The powers to be are searching for a name change that won’t be offensive to, well, almost everyone on the planet. Think for a moment about this, they call people who originated in Africa, “African Americans”, but most of the time they define them as “BLACK.” Now if you think about it, what is the difference between a Redskin and a Black in describing a person’s skin. If Redskin is offensive, isn’t Black offensive too?

So we have a SOLUTION here, our suggestion is to name the Washington football club, the WASHINGTON GODS. This should not offend anyone, well perhaps it will, but those who are offended, will say that Washington was a plantation owner who had slaves, and some, the Atheists among us will be offended by the word GOD.

How about the UNITED STATES, uniforms embellishing OLD GLORY? Or better yet, the WASHINGTON SNAKES; this is appropriate because who dwells in Washington, but slimy creatures, lying in wait to take a bite out of your wallet. Go for it. THE SNAKES ARE OUR PICK. And think of the logo, a snake shedding its skin. God is great.

Of course we can think of other choices, for example, “DO NOTHINGS”, “SPENDTHRIFTS” OR “SWAMP CRITTERS.” Take your pick, all of them reflect the sleaze that come to Washington WITH ONE OBJECTIVE, AND THAT IS TO FLEECE THE HARD WORKING AMERICAN TAXPAYER.
