TRUMP IN KANGAROO COURT – JUDGE IS THE JUDGE AND JURY

Trump entered the court room on the second day of his fraudulent  for fraud. A trumped up (no pun intended) charge brought by a flame thrower from NYC. There is no victim here, but James, the mother chucker, wants to make some political hay out of nothing. There is also a two bit judge who is anti Trump. So, we are looking at a Kangaroo Court. Donald Trump’s Tower and these other NY properties could be lost in $250M civil fraud case

For decades before his presidency, Donald Trump had long been synonymous with the real estate industry — as well as his namesake New York properties, which have been the subject of great discussion recently.

That’s when a New York judge, Arthur F. Engoron of the state Supreme Court, concluded in a 35-page judgment that Trump had exaggerated the value of his holdings to secure favorable loan and insurance terms with financial institutions.

Judge Engoron’s decision was issued as part of New York State Attorney General Letitia James’ $250 million civil fraud case against the former president, his company and executives. And if that ruling ultimately stands, Trump could lose control over some well-known New York City properties that bear his name.

The highly publicized trial began on Monday, and in opening remarks, The Post reported Trump lawyer Christopher Kise argued the defendants didn’t intend to defraud anyone with differing property values. He said it’s the essence of the real estate market: “Buyers have a view, sellers have a view, none of them are wrong.”

Indeed, the “Art of the Deal” author’s lawyers and a real estate industry expert also argued that James’ suit doesn’t properly factor the value of the Trump brand or subjective valuations, in which lenders and borrowers offer varying estimates.

REPRESENTATIVE BOWMAN, A LYING CRIMINAL, PULLED FIRE ALARM

The Stupid Democrat, a buffoon by the way,  didn’t know that pulling a fire alarm would lead to the emptying of the Capitol building. What he did was a criminal act by impeding an administrative procedure. This was not any regular vote, this entailed a Biggy, an up or down vote for a Continuing Resolution (CR).

The Doofus used all kinds of excuses to no avail.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman acknowledged triggering a fire alarm Saturday in one of the U.S. Capitol office buildings as lawmakers scrambled to pass a bill to fund the government before the midnight shutdown deadline.

The fire alarm sounded out around noon in the Cannon House Office Building and prompted a building-wide evacuation at a time when the House was in session and staffers were working in the building. The building was reopened an hour later after Capitol Police determined it was not a threat.

The GOP-controlled House Administration Committee, which oversees issues pertaining to the Capitol complex, posted a picture of a person pulling the fire alarm who appeared to be Bowman.

The New York lawmaker told reporters hours later that it was a mistake and that he was rushing to get to votes and was trying to get through a door that is usually open, but was closed due to it being a weekend.U.S. News and World Report Logo

“I thought it would help me open the door,” he said about pulling the trigger, denying that it was an effort to stall anything. At the time of the evacuation House Democrats were working to delay a vote on a 45-day funding bill to keep federal agencies open. They said they needed time to review the 71-page bill that Republicans abruptly released to avoid a shutdown.

WITH ALL THE STUNNING NEWS LATELY, WE HAVE LOST TOUCH WITH THE BORDER CRISIS

Branden and his Two Stooges, he is the Third Stooge, have unleashed on American Cities, five million, at the minimum, illegal aliens who have crossed our border en masse. Alejandro  Mayorkas, the Third Stooge, Harris is the Second Stooge. Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security, is guilty of Sedition by allowing these criminals from breaking into our country. We do not know who they are, or where they are going.

Brave Men in Texas have taken it upon themselves to disperse the trash onto the footsteps of Democrat cities, And oh are these Democrats screaming at the top of their lungs.

Gov. Hochul says border ‘is too open’ and demands ‘limit’ on crossings as NY struggles with migrant crisisA record 260,000 migrants crossed just last month.

FLAME THROWER TAKES OVER FEINSTEIN’S SEAT

From Dust to Dust, as the saying goes. Senator Barbara Feinstein has turned back into Dust. The Old Lady from San Francisco, man do they ever wake up out there? Dope, filth and scum are prevalent on the streets; remember Haight, Ashbury, Castro, Fredrick and Market streets, wow, they breed a different kind of animal there, don’t they? Age was not too kindly her. Image result for barbara feinstein

But, “in death do us part” Newsom has chosen a Flame Thrower to serve her remaining term. She doesn’t even live in the City by the Bay, nor does she live in California. How is that possible? With Democrats anything is possible.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has chosen Laphonza Butler to fill the Senate seat left vacant by the death of California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, he announced early Monday. CBS Logo and symbol, meaning, history, PNG, brand
Butler is the president of EMILYs List, an organization devoted to electing Democratic women who support abortion rights. She previously served as a senior campaign adviser to Kamala Harris during her 2020 presidential campaign and has a long history as a labor leader.

She will be sworn in Tuesday at the U.S. Capitol in Washington by Vice President Harris. Newsom also noted, “She will make history — becoming the first Black lesbian to openly serve in the U.S. Senate.”

PRO-TEMPORE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE TAKES IMMEDIATE ACTION – PELOSI FLUSED OUT OF PRIVATE OFFICE

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., was evicted from her private Capitol office by the new speaker pro-tempore.

Fox News Digital confirmed that House Speaker pro-tempore Patrick McHenry, R-N.C., gave the order to Pelosi to vacate her Capitol hideaway by Wednesday.

SHATTERED – McCarthy DOWN FOR THE COUNT

Kevin McCarthy was ousted as House Speaker by a vote on October 3, 2023.Now, ex-Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, said, “Bring It On”! And so Matt Gaetz, brought it on, a Right Hook smack into McCarthy’s jaw.  Down for the count said the interim Speaker(pro-tempore) of the House, Patrick McHenry. This action has caused mayhem. What will the Republicans do now? Rep. Matt Gaetz said he wanted McCarthy removed as Speaker because of his lack of commitment to spending cuts.

McCarthy promised to his members during the 15th round of voting for Speaker, that he would bring to the floor a separate vote for individual budget items. McCarthy did not keep his word, and so Matt Gaetz and seven others tore him a new a…..e. This is hardball politics, folks. The lonesome eight will be up for election in 2024, apparently they feel secure enough to repeat. Others, who voted nay, on McCarthy’s removal did not want to risk being tossed overboard.

BIDEN CALLS “LOCK HER UP” ASKS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO GET AN “ASS WHOOPING”

No kidding aside, ABC and WaPo’s lates poll has Trump beating Biden “like a drum.”   A “One Trick Ponyhas a date with infamy, one that will end his time on this heavenly body. There will be no rejoicing in conservative circles, but a toasting for the queen is dead, long live the queen.

The results are somewhat of a stunner because most polls have the race as a dead heat. This new poll has Trump beating the present Invalid in the White HOuse by a Ten Point Margin. However, they reserve the right to not give full weight to the poll because they call it an outlier. This poll is not an outlier, the others are.

Don’t these pollsters watch and learn what is happening to the country? Perhaps they see less than a blind man.

JFK STARTED IT ALL – BIDEN IS A UNION “BOY” – ONLY TRUMP CAN DRAIN THE SWAMP

Back in 1962, JFK issued Executive Order 10988. On January 17, 1962, Federal employees first obtained the right to engage in collective bargaining through labor organizations when President John F. Kennedy issued Executive Order 10988, “Employee-Management Cooperation in the Federal Sector.”

Executive Order 10988 gave Federal employees the right to join, form, or assist labor organizations.

Executive Order 10988 issued as result of the findings of the Task Force on Employee-Management Relations in the Federal Service, which was created by a memorandum issued to all executive department and agency heads by President Kennedy on June 22, 1961. In this memorandum the President noted that, “The participation of employees in the formation and implementation of employee policy and procedures affecting them contributes to the effective conduct of public business,” and that this participation should be extended to representatives of employees and employee organizations.

As the years have passed we have witnessed the CANCER that has metastasized throughout the Public Sector. And to put it bluntly, the majority of public employees are on a the Welfare Train. They can’t be fired for most infractions or transgressions that would be the immediate cause for severing their relationship with a private employer.

As this train gathered speed during the ensuing years, the labor unions became a Bank for the Democrat party. Upwards of four million Federal Employees, plus their families and their relatives Pull the Democrat Lever. Why would they not?  These Blood Suckers have been imbedded in the government bureaucracy for the past fifty-plus years.

While federal employee groups prefer the current BLS model for determining hourly pay, conservatives have argued that policymakers should incorporate non-salary benefits, like retirement and health insurance programs, into the model to compare “total compensation” between sectors, and that such a model suggests that federal workers are overpaid compared to those in the private sector.

There is one thing missing here, Federal, State and City employees, in most cases, are paper shufflers, gold bricks, lack oversight, but most of all they take up space doing nothing, or not adding value. In other words, this is the Deep State Swamp that must be Drained.

There is only one person who can do this, his name is Trump, Donald J. Trump. Give him a Second Chance and the Swamp will be Euthanized.

This will not be easy because as America has witnessed, the Swamp will go after anyone who threatens their existence. Lurking there are liars, thieves, criminals who will stifle and even murder those who threaten their livelihood.
We have witness two impeachments, one investigation, raids on personal residence, aggressive D.A.’s bringing lawsuits in a never ending attempt to stop their main adversary. On going threats are everywhere. For instance the A.G. Garland, a liar, a subversive, a felon has targeted parents who question CRT, teaching of  transition of children to the opposite sex in third grade, climate change, anti Trump agendas, socialism/Marxism who question the Education Industry at school board meetings.

On Friday, the White House unveiled a proposed rule that would make it even harder than in the past for an incoming Republican president to wrestle control of the left-leaning federal bureaucracy and actually implement the conservative policies promised to voters.

Of the 2.2 million federal civil workers, only 4,000 are presidential appointees. The rest stay in their jobs, from one administration to the next, protected by rules that make it nearly impossible to discipline or replace them. They overwhelmingly favor the left. A staggering 95% of unionized federal employees who donate to political candidates give to Democrats, according to Open Secrets. Only a tiny 5% support Republicans.

Garland has weaponized the DOJ. But long before that, it was Obama’s command to an IRS employee, who by the way took the fifth when interviewed by a Congressional committee. She, Lois Lerner, who vetted 501-3c applications, submitted by Tea Party entities prevented them from educating the public on the socialist BIG government policies of the Obama administration. The Racist President (Obama) was sued, lost in court, and had to fork over millions in damages to the Tea Party. Never the less, it must be a law implemented that immediately fires a government employee who take the fifth. They work for us, and as an employee should not be given the opportunity to take the fifth. Guilty as charged!

In the dead of night, employees were screened before promoted to positions of power. As we have witnessed, he corruption has run rampant inside the DOJ, the FBI and CIA. These aforementioned departments have been weaponized under Branden. Rogue employees, mostly all members of the Tard party, have and will continue to target us, unless stopped by an administration change.

But don’t leave out the Education Industry and the perverts who are involved in every step of your Childs education or should we say Brainwashing. Do you think that your child’s teacher would ever say a bad word about the Democrats. This starts at an early age and continues well into college with liberal instructors holding sway over agendas. This brings us to the lying scum that heads up the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). You will remember her, she closed down schools for two years while teachers got paid and your children weren’t educated. Don’t think for a moment that they care about your child.

RANDI WEINGARTEN is president of the 1.7 million-member American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, which represents teachers; paraprofessionals and school-related personnel; higher education faculty and staff; nurses and other healthcare professionals; local, state and federal government employees; and early childhood educators.

CHAOS = DEMOCRAT

Anarchy, Lawlessness are the bywords of Sleepy Joe Biden. Democrats everywhere are in the same boat, loving every bit of Branden’s legacy.  Democrat households, cities and states are quintessential examples of turmoil. This is all at the expense of normal people who have structured lives.

The Democrat character has turned into a glob of violence, affecting the rest of America.  Branden, a killer of 13 Servicemen in Afghanistan, responsible for our children being raped by the influx of cartels across our border. But not to leave it there, we have a Criminal in the White House, one who is not only gone Rogue, but one hell bento on leaving a path of destruction throughout the land before he gets flushed out of the presidency in a short thirteen months. Don’t expect them to be anything but normal because a criminal being attacked will always leave victims in their path.

As New York City cripples under monumental budget cuts due to a migrant crisis straining public resources, the city council is planning to consider a series of measures that would, among other things, remove statues of major historical figures like George Washington and create a reparations task force.

Figures like America’s first president George Washington, Dutch governor and New York settler Peter Stuyvesant, as well as Christopher Columbus – all of whom have statues throughout the city are targets of those who want to destroy America.

PAYING TRIBUTE TO THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES

Iconic 9/11 photos and the photographers who shot them: Here are their stories

Fox News spoke with photographers Yoni Brook, Doug Mills and Robert Bukaty about their 9/11 experiences 20 years later

Twenty years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, images from the day are still etched in the minds of Americans – as well as the photographers who captured them.

To mark the commemoration, Fox News gathered some of the most iconic photographs from 9/11 and spoke with photographers about their experiences.

Here are their stories.

“[I] looked down south and saw that the buildings had just collapsed,” Brook, now 39, told Fox. “And so, I ran to my dorm.”

NEARLY 20 YEARS SINCE 9/11 TERROR ATTACKS, FIRST FDNY CHIEF ON SCENE HONORS ‘ORDINARY HEROES’

Brook said he occasionally freelanced for The Washington Post, and grew up in the D.C. area. When he arrived at his dorm, Brook’s roommate told him that editors at the Post had called to see if he was going to cover the attacks.

Brook grabbed 10 rolls of expired film and took a cab down to Canal Street. He walked the rest of the way.

“I sort of found myself – this was maybe an hour after the collapse – just there, kind of alone, seemingly alone,” Brook said. “It was just like everybody was in shock around it. There were a few firefighters, there were a few rescue people, but it was mostly very quiet and eerie for the first two hours.”

“It felt like a very unsettled feeling,” Brook added. “But I didn’t feel like I was in direct danger. I didn’t know what had happened. I didn’t have a phone. I didn’t hear the news. So I was just hearing what people were saying to each other.”

He continued: “I just thought I was photographing my little corner of this crazy moment in history. It just sounded like there was chaos all over the country at that moment.”

That afternoon, Brook photographed Michael Sauer, a Woodmere, Long Island volunteer firefighter, who was drinking water from a fire hydrant.

“It was still sort of a moment of initial shock,” Brook said. “There was an eerie quiet. And there wasn’t like a ton of equipment down there. There weren’t cranes doing any work yet. It was just individual firefighters and groups of firefighters trying to make sense of a little bit of the futility of what was in front of them.”

Brook explained that Sauer had rushed to Ground Zero with a friend who was a former FDNY firefighter to “to help and to be a part of it,” Brook said.

Brook said he still keeps in touch with Sauer and they check in every year on 9/11.

For Doug Mills, the morning of 9/11 started out “like a normal day with President Bush,” he told Fox News.

In 2001, Mills was a photographer for the Associated Press based in Washington, D.C, but that day, he was covering President George Bush’s visit to the Emma E. Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida, where he was planning to talk about the No Child Left Behind Act.

Mills, who is now 61 and a photographer for the New York Times’ Washington bureau, told Fox that he was in the president’s motorcade on the way to the elementary school when he first heard about a “small plane crash in New York City.”

He said that the information was “really sketchy, just basically saying there’s been a small plane that’s hit a building,” but that it didn’t seem to be a major incident.

Soon after they got the news, Mills said they arrived at the school and headed to the classroom where Bush was scheduled to read to students before speaking to the whole school.

“A few minutes into it, Andy Card, the chief of staff for the president, walked into the room where we were,” Mills said, adding that was “highly unusual to have him walk in.”

“Finally, at one point he walked up to the president… and whispered in his ear,” Mills said, adding: “It was obvious he’d given him some very important news.”

Though Mills didn’t know what was said at the time, he later found out that Card told the president: “A second aircraft has just hit the World Trade Center. America is under attack.”

“The power and the weight of those words are obviously overwhelming and obviously very historic,” Mills told Fox.

A few minutes later, Bush’s meeting with the children ended and he went to another room where he addressed the school and the nation, explaining that there had been “an apparent terrorist attack” on U.S. soil, according to archival footage of Bush’s address.

From there, Bush and the press corps –  including Mills – flew to Louisiana and Nebraska before heading back to Washington, D.C. Along the way, the press corps was cut down from 13 to five, with Mills among those allowed to continue to travel with the president.

— Doug Mills

Three days after the attack, Mills covered Bush’s visit to Ground Zero. Mills said they took a large helicopter from the Air Force Base to a landing zone near Ground Zero.

Mills said that when the helicopter was about 30 minutes away, everyone on board noticed a sudden burning smell, “like the helicopter was on fire.”

“It came on so fast, everybody… was looking at each other with these wide eyes like ‘What’s going on, do you smell that?’” he said.

Finally, the Marines on board explained that it was the smell of Ground Zero.

“Talk about something that hits you in the face,” Mills said, adding: “Once we got there, that’s all you smelled, you know, just something burning.”

“I remember how the streets of New York were just so empty that night”

— Robert Bukaty

Associated Press photographer Robert Bukaty told Fox News he was supposed to start his vacation on 9/11. Bukaty, 59, is still an Associated Press photographer based in Portland, Maine. He told Fox that on the morning of 9/11 he went into the office to pick something up and on his drive home, he turned on the radio.

“The first thing I heard was this report about what they thought was a small plane flying into the World Trade Center,” Bukaty told Fox.

He said he continued to listen to the report and soon heard about the second plane. By the time he got to his house, an editor from AP’s New York office called to ask if he could travel down to the city to help out.

“He said, ‘Don’t rush, because we have photographers there, but we’ll need somebody, we’ll need photographers because this is going to be an ongoing story,’” Bukaty recalled.

Bukaty said that as he packed his bag, he watched the televised reporting.

“At some point they were talking about how Manhattan was going to be closed down to all traffic … so I decided to bring my bike,” Bukaty said.

On his drive down to the city, Bukaty said no one was collecting money at any of the tolls and there were no stores open. He said he drove to Queens, parked his car in a parking garage and loaded all his stuff into a couple of backpacks and rode his bicycle over a bridge and into Manhattan.

“I got in in the evening and worked until about one or two o’clock in the morning,” Bukaty said.

“It was such a strange time,” Bukaty added. “I remember how the streets of New York were just so empty that night, the first night and the next couple of days. I would ride my bike from 50 Rockefeller Plaza down towards Ground Zero for assignments … and there were no cars.”

Bukaty said that as he was walking around Ground Zero and taking photos, his main focus was on that task, rather than the bigger implications of the attacks.

“A lot of times, at least with me, when I’m at a big event, I almost block out trying to think about where it stands in history and just concentrate on what I need to do at that moment as far as making good pictures,” Bukaty said.

“The thing I try to do is limit the amount of distractions and just focus on what’s in front of me or where I need to go or try to anticipate where the next best pictures might be,” he said.

He added: “If you miss the moment, you miss it.”

On Sept. 12, 2001, Bukaty photographed New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani with Gov. George Pataki and Sen. Hillary Clinton on their way to visit Ground Zero. Before they could arrive, Bukaty said “somebody decided it was too dangerous” to get closer than a couple of blocks away.

“That was that,” Bukaty said. “So they got near Ground Zero, but they didn’t make it all the way in there. That day was the first time that Mayor Giuliani got that close to Ground Zero.”

“I remember at one point, a woman spotted him and started calling his name and he went over to her, she was an elderly lady,” Bukaty added. “And I remember he pulled down his mask and he gave her a hug and he listened to her and her story was that her son was missing.”

He continued: “In the days that followed, Giuliani became sort of a hero.”

DAUGHTER LOOKS BACK ON FATHER’S HEROISM ON 9/11

Twenty years later, Bukaty is still an Associated Press photographer, though he primarily takes photographs for human interest stories. He’ll also be covering the 2022 Winter Olympics in China, he said.

“I shoot a lot of feature photos,” Bukaty told Fox. “I do a little bit of everything, but primarily I work on human interest stories and not a lot of spot news stories.”

He said he covered the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and he still helps cover presidential elections.

Meanwhile, Mills continues to cover politics and the White House, as well as every summer and winter Olympics.

“I’m blessed to be able to cover politics the way I do,” Mills said, adding: “Being the witness to a lot of history within the White House, the different administrations, I couldn’t ask for a better job.”

“Firefighters and ironworkers were splitting beams all night trying to get to anybody.”

— Yoni Brook

Brook, who now lives in Philadelphia, told Fox News that though he spent several years as a photojournalist, he decided to become a documentary filmmaker and recently directed the “Philly D.A.” series,  about Philadelphia’s new District Attorney Larry Krasner.

“A lot of what we have to do as journalists is be reactive,” Brook said. “I really wanted to devote my career to just thinking carefully about the kinds of images that go out into the world.”

“9/11 was something that sort of happened and all journalists who could cover it, covered it in their own way,” Brook added. “And I think that part of what I’m hoping to do as a documentary filmmaker is be proactive.”

On the night of Sept. 11, Brook sent his photos to the Washington Post and received a call from Michel du Cille, the Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist who was, at the time, the photo editor at the Post.

“He told me that night: ‘You need to go back to Ground Zero, because our photographers can’t get into the city because all the bridges and tunnels are shut down,’” Brook recalled.

Brook added that he made his own press pass and returned to Ground Zero.

“Then I just kind of snuck back down there around midnight again that night and spent the whole night in Two World Financial Center trying to stay out of the way, because at that point, the rescue was in full effect. The next morning, Brook took a photo of a lone firefighter.

“It was sunrise the morning after 9/11,” Brook said. “You could look at it and see the immense task ahead of everybody. And also, there was just like a degree of it sinking in, that it was going to be a new normal for New Yorkers and for everybody looking at it the next day.”

Brook added about the photograph: “I only realized later when they blew [the photo] up that the firefighter was holding a thermal imaging camera. So he’s looking for heat, or signs of life in the rubble.”

WE WILL NEVER FORGET THOSE HEROES WHO PERISHED ON 9-11

A MOMENT OF SILENCE WAS HELD TODAY.

The first was held at 8:46 a.m. ET, to mark the moment that Al Qaeda terrorists crashed American Airlines Flight 11 into the north tower of New York’s World Trade Center two decades ago.

The second, 23 minutes later, will be at the same time that American Airlines Flight 175 hit the south tower and the third at 9:37 a.m. ET, allowed people to remember those who lost their lives when American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon.

vicious ideology set the hijackers in motionTheir mission that seemed impossible a day before became reality on the morning of September 11, 2001.

Not a person in America who was alive that day will ever forget those who perishedBut we also must remember and be vigilant of those who still live to carry on their mission. We know who and where they areThey are Islamists.

STAY AWAY BIDEN – YOU ARE NOT WANTED HERE

They have infiltrated our government, our schools, our neighborhoods. They hide in the shadows, stealth like until ordered to seed destruction. We shall never let out guard down.

In fact two have been elected president of the United States. Their paradigm, a turtle philosophy of slow infiltration. Small towns and mega cities acquiesce to their demands; liberal judges affirm their requests. Look no further than London, Paris and Brussels. Sweden is another prime example of Islamic takeover.
