President Biden tested negative for COVID-19 on Saturday, according to a letter from White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, but he will continue to isolate until he tests negative a second time.
“The President continues to feel very well,” O’Connor wrote. Biden has been testing daily since he first tested positive for the virus on July 21. The White House said he experienced only mild symptoms, including fatigue, a runny nose, and cough.
Biden, who is fully vaccinated and twice boosted, was prescribed the antiviral therapy Paxlovid, a standard course of treatment for people who are considered to be at higher risk of adverse affects of COVID, including anyone over 50.
His symptoms were “nearly resolved” after four days of treatment, the White House said.
The president briefly left isolation last week, after testing negative for COVID on July 27. He reentered isolation after testing positive again on July 30, in what O’Connor described as a “rebound” case.

No special treatment for Pelosi’s husband
The Napa County district attorney said Paul Pelosi’s case will be treated like anyone else’s.
According to an Associated Press report, Paul Pelosi’s blood alcohol content level was 0.08% or higher. According to California law, it’s illegal to drive with a BAC of 0.08% or higher. For commercial vehicle drivers, it’s 0.04% and it’s 0.01% for people under 21.
By law, Paul Pelosi, should face charges, if that was, in fact, his BAC at the time of the incident.

The California Highway Patrol 11-99 (CHP 11-99) Foundation confirmed that any member who brings its name or property into law enforcement contact is in violation of the group’s terms and conditions agreement. The foundation noted the part of its policy which states that attempting to use membership in exchange for “preferential treatment” in any contact with police will result in immediate termination.

Mr. Pelosi got behind the wheel of his black 2021 Porsche 911 to drive the six miles to the Pelosis’ Napa Valley country house. It was around 10 p.m., according to a police report and eyewitnesses.
He went a little more than half a mile and was trying to cross State Route 29 and make a left. But a Jeep was coming down the highway and hit Mr. Pelosi’s car as he made the turn.
The police who responded arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and suspicion of driving with a .08 blood alcohol content or higher. He is due back in court on Aug. 3. If criminal charges are filed, he will be arraigned then. (The driver of the Jeep was not arrested.)
It may not have been only alcohol that hindered Mr. Pelosi’s driving. Two people who have spoken with the Pelosis since the crash said that Mr. Pelosi had had cataract surgery in the days preceding the dinner. (Doctors are somewhat divided about when it is acceptable to drive, with estimates that range from 24 hours to two weeks.)

The Napa County Sheriff released a mugshot of Paul Pelosi on Tuesday, following his DUI arrest in late May, as the Napa County District Attorney’s Office fended off allegations that Pelosi’s charges had been dropped.

Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) got into a car accident in Oakville on May 28th. According to a California Highway Patrol (CHP) press release, his Porsche struck a Jeep at the intersection of State Route 29 and Walnut Lane a little after 10 P.M. Although neither of the drivers was injured, and the Jeep driver was not arrested, Pelosi was tested for driving under the influence. The CHP, with Napa County DA confirmation, found that Pelosi’s blood alcohol content (BAC) level was at or above .08, above the legal limit.
Pelosi, who was alone with Speaker Pelosi in Rhode Island to give a commencement address at Brown University, was then booked early Sunday morning with bail being set at $5,000. The bail was subsequently paid, with Pelosi leaving the County jail at around 7:30 A.M. Pelosi then agreed on an August 3rd Court date at the Napa County Superior Court.
While the incident was quickly rotated out of the news cycle, a comment by Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) last week, responding to a then-unknown false report that the charges had been dropped, brought the story back to the public’s attention.
“Paul Pelosi’s DUI charges have been dropped,” tweeted Boebert on June 8th. “Is anyone really surprised?”
The unexpected tweet forced the Napa County DA’s office and the CHP to release further info about the case and make statements that Pelosi was still under investigation. Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley clarified that the incident is still under review and that her office would be the one making the announcement.
“The Napa County District Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing charges stemming from the DUI arrest of Paul Pelosi,” DA Haley said in a statement. “The California Highway Patrol arrested Mr. Pelosi for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving with a .08% Blood Alcohol Content or Higher. He was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections and cite released.”
“Mr. Pelosi agreed to a court date of August 3, 2022, at 8:30 am in Napa County Superior Court. If criminal charges are filed, Mr. Pelosi would be arraigned at that time. The case is currently under review to decide what, if any, charges will be filed against Mr. Pelosi. This is standard protocol for any DUI case that is referred by a law enforcement agency in Napa County.”
“No decision has been made at this time. Any speculation to the contrary is incorrect. When a filing decision is made by the Napa County District Attorney, the media and public will be notified.”
Public pressure on the CHP, Napa County DA’s office returns
However, with public pressure returning, the CHP soon released Pelosi’s mugshot while also refusing to release other materials around the incident such as transcripts and bodycam footage due to it still being an active investigation.
“The Napa County District Attorney’s Office has advised the release of records would jeopardize an ongoing investigation. As such, records are being withheld pursuant to Government Code section 6254 (f),” explained the CHP earlier this week.”
With public interest in the case now back less than 2 months before Pelosi’s hearing in early August, many have noted that the increased interest may only put more pressure on state and local officials over the case.
“A lot of people are worried that he might be let off or just get a slap on the wrist due to influence from his wife or because of his age,” Luisa Vargas, a researcher who studies drunk driving incidents involving public figures, explained to the Globe on Tuesday. “We see celebrities and athletes and politicians get seemingly lighter sentences all the time, and with that rumor last week that all charges would be dropped, you know, people were angry.”
“Eyes are now back on the case much quicker than usual in these types of cases, so if there is any political pressure to do something about it, everyone around the case is probably walking on eggshells now. We’ve seen from celebrity trials like on O.J. Simpson and Michael Jackson and Mel Gibson and so many others that the police are questioned, the DA’s office is questioned, and sometimes every step of the case is put up to debate in the court. From all these press releases, you can tell they don’t want a media circus around a standard DUI case.”
“That’s why they are being diplomatic about it at the same time they are letting the public know exactly where they are and quashing these rumors that are coming up. They don’t want the court of public opinion to decide right now, especially with things like fault, what his exact BAC was, the circumstances of the accident, and other details still not being known. We have to wait for them to do their jobs, which can be frustrating.”
“But, no matter the outcome, this will be a big story in the next few months, as no matter what is ruled, it will come out right when election season is hitting the next gear, so this will definitely be a future problem the Nancy Pelosi and many Democratic candidates and incumbents relying on her for support and donations and such.”

Paul Pelosi, the multimillionaire husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, allegedly had a drug in his system (was it fentanyl imported from China?), addressed officers with slurred speech, and tried to hand them a police courtesy card during his May arrest on DUI charges, according to court documents.
Pelosi’s 2021 Porsche and the other driver’s 2014 Jeep sustained “major collision damage” in a crash around 10:17 p.m. on May 28, and responding officers found Pelosi in his driver’s seat in his damaged car near the intersection of California Route 29 and Oakville Cross Road.
Pelosi allegedly handed officers his driver’s license and an “11-99 Foundation” card when they asked for his ID, according to the documents. The 11-99 Foundation is a California Highway Patrol charity that supports officers and provides scholarships for their children.
Pelosi allegedly exhibited “signs of impairment” during field sobriety tests and officers “observed objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication,” according to the documents.

A database housing the resumes and other personnel information of members of the Biden administration reveals his Department of Education’s ties to unions, liberal think tanks, and his own campaign for president.
According to the resumes housed in America First Legal’s (AFL) “Woke Wagon” database, more than 20 Department of Education political appointees worked on the Biden administration, while many more worked for other Democratic candidates for president like Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris or Pete Buttigieg.
The resumes in the database also show the department’s ties to liberal think tanks like the Center for American Progress, and teachers unions like the National Education Association.
FBI Director Christopher Wray always seems a little too pleased with himself. But on Thursday the smirk may be wiped off his pretty face when Republican members of the House oversight committee start grilling him on the mounting evidence that something is very rotten inside the agency Wray runs.
Top of the list is the curious question of why the FBI apparently did nothing with Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was handed to two agents on Dec. 9, 2019, by John Paul Mac Isaac, the alarmed owner of the computer repair shop near the Biden family homes in Greenville, Del., where Hunter had dropped off his MacBook eight months earlier.
Among other potential crimes to be found on the abandoned laptop, you would expect the FBI to be interested, on national security grounds, in the incriminating evidence of a corrupt foreign influence-peddling scheme run by the Biden family throughout Joe Biden’s vice presidency.
Equally curious is why the FBI apparently did nothing with another voluminous trove of corroborating material, given to them in October 2020 by Hunter’s former business partner, Navy veteran Tony Bobulinski, including emails and other documents which replicate those on Hunter’s laptop.
Bobulinski has said he was interviewed for several hours by FBI agents, as part of an investigation into Hunter, after he held a bombshell press conference on Oct. 22. 2020, alleging that then-Democratic nominee Joe Biden had lied when he claimed to have no involvement in Hunter’s foreign deals. Bobulinski also said that Joe Biden was the “Big Guy” referred to by Hunter’s partners in encrypted messages and intercepted voice messages.

As of Sunday morning, Biden’s antigen testing “unsurprisingly” remains positive, the doctor said in a letter released by the White House.
“The President will continue his strict isolation measures,” O’Connor said.
Biden’s doctor reported on Saturday that antigen testing showed the president was positive for COVID-19, after having tested negative all four days prior to that. These are lies. Did they test him two or three times? Only once? The President of the United States, tested once? COME ON MAN.
Was our DOD in the dark when it came to Russia having a fleet of drones? Did they realize that Russia was so inept at designing, engineering and manufacturing drones? The attack on Russia’s Black Sea fleet headquarters, in the Crimean city of Sevastopol, sent a defiant message on Russia’s Navy Day. The attack forced the cancellation of celebrations of Navy Day in Crimea, the peninsula annexed by Russia in 2014 where the Black Sea Fleet is headquartered.
The Ukrainian military said Russia “invented” the claims that it was behind Sunday’s navy headquarters attack, adding that its only targets were military areas. “We do not strike the territory of the Russian Federation,” Ukrainian military said on Facebook. “Crimea is Ukraine.”
