THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH ROPES LEFT IN THE WORLD TO BRING JUSTICE TO THE ROGUE JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND DEMORATS
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office sought high bail for a group of illegal immigrants accused of attacking two NYPD officers nearTimes Square last month after their initial no-bail release caused a national uproar.
The suspects each pleaded not guilty at their arraignment on a superseding indictment Friday morning. Despite the prosecution’s change in stance, one suspected Venezuelan gang member who was ordered to leave the country last year had his bail set at $1.
However – it is not expected to be paid. The move allows him to avoid deportation while in custody.
Prosecutors asked for further investigation into the release of Yohenry Brito, another 24-year-old whose $15,000 bail was posted earlier this week by an unknown source. His defense attorney claimed that the cash had come from a bail-fund group of “well-meaning people.” The judge noted he has four criminal cases after being in the U.S. for just eight months and sent him back to jail.

VETERANS THROWN OUT OF V.A. HOSPITAL – CRIMINAL MIGRANTS MOVE IN
Veterans are up in Arms because the Branden administration has decided that the Nations Backbone, the Armed Services, are no longer needed as America is beaten up by China, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Houthi Yemen, Turkey and others. Goes to show you what Branden thinks of Our Heroes.
GOP senator fumes over Biden admin providing veteran medical resources to illegal immigrants
President Biden is facing increased scrutiny over his administration providing health care administrative services to illegal migrants amid a worsening border crisis, potentially exacerbating long wait times for American veterans utilizing Department of Veterans’ Affairs (VA) facilities.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., touted his recently introduced No VA Resources for Illegal Aliens Act, which he introduced alongside Rep. Mike Bost, R-Ill., that would ban such action, one of the many problems he says are facing the country as a result of the border “disaster” taking place under Biden’s watch.
“[Biden’s] decided, OK, we’ve got to feed all these 10 million people we’ve let come across the border, we’ve got to house them, and we’ve got to give them health care,” Tuberville said. “They’ve opened up care from the doctors in these [VA] community care systems. The lines now in the VA’s are getting longer. Our funds that are supposed to go to the veterans are going to these illegal immigrants that are coming across.”
HAMAS HOSPITAL CELLAR DWELLARS IN COLLUSION WITH UNRWA
Hamas was pretty slick, after all they built the Gaza Metro connecting hospitals to houses, where they stored munitions of every kind imaginable. Their comrades in arms, UNRWA, not only looked the other way, but coordinated the effort. Of course this is denied over and over again. However, the proof is in the putting. Not only did they help Hamas in storing weapons, their employees used them to attack innocent women and children on October 7, 2023.
UNRWA chief should resign. He let Hamas infiltrate his organization
Former US president Harry S. Truman kept a slogan on his desk: “The buck stops here.”
The idea was to remind himself daily that, as the nation’s leader, he intended to take ultimate responsibility for what happened on his watch. There would be no “passing the buck,” no denying responsibility or laying the blame elsewhere.
This principle was at one time observed pretty universally by any chief executive. Heads of organizations took it for granted that they were responsible for their actions.
Standards may have slipped somewhat in recent years, but it is still generally accepted that when organizations act reprehensibly, their leaders are ultimately responsible for their failures and must relinquish their posts.
The furor that has erupted around the United Nations Relief and Works Agency is not the first time that UNRWA has been charged with scandalous conduct, but it is undoubtedly the worst.

The organization is tarred with offenses so heinous that they almost beggar description. Yet we have heard not a peep from its commissioner-general, Philippe Lazzarini, suggesting that he is shouldering any kind of responsibility, let alone considering his position.
Based upon what must be pretty convincing intelligence provided by Israel, at least 14 countries have stopped funding UNRWA for the time being.
Details of Israel’s intelligence dossier were disseminated in the media on January 30. They provide information indicating that incredibly, 12 UNRWA employees participated personally in the massacre of 1,200 people and the capture of some 240 hostages that took place in Israel on October 7.
The dossier lists the names and jobs of all 12 allegedly involved in Hamas’s attack and the specific allegations against them. It details how six of the UNRWA staff inside Israel on the day of the attack were tracked through their phones. Others were wiretapped and, during a series of calls, were heard discussing their involvement in the attack.
It describes 10 of the 12 as Hamas members and another as affiliated with Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). It names a school counselor from Khan Yunis as allegedly conspiring with his son to abduct a woman from Israel and identifies an Arabic teacher employed by UNRWA as a Hamas militant commander who allegedly took part in the murderous attack on Kibbutz Be’eri.
A social worker in the Nuseirat refugee camp is accused of helping Hamas bring the body of a dead Israeli soldier into Gaza, and of coordinating vehicles for the terror group during the October 7 attack and handing out ammunition to its gunmen.
The New York Times, which also had access to the intelligence dossier, reported that three of those monitored by Israeli intelligence received text messages on October 7 ordering them to report to muster points, while another UNRWA employee was ordered to bring rocket-propelled grenades stored inside his home.
But the scandal runs much deeper.
According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, the dossier says that about 10% of UNRWA’s 13,000 staff in Gaza have ties to Islamist groups, including Hamas and PIJ.
On January 28, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said he was horrified by the allegations and that nine of the 12 employees identified as being involved with Hamas had been sacked. One was dead, he added, and the identities of the other two were being clarified.
While the UN investigates, so far at least 14 countries, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Italy, Canada, Finland, the Netherlands, and Japan have not responded to pleas from Lazzarini and Guterres to resume their payments to UNRWA.
A senior Israeli government official told The Wall Street Journal: “UNRWA’s problem is not just ‘a few bad apples’ involved in the October 7 massacre. The institution as a whole is a haven for Hamas’s radical ideology.”
The history of UNRWA and how Hamas’s ideology allegedly found a home there
AROUND THE time that the State of Israel came into being, over half the non-Jewish population of what was called “Palestine” at the time, some 750,000 people, left their homes – some on advice, some from fear of the forthcoming conflict, some during the fierce exchanges.
After the armistice, the UN set up a body to assist them – UNRWA.
UNRWA began its work in May 1950, seven months ahead of the establishment by the UN of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Ever since, Palestinian refugees have been treated differently from all the other refugees in the world. One reason is that from the start, UNRWA totally ignored a key aspect of its remit.
The 1949 UN General Assembly resolution that established UNRWA called for the alleviation of distress among Palestine refugees and stated, crucially, that: “constructive measures should be undertaken at an early date with a view to the termination of international assistance for relief.”
In other words, the new agency’s mission was intended to be temporary, as the refugees under its wing were resettled.
BIDEN’S CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE – A FAMILY AFFAIR
WASHINGTON — A former Biden family business partner scorched President Biden in an explosive opening statement at a House impeachment inquiry deposition Tuesday, saying the commander-in-chief is corrupt and that his testimony will help prove it.
“The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period,” said Tony Bobulinski, a former Navy officer who worked alongside first son Hunter Biden and first brother James Biden on a venture with CEFC China Energy.
Bobulinski alleges he spoke twice with Joe Biden in May 2017 about the Chinese government-linked company — shortly after Biden left office as vice president.
A different former Biden family associate, Rob Walker, testified Jan. 26 that the Biden family’s business relationship with CEFC began as early as 2015 when Joe Biden was still vice president and that Joe Biden attended a meeting in early 2017 with CEFC chairman Ye Jianming, who has since gone missing in China amid corruption allegations.
MS-13’S VALENTINES DAY MASSACRE
The infamous and bloodthirsty MS-13 gang may be exploring an alliance with a gang of Venezuelan migrants blamed for a crime wave in New York City and trying to plant roots in other parts of the United States, according to the FBI.
MS-13 is known to pragmatically form and break alliances with other criminal groups, according to an FBI threat assessment, ranging from “tenuous alliances” and “vicious rivalries” depending on its needs.
The NYPD last week announced a crackdown on a Venezuelan gang after linking it to more than 62 robberies in four of the city’s five boroughs. That gang is now believed to be Tren de Aragua, a violent Venezuelan organization with international ambitions. While there’s no clear connection between the two transnational gangs, the FBI is monitoring for “emerging threats.”
“The sharing of intelligence allows our law enforcement partners to identify whether these threats are affecting their communities and provides them the ability to be proactive in combating those threats,” a spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “Violent transnational organizations which may pose threats to American communities are a top criminal priority for the FBI.”
ILLEGAL MASTERMINDS OF NYC ROBBERY RING HACKED BANK APPS, RESOLD STOLEN PHONES OVERSEAS
One attack, caught on video, shows a pair of muggers dragging a woman by her purse from the back of a scooter before they tore it loose and she slid into a metal pole. The gang used social media to recruit thieves to snatch specific model phones, according to the NYPD, and then used hackers to break into them and drain bank accounts and payment apps.
Once the money runs out, the phones are then shipped to Colombia to be reprogrammed and resold, police said.
The New York Post on Monday identified Tren de Aragua as the gang behind New York City’s soaring robberies, adding the gang was taking advantage of the Big Apple’s sanctuary policies to plant members in the U.S. and generate profits for its “sprawling criminal empire.”
“While these gangs wouldn’t normally mix, it’s always going to be a concern as the gang [Tren de Aragua] expands in strength and establishes a foothold,” El Paso FBI Special Agent in Charge John Morales told the Post. “Right now we are working with our local law enforcement partners and sharing intelligence in order to stop the growth of Tren de Aragua.”
The gang began in a Venezuelan prison, according to Paul Mauro, a former NYPD inspector, and has expanded recruitment efforts and its footprint in other countries, including the U.S.
The gang’s presence on American soil is new, he told Fox News Digital, as it has cropped up on the radars of law enforcement in New York, Texas and Miami.
“[I] don’t ever recall dealing with them as an organized entity,” when he was on the job just a few years ago, Mauro said.
NYPD RELEASES MIGRANT RAID PHOTOS AS SOFT-ON-CRIME LEADERS FACE NATIONAL OUTRAGE
Tren de Aragua began its international expansion with a turf war across the Colombia border in 2018, according to InSight Crime, a nonprofit group that studies criminal organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Facing tough competition in the drug trafficking business, the gang took up human trafficking and smuggling instead.

MIGRANT ARRESTED IN SPAT WITH POLICE AFTER SHOWING OFF NYPD ATTACK VIDEO
As it expanded, it violently seized territory from smaller local groups, according to the nonprofit. It now operates in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia and Brazil, in addition to its new efforts in the U.S.
In Lima, Peru, the turf war left 24 prostitutes dead, and the group allegedly posted videos of some of the murders online to scare off competition, according to the Post.
MS-13 was well established in parts of the U.S. when Donald Trump became president in 2016 and began targeting members for deportation after a spate of brutal murders involving machetes, knives and other primitive weapons.
In 2022, five years after a group of MS-13 members brutally executed four young men on Long Island, the local ringleader “Diablita,” or “Little Devil,” was convicted of federal racketeering and murder charges.
The victims, non-gang members, were murdered because photos of them emerged online showing them flashing MS-13 hand signals. The gang also killed two teenage girls in the area in September 2016. A month later, carrying bats and machetes, they beat a 34-year-old man to death, believing he was a rival gang member.
The following January, they gunned down a 29-year-old man in a deli because he was wearing a football jersey with the number 18 on it, according to federal prosecutors.

Los Angeles suspected gang members arrested after killing 4 in a series of California shootings
CA investigators believe all victims were part of a random murder spree
Two suspected gang members were arrested in connection with a series of shootings in the Los Angeles area that killed four people, including a 14-year-old boy, authorities said Tuesday.
The shootings occurred over a span of a few hours late Sunday and early Monday in the cities of Huntington Park, Bell, Cudahy and Los Angeles, according to the LA County Sheriff’s Department.
Investigators don’t have a motive, but they believe all the victims were randomly targeted and did not know the suspects, sheriff’s homicide Capt. Andrew Meyer told reporters Tuesday afternoon.
“It appears this was a random murder spree. However, homicide investigators have not ruled anything out,” Meyer said.
SOUTH CAROLINA VOTERS PUTTING THE HAMMER DOWN ON NIKKI HALEY’S BID DETHROWN TRUMP
Haley Trails Trump by 36 Points in South Carolina, New Poll Shows
Nearly two-thirds of likely voters, 65 percent, said in a Winthrop University poll that they supported former President Donald J. Trump, and only 29 percent supported Nikki Haley.
A Winthrop University poll released Wednesday shows Nikki Haley losing badly in South Carolina, her home state, with a little more than a week before the state’s Republican primary.
Nearly two-thirds of likely Republican primary voters, 65 percent, said they supported former President Donald J. Trump, and only 29 percent said they supported Ms. Haley. Those numbers are very close to the average results of recent polls of South Carolina.
After receiving 19 percent of the caucus vote in Iowa and 43 percent of the primary vote in New Hampshire, Ms. Haley has rested her argument for her campaign’s viability on the premise that she may not be beating Mr. Trump yet, but she is gaining ground. In an interview with NBC last month, she said of her performance in South Carolina, “I don’t think that necessarily has to be a win, but it certainly has to be better than what I did in New Hampshire, and it certainly has to be close.”
The poll’s fine print was also bad for Ms. Haley: Only 49 percent of registered voters, including Republicans and Democrats, said they had a favorable opinion of her, down from 59 percent in the last Winthrop poll in November. The drop was sharpest among Republicans, 56 percent of whom had a favorable opinion of her, down from 71 percent in November.
DO YOU FEEL SAFE WALKING YOUR HOOD?
Number two A-hole in the Branden Administration just got impeached. Insiders call him a diminutive twerp, his name is Mayorkas. He is only the second cabinet member in U.S. history to be impeached, the first being Secretary of War William Belknap in 1876.
Mayorkas’ job was that of Head of Homeland Security, of course he failed miserably, allowing at least ten million criminals to enter illegally into the United States of America. These are crimes of Sedition, which demands, at a minimum, twenty years in the Iron Bar.
So what did this impudent snob do to get impeached? He allowed our borders to be trampled on, similar to cattle breaking out of the pen.
“There will absolutely be many who believe his case merits removal from office and will vote accordingly,” a Senate GOP aide told The Post. “Since Democrats control the chamber, however, it’s basically certain that the vote will fail — if [Senate Majority Leader Chuck] Schumer [D-NY] allows it to happen in the first place.”
“There has never in American history been an impeachment where the Senate has refused to vote on the matter,” the aide added. “If Schumer kills it procedurally, without a vote, it would be unprecedented.”
In a statement following the vote, Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Mia Ehrenberg responded that “House Republicans will be remembered by history for trampling on the Constitution for political gain rather than working to solve the serious challenges at our border.”
Imagine this SLUT Ehrenberg saying that Republicans are trampling on the Constitution. So you see what we are up against, liars, criminals and thieves.

McMinnville, Ore. — Ramshackle RVs, nondescript sedans, shopping carts, bicycles, tents and tarps line a street on the edge of the city, bordered by an open field and, beyond that, the Yamhill River. A lonely dumpster, lid thrown open, sits amid piles of trash.
Deputies recently responded to three overdoses at the camp in one day. Another overdose call sent them racing to a logging road in the Coast Range, a 35-minute drive from the sheriff’s office. Much too long for them to reach the person in time.
