The world at war. Iran is intent on developing a nuclear weapon. China is saber rattling in the South China Sea, aspiring to take Taiwan. Russia is carpet bombing Ukraine with the hope that they will cave completing their consolidation. How does the U.S. measure these various impacts and what effect do they have on our foreign policy?
China has its own rules, ignores those of International Courts, spreading its hegemony around the globe. Enslaves their own people, jails dissidents, put those who don’t swallow their philosophy into force labor camps, hopefully to indoctrinate them into Chinese thinking. The question then arises, will the U.S. go full ante in defending Taiwan?

Iran, on the other hand continues to trod-on in their quest to develop a nuke. However, their time is short because Israel and the U.S. is running out of patience. The mullahs are stalling for time while their centrifuges are running full time. But Israel, despite the U.S. telling them to put their plans on hold, is ready to inflict the Mother of All destruction on Iran’s nuclear facilities. Israel knows that time is of the essence. Either Israel takes them out or the U.S. There is no doubt that they will be taken out one way or another.

Ukraine is still alive despite the drone and missile bombing of Russia’s Mad Man. Going on four years for his “special military operation” which so far has seen at least 50,000 Russians dead and at least 100,000 injured. Ukraine on the other hand has kept the pressure on the Putin who thought that Ukraine would be a two-week adventure. Germany is supplying Ukraine with ICBMs which can reach all parts of the Soviet State. On the other hand, Trump is losing patience with both Zelensky and Putin. Perhaps we will wait this one out. Only time will tell.
