farmers and their workers are already suffering ongoing attacks against their property. One could only imagine what it would be like for these persecuted farmers once they are stripped of their right to self-defense.

For many Americans who have enjoyed historically unprecedented gun rights, South Africa’s gun control experience may seem distant and strange.

But make no mistake about it, South Africa’s latest flirtation with gun control is not based on good intentions, especially when considering the political climate the country is enduring.

South Africa should serve as a fair warning to Americans of the dangerous consequences gun control poses.

ERDOGAN BRINGS TURKEY TO ITS KNEES – ITS CURRENCY IN A TAILSPIN

The secular Turks have taken a knee from their autocratic intolerant Muslim Brotherhood American/Israeli hater Erdogan. Turkish currency has imploded 40% this year, a blow to debtors in dollars and more acute to the banks that hold Turkish bonds. Oh how sweet it is says the American Devil to see an adversary to bleed like a beheaded goat. Could this happen to Erdogan? Maybe! What a sight it will be to this Napoleon wannabee running around with his head cut off.

Turkey is being challenged on numerous fronts, but Erdogan runs with the mouth with conspiracy theories. The first being that Fethullah Gulen, who resides in Pennsylvania birthed the coup. Secondly, and this is the albatross, Turkey demands that the U.S. hand him over. Until then Erdogan is holding our man of the clothAndrew Brunson hostage.  The vitriolic diatribe spewing from Erdogan’s mouth is the fodder that Trump relishes with vigor.

Erdogan has caused Turkey’s knees to buckle, soon the state will be on its back looking toward the stars. In pure Koranic fashion Turkey’s nerves will start to contract like a suicide bomber suffering from rigor mortis.  The economy tanking with enemies gathering on all sides, like vultures, ready to pick the choice meat from the carcass. We cant wait for the taste of halal delicacies which will be enjoyed with, what else but Turkish coffee and Raki (Arak in Arabic). WP 20140904 019.jpg  На здоровье. (to your health)
