We can’t wait for the CENSUS decision to come down on the heads of these liberal clowns. Who would ever believe that the framers of the Constitution in their right mind would count illegal aliens during a census. When you accuse the President of not being above the law and then threaten him with prison we take notice. But the Madam does count the 15,000,000 plus illegal aliens as “above the law.” They are good people fleeing countries without laws. One only has to tap into social media to read the Californication – Defication that goes on openly in the streets of San Franshitsco, Pelosi’s district. Oh, so they aren’t above the law?

A group of Iranian Muslims living in Canada took to the streets of Toronto to call for the destruction of the North American democracy, as well as the destruction of Israel.

President Trump has appointed HARDLINER Ken Cuccinelli to the post of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Cuccinelli is no patsy here, he was the previous Attorney General of Virginia. A no holds bard conservative, you can expect him to lay down the law. Expect those who sponsored immigrants who are on the public dole to start shaking in their boots. In fact Cuccinelli is about to get tough by enforcing existing regulations and implement new ones that will track those newcomers who are not eligible but apply for government services.

At least that is what they are doing in Stockton California on a trial basis. But that is not all, the government wants to provide free health insurance for illegals. House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings’ wife reportedly paid her for-profit organization with money from her separate charity as part of a cost-sharing arrangement — a revelation that is adding to mounting ethical questions surrounding her financial dealings.
The Daily Caller obtained documents showing that Maya Rockeymoore Cummings’ charity, the Center for Global Policy Solutions (CGPS), paid over $250,000 between 2013 and 2015 to her similarly named for-profit organization, Global Policy Solutions LLC (GPS).
The documents outline a cost-sharing agreement by which the center shares “equipment, facilities, personnel costs and sundry other services.” But the center also pays GPS 5 percent of the center’s expenses for “managing its programs and operations.”
The Caller calculated those management fees to be over $250,000.
Rockeymoore Cummings also sits as chair of the Maryland Democratic Party, while Rep. Cummings, D-Md., is currently heading up a number of probes into President Trump’s conduct — including Trump’s tax returns. Cummings’ office did not respond to a request for comment from Fox News.
The conservative watchdog National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) said that the latest report points to “self-dealing.”
“It’s taking the charity’s resources and turning them into personal profits,” NLPC investigator Tom Anderson told the Caller. “IRS law doesn’t allow a charity for this purpose. This isn’t for the public interest, this is for her personal interest. You can’t do that.”
Other nonprofit experts warned that the 5 percent fee was a red flag, particularly considering Rep. Cummings’ regulatory authority over business interests that fund the CGPS.
“That connection could be made,” Charity Watch President Daniel Borochoff told the Caller. “All the more reason to get rid of that 5 percent arrangement.”

This isn’t the first set of questions to be raised about the relationship between Cummings’ organizations. The NPLC alleged in a filing to the IRS last month that GPS and CGPS overlapped to derive “illegal private benefit.”
According to The Washington Examiner, which first reported on that complaint, the nonprofit CGPS received over $6.2 million in grants between 2013 and 2016. The report claims the nonprofit’s financial backers included Google, J.P. Morgan and Prudential – all of which had business interests before the House Oversight Committee, chaired by Cummings – and could pose a conflict of interest.
In a statement to Fox News in response to that complaint, Cummings’ blasted it as “baseless” and partisan.
“These baseless claims come from a group funded by right-wing mega-donors known for their political hit jobs,” Cummings said. “I am confident that they will be exposed for what they really are — a fabricated distraction from the important work being done on behalf of Americans, such as lowering the skyrocketing prices of prescription drugs.”
Rockeymoore Cummings, in a statement to The Washington Post last month, blasted both the Examiner report and the complaint as a “hit piece.”
“It appears a conservative front group and a news outlet . . . are pushing a hit piece filled with faulty research, lies and innuendo in an attempt to tarnish my personal reputation, professional work and public service as well as that of my spouse,” Rockeymoore Cummings said in a statement to the Post, calling the effort a “distasteful attempt to intimidate my family into silence at such a pivotal moment in our nation’s history.”

(Gateway Pundit) – Last week it was first reported by the Washington Examiner that a charity run by Maya Rockeymoore, the wife of Rep. Elijah Cummings, received millions from special interest groups and corporations that had business before her husband’s committee.
Democrat Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee was in very poor financial condition and heavily in debt due to unpaid child support to three women he had children with — until the last 10 years or so after he married his young, politically connected wife, Maya Rockeymoore.
Cummings blasted a complaint to the IRS against his wife as “baseless,” and partisan in a statement to Fox News.

Rockeymoore runs two entities, a nonprofit group called the Center for Global Policy Solutions and a for-profit consulting firm called Global Policy Solutions, LLC, whose operations appear to have overlapped, according to the IRS complaint filed by watchdog group the National Legal and Policy Center on Monday. The complaint states that the arrangement may have been used to derive “illegal private benefit.”
Global Policy Solutions received more than $6.2 million in grants between 2013 and 2016, according to tax records. Several of the nonprofit group’s financial backers — which included Google, J.P Morgan and Prudential — have business interests before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Cummings has served as Democratic chairman of the committee since January and previously served as ranking member.

Meanwhile, Congressman Cummings’ committee has launched multiple baseless investigations into President Trump’s finances and security clearance process.
Maryland Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings’ wife is breaking the law by not revealing financial disclosures about her nonprofit, an uninvolved legal expert told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Maya Rockeymoore Cummings runs a nonprofit called the Center for Global Policy Solutions that is closely intertwined with a for-profit consulting firm, Global Policy Solutions LLC. The nonprofit has received millions of dollars from groups with interests before the congressman’s committee, potentially buying them favorable treatment, according to a complaint filed with the IRS by the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC).
At least three different groups have requested the forms, and to each, Rockeymoore Cummings has refused, even when told that the law requires it. She refused on the phone to NLPC, and did not answer formal requests to view the forms from the Washington Examiner and TheDCNF.
“Wow. That’s illegal,” Sally Wagenmaker, a Chicago attorney who specializes in nonprofit tax law, told TheDCNF. “It’s interesting and sad. You have the right to get them. The organization absolutely is required to provide the information, so to not do so would appear to be flaunting the law.”
Fox News host Steve Hilton labeled Sadiq Khan a “ridiculous character” Tuesday in response to the London mayor’s war of words with President Trump.
The president doubled down on his criticisms of Khan during a press conference in London alongside outgoing British Prime Minister Theresa May.
“He’s done a poor job, crime is up, a lot of problems,” Trump reasserted on Tuesday.
The two politicians have traded jabs over Twitter throughout the duration of Trump’s U.K. visit, with Trump labeling the mayor as a “stone cold loser” as he arrived in London. Khan responded by telling BBC that the president’s insults reminded him of “the sort of thing an 11-year-old would do.”
London Mayor and Labour Party member, Sadiq Khan, took to Twitter to pronounce Trump a “global threat” and share a typical overly dramatic, bleeding heart liberal video message for the President himself. The video, done in partnership with Elle, is of course riddled with lies and hypocrisy.
The Mayor pushes the expected leftist talking points about Trump’s character that is ironically only projected onto the President by the left versus being an actual matter of truth. The Mayor goes on to suggest that Trump preys on the “vulnerable” and the “marginalized,” like maybe unborn babies? Nope. He later goes on to say that Trump is “rolling back” the progress made in women’s reproductive rights by having an anti-abortion stance. Clearly Mayor Kahn does not consider unborn babies to be vulnerable or marginalized.
The hypocrisy is blinding.
In true form, Trump struck back calling Kahn a “stone cold loser” and “dumb and incompetent.” Always one for calling it as he sees it, Trump lets the Mayor have a taste of his own medicine.
Leftists have just no idea how entertaining their hysterics are to the rest of the sane world. The antics continued at Vauxall Bridge where activists threw “anti-Trump” banners over the sides of the bridge encouraging people to “resist.”
Our hearts go out to the loved ones of those who were brutally murdered by a deranged killer. This psycho had issues of one kind or another, most likely an unknown grievance that precipitated this brutal assault. We sincerely hope the cause of this mass killing is found. By doing so we may be able to prevent further catastrophes.
MALKIN: Revoke Ilhan Omar’s Marriage Fraud Immunity Card
Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., repeatedly violated state rules when she used campaign funds to pay for personal out-of-state travel as well as help on her tax returns and must reimburse her former campaign committee nearly $3,500, Minnesota campaign finance officials ruled Thursday.
The Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board said the first-term congresswoman also must pay the state a $500 civil penalty for using campaign money to travel to Florida, where she accepted an honorarium.
“Rep. Omar must personally reimburse the Omar committee $3,469.23,” the report concludes. “This reimbursement payment is the total amount of campaign funds that were used for purposes not permitted by statute in 2016 and 2017. Rep. Omar must provide documentation within 30 days from the date of this order showing the deposit of the reimbursement into the Omar committee’s account.”
Additionally, conservative commentators pointed out that the Board’s reportrevealed Omar and her current husband, Ahmed Hirsi, filed joint tax returns in 2014 and 2015, when Omar was reportedly married to another man. Omar engaged in a civil marriage with Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in 2009, and the couple separated in 2011 without formally petitioning for divorce until 2017.
Prior to her marriage with Elmi, Omar had reportedly wed Hirsi in the Muslim “faith tradition,” but the couple separated shortly afterwards. Omar did not officially marry Hirsi until 2018, after reconciling with him and splitting with Elmi.
Tax experts say the IRS only permits joint filings if a couple is in a state that legally recognizes the couple as married.
“A sitting congresswoman may have filed EIGHT YEARS of fraudulent, felonious, tax returns,” added writer David Steinberg, who authored a Twitter thread flagging the issue.
‘The crisis committee had Frederick & Rosen prepare releases for Rep. Omar and Mr. Hirsi to sign in order for Frederick & Rosen to obtain Rep. Omar’s and Mr. Hirsi’s filed joint tax returns for 2014 and 2015,” the report notes. “Frederick & Rosen then reviewed the documents obtained from the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the Omar committee. However, there is no substantive evidence in the record to show that the services benefitted the Omar committee, and the Omar committee has failed to prove, by a preponderance of the evidence, that the services from Frederick & Rosen were a permitted noncampaign disbursement under Minnesota Statutes section 211B.12. Rep. Omar must reimburse the committee the $1,500 that was paid to the Kjellberg Law Firm for the services from Frederick & Rosen, Ltd.”
That reference to Omar and Hirsi’s joint filing, however, was not investigated or addressed further in the report.
In Bridgeport, Connecticut, three men pleaded guilty to participating in fraudulent marriages with noncitizens and sponsoring them for green cards under false pretenses.
At Fort Bragg in North Carolina last month, two soldiers and two African immigrants were indicted by a grand jury related to a scheme involving an entire ring of service members who attempted to match female soldiers with foreigners from Ghana and Nigeria. They each face between 15-35 years in federal prison and $250,000 in fines each.

Investigations dating back to 2016 by blogger Scott Johnson of Power Line (which recently celebrated 15 years in the blogosphere), David North of the Center for Immigration Studies, Alpha News reporter Preya Samsundar and PJMedia.com reporter David Steinberg have determined that the outspoken Somalian Muslim refugee likely married her own brother named Ahmed Elmi in 2009 for some unknown ill-gotten gain while still informally married to the man she calls her husband and father of her three children, Ahmed Hirsi. After a Somalian website floated questions about the marriage arrangement with Elmi and Johnson’s initial reporting broke into the local news, Omar sought to divorce Elmi. Her use of $6,000 in state campaign funds, some of which went to pay a personal divorce lawyer, is currently under state investigation.
Social media posts, photographic evidence and publicly available biographical data strongly suggest that Elmi (now living in London) and Omar are siblings with the same father. Many of the pair’s Instagram and Facebook comments to each other have been deleted. Omar’s staff and lawyer have rebuked questions about the arrangement as “categorically ridiculous and false” and suggested that truth-seekers in the matter are “people who do not want an East African, Muslim woman elected to office.” For good measure, Omar has decried “Trump-style misogyny, racism, anti-immigration rhetoric and Islamophobic division.”
Hey, I’m not the one who bragged last week that Omar, a naturalized American citizen, brought “the perspective of a foreigner” to her role on the House Foreign Affairs Committee. That was Rep. Omar. Perhaps she’ll share her “foreign perspective” on how any other sane nation would handle an elected official who won’t answer questions about possible felony immigration fraud while sitting on a sensitive legislative panel. I’m all ears.
