Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has had major ramifications on the Justice System. As many of us have seen, rogue judges have decided cases based on DEI. Matter of fact, and we quote, Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.” So, you have it,straight out of the mares mouth. A biased women from the start who will decide cases not on the law, but on her experience. In other words, there is no problem in cases where minorities are involved, leniency is a given because of their social economic status.

This didn’t just hop out of the box, the education system has been involved in the transition for the past thirty years plus. First off were the trashing of IQ tests, then no grades were given, only pass or fail. Of course everyone passed. Social promotion became the norm, but when these socially deprived kids (poor schools filled with violence, teachers were admonished for punishing kids, absence tolerated, home life was non existant, one parent families, father in jail or on the run) went up against those in Lily White Neighborhoods, they failed in spades. Their skill level was a mirage. Merit was out the door. Why do you think we have all these minority judges?

Moving forward, the Teacher’s Union voted Democrat, they made a deal with the devil; NO SCHOOL CHOICE.. The bottm line here purposely relegates the Black and Hispanic students to D-schools where learning is secondarry, but the socialist agenda is primary. This became a learning experience for the rest of America. They saw what was happening and voted for Trump. Now DEI is on the outs, but there are sabateurs who will do everything in their power to abrogate the directive of the Department of Education.
