FORMER TRUMP LAWYER JENNA ELLIS HAS CLAIMED THAT THERE IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO “DECERTIFY” THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN AT LEAST FIVE STATES.
Ellis, one of several lawyers involved in failed legal efforts to reverse former President Donald Trump‘s loss to President Joe Biden last November, made the remarks during an interview on former Trump official Sebastian Gorka‘s Newsmax show The Gorka Reality Check on Monday. Ellis did not specify what evidence exists that could lead to a supposed decertification process, No credible evidence of massive election fraud has been publicly presented in any state.
“We know already that the election results in at least five of the swing states were irredeemably compromised,” Ellis said. “We already have sufficient evidence for these states to decertify their electoral results. So, what this means is that the state legislatures would pass a resolution through both chambers that essentially say that the secretary of state’s certification that was sent to Congress was based on false or faulty information.”
“And that then would trigger kind of a chain reaction,” she added. “Because if at least three states do that and Joe Biden’s Electoral count drops below the requisite 270 count, then Congress is going to have to deal with that. Decertification is incredibly important for the record and to make sure that we are dealing with every legal vote counting and counting accurately.”
Ellis did not indicate how Congress would then “deal with” the scenario. There would be no basis to certify a new set of 2020 election results under the constitution, which clearly lays out the already completed process for electing a president. She suggested that a new election could be ordered before 2024 and cited a seemingly irrelevant section of the constitution concerning the removal of a president in circumstances such as death, disability or resignation.
Two Georgia workers fired after being accused of shredding voting applications
(doesn’t say if they were affiliated with the Democrat party)
The allegations come just three weeks before Fulton County residents are set to vote in municipal elections
Two workers in Fulton County, Georgia have been fired after they were accused of shredding hundreds of voter registration applications, spurring Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to call for a U.S. Department of Justice investigation.
“After 20 years of documented failure in Fulton County elections, Georgians are tired of waiting to see what the next embarrassing revelation will be,” Raffensperger said in a press release Monday. “The Department of Justice needs to take a long look at what Fulton County is doing and how their leadership disenfranchises Fulton voters through incompetence and malfeasance. The voters of Georgia are sick of Fulton County’s failures.”
Sometimes at work, mistakes happen. Even to the best of us! We may slip up now and again. Typically, these mistakes are small issues that we can laugh off and move on from. But other times, it’s just not that simple. When you work for the public or will be seen in the public eye, small errors can become viral memes.
That’s basically what happened in the case of the “Let’s Go Brandon” meme that has been making its way around the internet thanks to Twitter. But what does it actually mean? A small incident in an interview with a NASCAR driver has intersected with politics and brought new life to a chant about the
According to Know Your Meme, “Let’s Go Brandon” is from an interview with NASCAR racer Brandon Brown and NBC that took place in Oct. 2021. He had just won the NASCAR Xfinity Series. In the background, the crowd can be heard chanting “F–k Joe Biden!”
But in what might be an effort to remain professional, the interviewer, Kelli Stavast, said that the crowd was saying “Let’s go, Brandon!”
“Brandon, you also told me — as you can hear the chants from the crowd,” Kelli says before the camera pans to the audience. In the video, you can clearly hear the audience say, “F–k Joe Biden!” Although Brandon doesn’t seem to be paying attention to them.
As of now, neither Brandon nor Kelli has responded to the meme. And it’s not clear whether she actually misheard the crowd or if she was trying to cover up what they were chanting.
For a while now, people have been saying “F–k Joe Biden” as a form of protest against the 46th president of the U.S. Know Your Meme says this started to happen around Aug. 2021. Newsweek reports that the chant broke out at an NFL game and Out Kick says the chants are “taking over college football” and are making their way over to baseball games as well.
“Let’s Go Brandon” is now a meme.
Because the internet is … the internet, “Let’s Go Brandon” became a meme. It’s been seen on a bunch of t-shirts and photoshopped onto at least one picture of AOC’s Tax the Rich dress from the 2021 Met Gala.
A school shooter wounded three people in a rampage at an Arlington, Texas, high school Wednesday. He spent a grand total of one day in jail before he was released on a $75,000 bond Thursday. Media outlets are sympathetically portraying him as a victim of bullying and amplifying his family’s defense. This may shock some readers. Who could be worse than a school shooter? Aren’t we supposed to keep these young monsters locked up so they don’t hurt any more kids?
But there’s something different about this school shooter from the ones you usually hear about on the news. Timothy Simpkins, the 18-year-old shooter is black. In the Globalist American Empire, that awards him privilege. No white school shooter could’ve expected such a generous treatment.
Simpkins’s defense claims he used a gun in self-defense. He allegedly grabbed a gun after the fight and unloaded it in the school. One of his victims is a 25-year-old white teacher who was shot in the back as he tried to break up the fight. He suffered a collapsed lung and broken ribs. Another victim is a 15-year-old male who remains in critical condition.
This sounds pretty indefensible, but Simpkins’s family and lawyer make the case anyway.
“I’m not trying to justify the gun that was brought, but when you’re being bullied, when there’s bullies, throughout this nation you hear of young people … committing suicide,” said family spokeswoman Carol Harrison-Lafayette. “The decision he made, taking the gun, we’re not justifying that. That was not right. But he was trying to protect himself.”
“There are numerous school shootings that have occurred across this country which are tragic. All school shootings are tragic,” Kim T. Cole, a civil rights attorney representing the family, exhorted to the press. “However, in this situation, this was not someone who was just out to go and shoot a school and had made up their mind [and said,] ‘You know hey I’m upset and I’m just going to shoot anyone I see.’”
“That was not the situation here. So I request the media correct their narrative with regard to what happened, and that you all respect the family’s privacy,” she added.
No white family could’ve gotten away with these public statements if their child did a mass shooting. They would’ve received a flood of online harassment and media denunciations. You’re not supposed to claim your kid, who just shot several people, is a lovely boy who did it to protect himself. But that rule apparently doesn’t apply to black school shooters.
It’s noteworthy the family turned to a civil rights attorney to defend Simpkins over a school shooting. Did systemic racism somehow drive him to go on a shooting spree? It’s also noteworthy that she implies this wasn’t a typical school shooting, but it actually resembles the typical mass shooting. Most mass shooters are black, according to a 2016 New York Times report, and the vast majority of them are not the work of some deranged loner murdering people at random. They’re mostly gang-related or the result of brawls—as was the case for Simpkins.
There are cases of whites who resorted to a gun to defend themselves against actual threats. Unlike Mr. Simpkins, they got the book thrown at them. Kyle Rittenhouse was hit with murder charges and a $2 million bail after he gunned down three men who attacked him during the Kenosha riot last year. You can face censorship on major tech platforms for daring to show support for that young man. Meanwhile, several people are openly supporting Simpkins on Twitter, even though there is far less evidence to support his act of violence.
Simpkins’s ridiculous defense may work in George Floyd’s America. Authorities now work hard to ensure black criminals escape justice. If Simpkins had committed this shooting in Chicago, it may have been categorized as “mutual combat” and charges would have been dropped. Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx (you might remember her from her infamous role in the Jussie Smollett hate hoax) dropped charges against gangbangers who engaged in a bloody gun battle last week under this curious legal doctrine. This could set a new legal precedent for progressive prosecutors everywhere. Just let these magical citizens shoot each other in peace.
Simpkins may also have a shot with the claim that being frightened justifies shooting. A black man in South Carolina was able to beat a murder charge in July with this defense. The man, Devon Dunham, admitted to shooting and killing 77-year-old Ernest Stevens, a retired fire chief, as the white victim sat alone in his vehicle one summer morning. The defendant simply claimed the white victim startled him and that was good enough reason for the jury to acquit.
Simpkins may still face punishment for his crimes, but he’s already received far more lenient treatment that could be expected for any other mass shooter. He was spotted partying with family as soon as he left jail. A white kid who opened fire and wounded multiple people at a school would never see the outside of a jail cell for a very long time.
That’s the definition of Black Privilege. And that’s now the norm in George Floyd’s America.
A federal COVID loan to the art gallery repping Hunter Biden more than doubled after his father took office, records show.
The Georges Berges Gallery initially received a $150,000 COVID “disaster assistance loan” from the Small Business Administration last year, according to public records.
But the loan was recently “revised,” with the SBA approving a further $350,000 to the SoHo gallery this summer, records show.
The approval came on July 26, in the lead-up to Berges’ exclusive marketing of 15 paintings by the president’s scandal-scarred son, public records show.
In addition to the COVID disaster assistance loans, the SoHo gallery received nearly $80,000 in two payments in April 2020 and February 2021 under the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program, funds meant to help businesses keep up with paychecks to employees during the pandemic.
All tolled, $580,000 in taxpayer-funded COVID relief aid was doled out to a gallery with only two employees, according to SBA records.
Berges declined to specifically respond to repeated queries from The Post on whether the Bidens interceded in his loans; if any of the government cash went directly to Hunter Biden as a salary or stipend; or if any of it was used to market his artwork.
“I received my PPP loan in April of 2020 when Donald Trump was president, along with countless other galleries which, considering a global pandemic was happening, we had every right to. … Most galleries received this loan,” Berges told The Post in an email. “We were not unique.”
While there is no evidence President Biden helped secure the additional $350,000 loan, a watchdog group found that of the more than 100 galleries in New York City’s 10th congressional district, which includes SoHo, TriBeCa and Chelsea, the Georges Berges Gallery received “by far” the largest SBA disaster loan windfall.
“We’ve reached a new low in American politics where the President’s son gets his midlife crisis art career subsidized by the American people as part of our pandemic response to COVID,” said Tom Anderson, director of the government integrity project at the National Legal and Policy Center.
The Virginia-based organization this week submitted a complaint to the SBA questioning the the taxpayer-funded loans to the gallery, and noting the discrepancy in the size of its loan when compared to other local galleries.
“You can’t make this up,” Anderson said, adding that funds from the federal loans could have been used to promote Biden’s work — a possible ethical breach. “This is a unique situation in which the president’s son is directly benefiting from federal loans made to a third party,” he said.
Another government ethics expert questioned the gallerist’s loan.
“If he [Georges Berges] got any special treatment on the loans from the president, that could be problematic,” said Richard Painter, a law professor at the University of Minnesota and former chief White House counsel to President George W. Bush, from 2005 to 2007.
Berges, 45, told The Post that he met Biden through collectors in Los Angeles two and a half years ago, and has helped the largely self-taught and once drug-addled entrepreneur turn his abstract expressionist painting from a hobby to a full-time job.
Last week Berges held a private viewing for 200 celebrities and collectors at the Milk Studios in Los Angeles. Guests, including Los Angeles Mayor and Biden nominee for ambassador to India Eric Garcetti and former boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, nibbled hors d’oeuvres as they viewed Biden’s canvases and prints, which are priced between $75,000 and $500,000.
An exhibit of the work that was scheduled to open at the SoHo gallery this month has been postponed to the spring, a source told The Post Thursday.
Even before the LA show, Biden sold five prints, valued at $75,000 each, The Post revealed this week. In an interview with The Post on Saturday Berges’ publicist denied that any of Biden’s prints had been sold and would not specify when the exhibit of Biden’s work would open at the gallery, citing security concerns.
In an effort to prevent influence-peddling, the White House promised that the buyers of Biden’s art work would remain anonymous and that the gallery owner, Berges, would not disclose their identities to the president. But critics have already pointed out that the artist’s participation in publicity events to promote his work makes this arrangement difficult to enforce. “I’ve said from the beginning it wasn’t going to work to make it anonymous,” said Painter. “Word is going to get out.”
Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, an upstate Republican who is a member of the House’s Small Business Committee, noted that “Hunter Biden’s recent diversion into the art world is the perfect example of Washington DC grifters profiting from public service.
“Revelations that Hunter Biden’s art broker was granted a massive SBA loan further erodes public trust in the President, just when you thought it could not go any lower,” she told The Post.
A spokesman for the SBA would not discuss individual loans, but said that under the Biden administration, small businesses could apply or “revise” their loan for exponentially higher amounts. “Businesses may apply for an additional increase even if they have already applied for and received previous loans,” said Matthew Coleman, the New York spokesman for the SBA.
The long-term SBA loans, which carry favorable interest rates of 3.75 percent, can be secured by personal property, but public land records show the gallery used none of its property as collateral.
The SBA approved more than $270 billion COVID disaster relief loans to small businesses in fiscal 2021, which ended last month.
In addition to Biden, the West Broadway gallery, which has an outlet in Berlin, represents 18 other artists.
Biden, 51, began painting a few years ago, partly to deal with addictions to alcohol and drugs, struggles he documented in “Beautiful Things,” a memoir released in April.
They tried it in countless countries, Germany, Zimbabwe, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Cuba and the rest of the banana republics. It just doesn’t work. The ending is always the same. Some may take longer than others, but the final result is will come sooner or later. Yes, we are talking about the printing press. Wallpaper became the most economical use in Germany’s Weimar Republic. Biden has ramped up the presses at ‘WARP SPEED‘ which is akin to blowing a lid off the proverbial pressure cooker.
The yearly raise to social security will be known next week as September’s YOY number will be released. We don’t have a crystal ball, but can see through the clouds into the future. Look for a 5% boost in SS next year.
This week’s news was like a kick in the ass to Joe Biden.
In September, 5.0 million persons reported that they had been unable to work because their employer closed or lost business due to the pandemic—that is, they did not work at all or worked fewer hours at some point in the last 4 weeks due to the pandemic. This measure is down from 5.6 million in August. Among those who reported in September that they were unable to work because of pandemic-related closures or lost business, 15.5 percent received at least some pay from their employer for the hours not worked, little changed from the prior month.
Biden battered by crises as president’s approval plunges
From the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan to an influx of migrants at the southern border, Biden has suffered major setbacks
Just over eight months into office, President Biden is drowning in crises.
From immigration, to foreign policy, to the economy, to the coronavirus pandemic, the president’s problems appear to be mounting.
Afghanistan
Arguably the biggest crisis Biden is facing right now stems from his troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, during which 13 American service members were killed in Kabul.
Biden was quick to blame others for the botched operation that saw the Taliban swiftly take over the country as Afghan security forces crumbled and U.S. weapons and equipment were seized.
The Taliban flag flew over the former U.S. embassy in Kabul as Americans struggled to leave the country, while the Biden administration insisted it would be able to get every American citizen out.
Biden can’t hide behind the report, he has turned his back on AMERICA.

New York (CNN Business)America’s jobs recovery hit a major roadblock in August as the Delta variant threatened the labor market recovery, and the US economy added far fewer jobs than expected.
Only 235,000 jobs were added back to the economy last month, the lowest number since January, vastly missing economists’ expectations.
“Delta is reducing consumer demand and threatening the reopening,” said Glassdoor Senior Economist Daniel Zhao. “Ultimately it’s just a harsh reminder that the pandemic has control of our destiny,” he told CNN Business.
In normal times the August report would have been a reason to celebrate, but nowadays it’s a sharp slowdown from the buoyant jobs reports earlier in the summer. Friday’s report fell far short of economists’ already reduced expectations: Predictions for Friday’s jobs report had been revised down to 728,000 from 750,000 earlier after Wednesday’s ADP Employment Report, which count private payrolls, also disappointed.
Nearly a year and a half into the recovery, the US economy remains 5.3 million jobs short of where it was in February 2020, before Covid-19 threw a wrench into the gears.
McConnell inhaled the Kool-Aid strait out of Schumer’s mouth, But that is not all, at the same time he became what they call in the dark web, an initiated member of the LBGTQ community. Take our word for this, there is nothing wrong about coming out, but please Mitch, admit it that swallowing the democrat’s offering did turn you on, didn’t it?
With yet another disappointing, yet unsurprising betrayal from our “Republican” “Leaders” in Washington DC, Chuck Schumer delivers a massive win to Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, and the entire regime with a two month lifeline on debt ceiling negotiations.Charlie walks through the battle of political will being waged every day in Washington and begs the question: why does our side continue to lose every single time? He goes through and names names and calls for all 11 GOP Senators who sided with Schumer to be held accountable by We The People. And as all of that unfolds stateside, Charlie turns his attention to the unfolding situation in Taiwan and offers an update on the Regime-Sponsored crisis in Afghanistan before tying it all together with Joe Biden’s incredible weakness in enacting effective, America-First policy at home and abroad. I was watching Rachel’s taped interview with Chuck Schumer, and she asked him what he would do if McConnell refused to yield on the filibuster. Schumer just smiled and he said was prepared to deal with that, and that his caucus was united in its anger at McConnell, but he wouldn’t say what he had in mind.
Whatever it was, it worked. At the break, Rachel announced that McConnell had yielded and Schumer had won.
“Today two Democratic Senators publicly confirmed they will not vote to end the legislative filibuster. They agree with President Biden’s and my view that no Senate majority should destroy the right of future minorities of both parties to help shape legislation,” McConnell said in a statement.
“The legislative filibuster was a key part of the foundation beneath the Senate’s last 50-50 power-sharing agreement in 2001. With these assurances, I look forward to moving ahead with a power-sharing agreement modeled on that precedent,” McConnell added.
This reads like a face-saving move. Schumer’s offer hadn’t changed — we do it the way we did it in 2001. Manchin and Sinema hadn’t changed their positions either. Something else happened.
We are not talking Germany here, we are talking the United States. Biden’s Attorney General is embracing “CRITICAL RACE THEORY” via his daughter being associated with a company funded by Zuckerberg.
.
Parents group: AG Garland has conflict of interest with Facebook, critical race theory
Attorney General Merrick Garland is under scrutiny after a parents group revealed that his daughter is married to the co-founder of an education company funded by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg that allegedly employs critical race theory in its work, according to a report.
The disclosure comes as the attorney general announced on Monday that the FBI will help investigate increasing accounts of alleged threats against teachers and school board members in response to critical race theory being taught in schools — an action that critics slammed as a “declaration of war” on parents and intimidation of political opponents.
His daughter, Rebecca Garland, is married to Xan Tanner, the co-founder of Boston-based Panorama Education, a company that collects social and emotional data from students in grades K to 12, Fox News reported on Wednesday.
Asra Nomani, the vice president of investigations and strategy of Parents Defending Education, which opposes the Justice Department’s enforcement actions, tweeted about the connection.
“Merrick Garland has declared a war on parents,” Nomani posted on Tuesday. “His daughter is married to the cofounder of @PanoramaEd which is under fire for its multimillion contracts with school boards. At @DefendingEd, parents sent us tips. We raised the alarm. Now Garland is trying to silence parents.”
“Panorama Education will profit from Garland’s outrageous silencing of parents who are challenging its data mining of K-12 students,” she wrote on the group’s website.
Nomani linked to a New York Times report from 2018 about the marriage of Garland’s daughter and Tanner.
She and her group argue that the Justice Department is likening parents who oppose such “woke” policies as critical race theory and mandatory mask wearing to “domestic terrorism.”
It also comes as a whistleblower, Frances Haugen, testified to a Senate committee on Tuesday about how Facebook routinely scoops up people’s information and then uses it to keep them engaged on platforms it owns.
Nomani said it’s “outrageous” that Fairfax County Public Schools is “collaborating with a for-profit company funded by Mark Zuckerberg.”
“In 2012, Zuckerberg admitted to performing ’emotional manipulation’ studies on Facebook users without their consent or knowledge. His involvement today with surveys examining students’ mental health is beyond the pale. Schools must stop trying to manipulate students and focus instead on educating students,” she told Fox News.
The Justice Department and Tanner did not respond to requests for comment from Fox News.
A spokesperson for Panorama said the company’s technology is used to help schools gather feedback from students, families and educators.
“Panorama only uses student data for the purpose of helping schools and districts better serve their students,” the spokesperson said.
The company is not affiliated with Facebook, nor is it affiliated with “any particular academic philosophy, including critical race theory,” the spokesperson said.
“The only relationship between Panorama Education and Attorney General Merrick Garland is that Panorama’s co-founder Xan Tanner is AG Garland’s son-in-law,” the spokesperson said.
The attorney general announced on Monday that the FBI would assist local law enforcement in responding to what he called a “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”
The action was in response to a letter from the National School Boards Association to the Biden administration that claimed America’s public schools are under threat from people opposed to the teaching of critical race theory and mask mandates and said the “heinous actions” should be considered a form of “domestic terrorism.”
Critics like Nomani worry Tanner’s company will use its ability to collect data to push controversial ideas about race, identity and sexuality, Fox News reported.

Her group, Parents Defending Education, noted that Panorama got a $1.8 million contract with Fairfax County Public Schools to conduct social and emotional learning monitoring on students, the report said.
The contract was bumped up to more than $2 million early last month.
The time for digging in your heels and insisting you are right and the covid vaccine is a good thing are over. If you have had any of the vaccines and are still vertical you are doing great. Thousands and thousands are not doing so well and its not just old folks anymore. More and more people are getting seriously sick, especially the vaxxed, Because of the damage done to the vascular system and the immune system.
Doing the protocols outlined in this video by Dr. Botha may just save your life. The time of arguing and following the corrupt govt officials like Fauci are over.
You got hoodwinked. Admit it, make the appropriate changes and move on. Predictions of massive deaths when flu season hits may well come true. Proof of compromised immune systems are apparent because the blood banks dont want vaccinated blood. It cant carry enough oxygen and has weakened immune properties.
In my office we have turned several vaccine injured patients around following these protocols
