WHY TRUMP WILL PICK UP A MAJOR SHARE OF THE BLACK AND BROWN VOTE

The majority of Blacks in this country are law abiding citizens, they have seen their neighborhoods go up in flames. Many are afraid to venture out side because there is the possibility of a gang war in their hood. Retail establishments have pulled out, leaving then with a choice, travel five miles for necessities or starve. Who to blame? The gangbangers and illegal alien criminals that are allowed to rule the hood condoned by the Progressive Democrat Elite.

The Latino Community is aghast at what is happening on the southern border. Why is that? Their brothers and sisters are coming across in waves. So much so that these criminals are taking over their once peaceful neighborhoods. Stick-ups are now commonplace. The once quiet community is now in an uproar, parents are afraid to send their little ones to school, fearing they will be either shot or kidnapped. Some Choice! Thank the liberal progressive set run by AOC

Four years ago, jobs were plentiful. Now, with the illegals saturating the market, jobs are scarce for the Legal American, the Legal Citizen who became naturalized through a process. The Criminals are given welfare, free hospitalization, schooling, rent free apartments and in luxury hotels mind you. They are living the life of Rockefeller at the Ritz, not Riley who stayed at Hotel Six.

The tabulations are not in favor of the once unified community who supported the weak in the knee Democrat. These voters have seen the future and it isn’t bright, but continuation of blight. Make the right choice, there is only one you can make, vote TRUMP. He is the man who will bring sanity back, vote Branden and you will get Chaos. Do you want to continue to live in fear? We don’t think so.

STEVE GARVEY PINCH HITTING FOR AMERICA

Former Dodgers All-Star Steve Garvey’s quixotic campaign for the U.S. Senate seat once held by the late Dianne Feinstein appears likely to pay off in Tuesday’s California primary. Despite his barely-there strategy — Garvey held few public events and did not pay for a single television ad — polls show the Republican is on the cusp of winning one of the top two spots in the nonpartisan primary and advancing to the general election.

Political experts say Garvey was buoyed by two forces: fame from his nearly two decades playing for the Dodgers and the San Diego Padres, including the Dodgers’ 1981 World Series victory, and a multimillion-dollar ad blitz by his opponent, Democratic front-runner Rep. Adam B. Schiff and his allies, that boosted Garvey’s standing among GOP voters.

Schiff (D-Burbank) benefits if Garvey advances to the November election because of California’s overwhelming Democratic tilt. Garvey faces little chance of winning in a state that hasn’t elected a Republican statewide since 2006. Still, his name on the November ballot could help the GOP if it boosts Republicans in tight congressional races that will be decisive in determining control of the U.S. House of Representatives.

“He has become a vessel of opportunity for Schiff to avoid a tough November race” against a fellow Democrat, said veteran GOP strategist Rob Stutzman, a former advisor to former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. “Now having said that, it’s also great for Republicans — they are much better off with a Senate candidate in the fall for down-ballot races.”

DEMOCRATS ARE SO AFRAID OF TRUMP VICTORY THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP HIM OFF THE BALLOT

Speaker slams House Dems as they attempt to reverse SCOTUS order keeping Trump on ballot

‘GET A GRIP’

Speaker slams House Dems as they attempt to reverse SCOTUS order keeping Trump on ballot

House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., slammed reports that Democrats are ginning up legislation in reaction to the Supreme Court’s decision Monday to keep former President Donald Trump off the 2024 ballot.

“We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency,” the Court wrote, adding that “the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the States, responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates.

According to a report published in Axios Monday, Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., a former member of the Jan. 6 select committee, said he is already crafting federal legislation that would force Trump off the ballot.

But a spokesperson for Speaker Johnson told Fox News Digital on Monday night that his Democrat colleagues should “get a grip.”

“Democrats need to get a grip. In this country, the American people decide the next president—not the courts and not the Congress,” the spokesperson said.

According to the Axios report, Raskin referenced legislation he introduced in 2022 with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla. that would allow the Justice Department to sue to keep candidates off the ballot under the 14th Amendment.

“We are going to revise it in light of the Supreme Court’s decision,” Raskin told the outlet. He suggested that the bill would be paired with a resolution declaring Jan. 6 an “insurrection” and that those involved “engaged in insurrection.”

Trump is facing a number of federal charges related to the 2020 election, but he has not been charged with insurrection.

LEGAL EXPERTS RALLY AROUND SUPREME COURT RULING KEEPING TRUMP ON BALLOT: ‘STERN WARNING’ TO ‘RADICALS’

In the Supreme Court’s ruling Monday, the nine justices unanimously agreed that states don’t have Section 3 enforcement authority. But Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson said that the majority went too far when it said Congress has sole enforcement authority.

“The majority announces that a disqualification for insurrection can occur only when Congress enacts a particular kind of legislation pursuant to Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment. In doing so, the majority shuts the door on other potential means of federal enforcement,” the trio said.

TRUMP’S BIG WIN – SUPREME COURT’S SHUTOUT LEAVES PROGRESSIVES IN A STICHES

It’s heartening that Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson joined the rest of the Supreme Court to unanimously rule that states can’t kick ex-President Donald Trump off their ballots via a ridiculous reading of the 14th Amendment.

It shows that whatever partisan divisions there may be on the court, it’s ruled by a fair reading of the law. And the law in this case was being abused.

Anything less than a 9-0 ruling would’ve given the left license to pretend it lost because its “conservative” majority was playing politics.

None of this is to excuse Trump’s behavior around the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot; it’s to say that it’s not up to state officials to decide, without any real due process, that he thereby “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” and so is disqualified from future office, as Colorado’s Supreme Court ruled in December.

Those judges should be ashamed, along with the Maine and Illinois officials who followed suit, as well as all involved in dozens of similar cases in other states.

Basic legal issues (such as the fact that no one’s convicted Trump of anything like “insurrection”) aside, allowing this would license similar games without end, for a downward spiral that would make every presidential election a farce.Donald Trump speaks at his Mar-a-Lago estate, Monday

MAGA DAY IS HERE – TRUMP TO THROW THE KNOCK-OUT PUNCH TONIGHT

SUPER TUESDAY IS HERE. The results of the 15 states or we should say the projections will be made before the polls close later tonight. “The Don” is favored to win all of them by a landslide.

This will be the death knell as Trump will clip the wings of the double crossing “bird brain.” Will she go on after taking another whipping?

By attacking Trump, she is affectively attacking the Republican Party, therefore she is a person “non-grata.” She once promised to support the nominee, now she is non-committed; this is her last stand.

Super Tuesday expected to boost Trump closer to clinching GOP nomination as Haley makes possible last stand

“It’s big stuff and it’s the single most important primary day of the year,” Trump told his supporters in a video to supporters posted on social media ahead of Super Tuesday.
Trump has swept all but one of the first nine contests on the GOP nominating calendar, including North Dakota’s Republican presidential caucuses on the eve of Super Tuesday.

TRUMP HEADS INTO SUPER TUESDAY ON A ROLL

SUPREME COURT HANDS TRUMP MAJOR VICTORY

The Supreme Court just handed Trump an astonishing victory

So much for the rule of law.

Ian Millhiser is a senior correspondent at Vox, where he focuses on the Supreme Court, the Constitution, and the decline of liberal democracy in the United States. He received a JD from Duke University and is the author of two books on the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that Trump’s DC criminal trial, the one concerning his attempt to steal the 2020 presidential election, must be delayed for at least another two months. The Court already effectively delayed his trial for an additional two and a half months in an order handed down last December.

This order is a colossal victory for Trump, and could potentially allow him to evade criminal responsibility for his attempts to overthrow the 2020 election altogether. Trump’s goal is to delay his trials until after Election Day. Should he prevail in that election, he can then order the Justice Department to drop all federal charges against him.

Trump was able to secure such an order from the justices by exploiting the fact that the federal judiciary ordinarily does not allow two different courts to have jurisdiction over the same case at the same time. So, when a party to a lawsuit or criminal proceeding appeals a trial court’s decision, the trial court often loses authority over that case until the appeal is resolved.

The ostensible reason for the Court’s order putting the trial on ice is that the Court needs that time to consider a weak appeal challenging a ruling by Judge Tanya Chutkan, the judge presiding over his DC criminal trial.

According to Trump, the Constitution forbids any prosecution of a former president for any “official acts” he engaged in while in office. The implications of this argument are astounding, and Trump’s lawyers haven’t exactly tried to hide them. During one court hearing, the former president’s lawyer told a judge that Trump could not be prosecuted even if he had ordered “SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival,” unless Trump were also impeached and convicted by the Senate.

It’s hard to imagine the Supreme Court signing onto this argument, which has already been rejected by two other courts.

Yet Trump has now, with Wednesday’s ruling, leveraged this ridiculous legal argument to delay his DC trial for at least four and a half months, and the delay will likely extend much longer because the Court will need time to produce an opinion. The Court will hear oral arguments in late April.

Simply put, Wednesday’s order is a disaster for anyone hoping that Trump may face trial before the November election. And, because the nominal reason for this order is to give the justices more time to decide if the president is completely above the law, this decision raises serious doubts about whether this Court can be trusted to oversee Trump-related cases in a nonpartisan manner.

Trump scores Saturday GOP caucus trifecta, with victory in Idaho after Michigan, Missouri wins

Former President Donald Trump racked up a hat trick of Republican caucus wins, as he was declared the winner in the Idaho caucus Saturday night after winning similar victories in Michigan and Missouri earlier in the day.

The wins brough Trump one step closer to sweeping the map and securing the 2024 GOP nomination over his sole remaining challenger Nikki Haley — who has vowed to stay in at least through next week’s 15 Super Tuesday contests.

THEY CALL US WHITE RACISTS A DANGEROUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY

The authors of the book White Rural Rage: The Threat to American Democracy,” argued that White, rural voters in America are the most dangerous group in America.

So now the retard pervs of the Democrat party call White America a threat to democracy. Leading Democrats, many academics, liberal commentators, and left-leaning activists agree: American democracy is in grave peril. It’s besieged on all sides, the threats culminating so far in Donald Trump’s attempt to steal the 2020 presidential election from Joe Biden. More tumult likely lies ahead.

https://www.vox.com/22798975/democracy-threats-peril-trump-voting-rights

Several dark scenarios for the future have been posed, but each is quite different. One is the threat of a stolen election — Republicans could outright steal elections Democrats won, as Trump tried to do, perhaps enhanced by mob violence. Another is the minority rule threat, in which Republicans could consistently win according to the rules but without getting a majority of votes nationwide, due to advantages in the Senate, Electoral College, and redistricting.

There has also been much discussion of the threat of voter suppression. Democrats worry that GOP policy changes making it more difficult to vote could thwart a majority’s will.

So these pervs make the claim that Trump tried to steal the election. Not true, the election was stolen because the giant media corporations would not print the truth concerning Hunter’s laptop. They called it Russian disinformation; now the real facts come out, If they did 8 days before the election, Trump would now be President. And don’t forget the 51 notables who signed on to the Russian disinformation. Now the FEC is being sued.

The electoral college prevents a few states from determining from choosing the president, The Founding Fathers saw this happening 250 years ago. Redistricting, goes both ways, But they don’t admit that redistricting takes into account millions of illegal aliens who are counted in representative tabulation.

Another fear is less about the way Republicans win power, but is more about what they’ll do with it. Let’s call this the irresponsible party threat. For the people with this point of view, any Republican win — even one with sweeping voter majorities — is dangerous, since a faction that does not respect democracy is influential and arguably dominant in the party.

Imagine these Pervs calling a majority win by a Republican Dangerous, when the opposite is true. You don’t have to look any further than these Pervs.

These aren’t Americans, they are Garbage, needed to be thrown into the dumpster

Antisemitic teens terrorizing Jewish teacher with Hitler jabs, death threats as NYC school refuses to discipline them: ‘I live in fear’: lawsuit

The kids are all reich.

A Brooklyn high school has become a haven for Hitler-loving hooligans who terrorize Jewish teachers and classmates, The Post has learned.

On Oct. 26, just three weeks after the Oct. 7 Hamas massacre of 1,200 Israelis, 40 to 50 teens marched through Origins HS in Sheepshead Bay waving a Palestinian flag and chanting “Death to Israel!” and “Kill the Jews!” staffers said.

For months, President Joe Biden and his advisors have alleged that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is captive to the “ultra-conservative” ministers in his coalition government, and out of step with mainstream Israeli public opinion.

Even worse, they accuse Netanyahu of unnecessarily prolonging the war to avoid elections.

According to this line, mainstream Israelis are with Biden.

If it weren’t the hardliners in his government, Netanyahu would be suing for a hostage deal at any price; agreeing with Biden that the terror-laced Palestinian Authority should take over Gaza after the war; joining Biden’s push for Palestinian statehood, and accepting a ceasefire that won’t bring all the hostages home or destroy Hamas militarily or politically.

But as a Direct Polls survey of Israeli public opinion from February 13 showed, Biden’s claim of prolonging the Israeli offensive is a gross mischaracterization of the nation’s public opinion.

The Netanyahu government set three goals for the war: Eradicating Hamas as a military force and as a regime; releasing all of the hostages; and preventing Gaza from posing a threat to Israel in the future.

The survey showed that upwards of three quarters of Israelis support all of these goals.

Some 92 percent of Israelis oppose allowing Hamas to continue to exist in Gaza after the war; 84% oppose agreeing to end the war in exchange for the unreasonable hostage deal now on the table; 74% oppose Palestinian statehood.

And 73% of Israelis support an Israeli ground offensive to seize control over the southern border town of Rafah, even if it causes an open confrontation with the Biden administration.

Tlaib called on Muslim and progressive voters in Michigan to vote “Uncommitted” rather than vote for Biden in the Michigan primaries which took place on Tuesday.

The idea was to send Biden a clear message: Support Israel and lose Michigan. The "uncommitted" effort was led in part by progressive Michigan Cong. Rashida Tlaib.

Lose Michigan, and Donald Trump will return to the White House.
