WHERE IS JOHN FETTERMAN?
That’s the question. Nobody knows where he is. Even he doesn’t know where he is. Checked into a psyche hospital awhile back and no one has seen him since. We are talking about a senator here. The trouble here, as we see it. Fetterman is afflicted with the incurable disease named socialism. This is the most deadly disease known to man. There is no cure.

Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman‘s office said Thursday that he is expected to return soon to the chamber, although Democratic leaders are giving no timeline five weeks after he sought inpatient treatment for clinical depression.
Fetterman, 53, was weeks into his service in Washington and still recovering from the aftereffects of the stroke he had last May during his campaign when he checked himself into Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Feb. 15.
Aides said at the time that Fetterman had not been his usual self for weeks. He was withdrawn, showing a disinterest in talking, eating and the usual banter with aides. Post-stroke depression is common and treatable, doctors say.

According to multiple reports, a Feinstein staffer quickly notified the senator that a statement had already been made on her retirement, prompting her to say she was unaware the information had been released.

In total each apartment will cost $400,000. The real story here is that irresponsible people will be moving into a Taxpayer funded apartment with all of the toys of a half million dollar house. HEY, TAXPAYER, IS YOU BLOOD PRESSURE RISING? WAIT!

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is suing House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, over what the lawsuit filed Tuesday describes as a “transparent campaign to intimidate and attack” his office’s case against former President Donald Trump.
The suit injects more legal drama into Bragg’s investigation of Trump, which has been dogged for weeks by accusations from Republicans that the prosecutor’s pursuit of the former president was purely political, with the claims being central to Jordan’s own probe.
Bragg is seeking to block a subpoena for testimony from Mark Pomerantz, a former senior prosecutor in his office, as well as other demands for “confidential documents and testimony from the district attorney himself as well as his current and former employees and officials.” The 50-page suit is asking a federal court to give emergency and permanent relief that would block enforcement of Jordan’s subpoena for Pomerantz to testify on April 20. Pomerantz told Jordan last month that, per instructions from Bragg’s office, he does not plan to cooperate with the subpoena.
US District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil denied Bragg’s request for emergency relief later Tuesday, though the court could still block the subpoena through other forms of relief. She also set a hearing on the matter for April 19.
“In sum, Congress lacks any valid legislative purpose to engage in a free-ranging campaign of harassment in retaliation for the District Attorney’s investigation and prosecution of Mr. Trump under the laws of New York,” the lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, states.
“That campaign is a direct threat to federalism and the sovereign interests of the State of New York. This Court should enjoin the subpoena and put an end to this constitutionally destructive fishing expedition.”
CNN has reached out to Jordan for comment on the lawsuit.
The congressman criticized the lawsuit in a tweet on Tuesday, writing: “First, they indict a president for no crime. Then, they sue to block congressional oversight when we ask questions about the federal funds they say they used to do it.”
In the suit, Bragg knocks Jordan’s assertion that $5,000 in federal funds used in relation to his office’s investigation into Trump that led to the indictment gives the committee grounds to investigate.

“If it wasn’t Donald Trump, no prosecutor in the world would have touched this,” said former assistant district attorney Daniel Bibb, who spent more than two decades trying murder cases in Manhattan. “If you and I did what Trump did, we never would have been charged.”
Trump is the first former or current U.S. president to be indicted for a crime, but the case is more half-court heave than slam dunk, experts say.

The indictment uses a novel legal theory and relies heavily on the testimony of the president’s former fixer Michael Cohen, a disbarred attorney and convicted liar.
Trump is accused of falsifying internal business records when he had Cohen arrange a $130,000 hush-money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels during his 2016 presidential campaign to keep her quiet about an alleged sexual encounter. He has denied the affair.

Non-binary ex-Biden energy official escapes jail time in luggage grand larceny case
Brinton faced up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine in the case
Sam Brinton, the embattled former senior Department of Energy (DOE) official, was able to escape jail time earlier this week in a grand larceny case dating back to July 2022.
According to Clark County, Nevada, criminal court records, Brinton was ordered to pay $3,670.74 to the victim in the case and $500 in additional fees including a criminal fine. Clark County Judge Ann Zimmerman then handed Brinton a 180-day suspended jail sentence, a sentence that doesn’t need to be served, and ordered Brinton to “stay out of trouble.”
Zimmerman also determined Brinton was guilty of theft of an item with the value less than $1,200. Earlier, Brinton pleaded “no contest” to the charges, waiving the right to a trial.

The Department of Energy has fired a top nuclear waste official who happens to be non-binary and has been accused in a string of luggage thefts, according to reports.
“Sam Brinton is no longer a DOE employee. By law, the Department of Energy cannot comment further on personnel matters,” a spokesperson for the DOE told the Daily Beast on Monday.

Sam Brinton, a non-binary nuclear waste official in the Biden administration, is once again facing charges for attempting to steal luggage from an airport, raising doubts about Brinton’s insistence that the first incident was the result of a mix-up.
Brinton, the deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition at the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy, allegedly stole luggage from Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada on an unknown date. There is a federal warrant out for Brinton’s arrest on grand larceny charges for stealing property worth between $1,200 and $5,000, 8 News Now reported.

Bronx teen who was let out of jail only to allegedly commit murder is out again
A Bronx gangbanger who was cut loose by a judge only to allegedly murder an innocent man months later is out of jail again, The Post has learned.Steven Mendez, 17, accused of shooting 21-year-old Saikou Koma in the head during a botched gang hit in Fordham Heights last year, was set free Tuesday when Supreme Court Justice Naita Semaj dismissed the indictment against him, the Bronx District Attorney’s office confirmed.
Semaj gave prosecutors leave to present their case in front of a grand jury, which by law must happen within 45 days. The DA’s office had no further comment.
Koma’s distraught mother, Haja Kaira, told The Post she broke down in tears while streaming Mendez’s court appearance.
“When I hear the judge say, ‘Release him.’ To be honest, I had to stand up,” Kaira said. “I could not believe it. I said out loud, ‘What! Release him?!’”
Judge dismisses murder charge against bodega clerk who claimed self-defense in fatal stabbing

A Manhattan judge dismissed a murder charge Tuesday against a bodega worker who fatally stabbed a man earlier this month in what the worker’s legal team argued was a case of self-defense.
Jose Alba, 61, had been charged with second-degree murder in the killing Austin Simon, 35, on the night of July 1. Surveillance video of their confrontation shows Simon came behind the bodega counter and shoved Alba, who then grabbed a knife and stabbed Simon multiple times.
Alba’s attorneys had argued that he acted in self-defense, noting the size and age difference between the two men.
‘That is literally his job’: NYC garage security worker is charged with attempted murder after shooting thief who shot him twice – and now Manhattan DA Alvin Braff faces pressure to drop charges
- The incident occurred at a Midtown parking garage early Saturday morning
- The attendant confronted the suspected thief who pulled a gun on him, which led to scuffle and both men being shot
- The charges are reminiscent of those brought by DA Alvin Bragg against a bodega clerk who killed an irate customer in self defense last July
The nightside worker, Moussa Diarra, 57, was slapped with assault and criminal possession of a weapons charges in the Saturday incident, which occurred at around 5.30am.
The attendant saw a man peering into the car windows on the second floor of the West 31st Street garage, reported the New York Post.
Diarra lunged for the gun and it went off, leaving him with a stomach wound and an ear graze before he was able to turn the firearms on the alleged thief and shoot him in the chest.
The culprit, Charles Rhodie, 59, was also charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, in addition to burglary, according to police.
The charges against Diarra have left many confused and livid, as they are reminiscent of the case against Manhattan bodega clerk Jose Alba, who was charged with murder following a fatal confrontation on July 1 with an angry customer who accosted him.
A family friend of Diarra’s was irate: ‘That’s self-defense. The guy tried to rob his business. Why DA want to charge him with attempted murder?’ said Mariame Diarra, of no relation to the attendant.
‘He’s there for security. That’s literally his job, to defend his business … He takes his job seriously … Attempted murder charge has no place there,’ she continued. ‘He [the robber] came to find him at his job with his gun, he [the attendant] has to defend himself.’

Americans of faith and sound mind know full well the disaster that lies ahead. Soon, the suburbs will be filled with killers, murderers, rapists, gangs – if not already, and libtard enforcement agents from the justice department if Biden secures a 2nd term.
Not only will Trump bring in a new day, but he will protect our borders, he will rationalize the illegals here, he will bring to justice those in Congress who are guilty of sedition, he will bring charges and prosecute the liars of the Deep State. But overall Trump will TAKE AMERICA BACK from the liberal scum that has permeated our institutions.
