Firebrand Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is gloating about cuts she could help enable as part of Elon Musk’s government efficiency drive.
MTG told Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures what she has in store for her new subcommittee covering the work of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The subcommittee will operate under the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, headed by Rep James Comer of Kentucky, and will work alongside DOGE, led by Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, ostensibly to recommend major cuts government spending when Donald Trump becomes president.
Greene promised a “deep dive” into every government department and program, with one recommendation being to have leaders of so-called “sanctuary cities”, whose policies protect immigrants, explain why they deserve federal funding.
“I’d like to talk to the governors of sanctuary states and the mayors of sanctuary cities and have them come before our committee and explain why they deserve federal dollars if they’re going to harbor illegal criminal aliens in their states and their cities,” she said.
Asked by Bartiromo whether such cities and states would lose federal funding, she reiterated: “If they use their police officers and resources to harbor and protect illegal criminal aliens, then absolutely.”
Greene specifically mentioned the death of Laken Riley, the 22-year-old nursing student murdered while jogging on the University of Georgia campus in Athens in February.
Her murderer was convicted and sentenced to life in prison this week. Jose Ibarra, a Venezuelan immigrant who was in the country illegally, was allowed to leave New York City in September 2023 and traveled to Georgia.
BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS

However, “The Don” was given an overwhelming mandate by the American people to impliment the agenda he ran on. Perhaps, those who have Blue Blood in their veins are not related to Laken Riley, a medical student from Georgia, whose life was cut short by an illegal murderer. We say to them, that one single ionnocent American Life resulted in blood on your hands, because you condoned Open Borders.

Of all the issues that affected the presidential race, the one that was most important on peoples minds was the murder by an illegal immigrant of Laken Riley.

The undocumented migrant accused of killing Georgia nursing student Laken Riley — a slaying that ignited fresh debate over the border crisis — waived his right to a trial by jury Tuesday and agreed to a bench trial, in which a judge will decide his guilt or innocence.
With the prosecution in agreement, Superior Court Judge H. Patrick Haggard approved 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra’s waiver. Through his translator, Ibarra told the judge he understands he can’t reverse his decision.
Riley, a 22-year-old Augusta University College of Nursing student, was killed February 22 while out for a run on the University of Georgia’s campus. Ibarra is an undocumented migrant from Venezuela whose case renewed fierce debate among politicians over who’s to blame for the border crisis.
In this case the judge should have no mercy, but to sentence the murderer to death. The animal doesn’t deserve to live.

The illegal criminals who broke into our country are now beginning to realize the penalty for breaking and entering. The ‘send back’ must beging immediately. The longer they are allowed to stay, the more ANCHOR BABIES they will have. We can’t allow this to happen. Just the other day we heard from a Pro Criminal Proponent that these illegals contribute to the economy. We would like for him to produce statistics confirming his claim.
But we can obliterate his claim. First of all his free hospitalization, then comes bilingual teachers, next up is the annual cost of education – say $25k per year times 12 = $300k, We don’t stop there, Federal taxes paid are in the majority of cases near zero due to the number of dependent exemptions (kids), last but not least is how they contribute to the economy – they don’t, the only effect will be in their own community.
However, the crimes committed are beyond the pale. Like the days when the Mob held sway, The Latino Gangs are into the protection racket, vending drugs, kidnapping and murder.
The cost to society can’t be tallied due to the various unknowns. A wild guess would be more than a trillion per year.

Pennsylvania Democrats openly admit to counting illegal ballots in McCormick-Casey raceAs the contested Pennsylvania Senate race barrels towards a $1 million recount, Democratic officials in a few blue counties are openly admitting to counting disqualified ballots in defiance of state law and court orders.
The Associated Press has called the race for Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick, who currently holds a 26,000 vote lead over incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey. But Casey has refused to concede and insisted that every vote be counted. The close margin – within one percentage point – triggered an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law.
Yet the critical question is which votes should be counted? The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled before the election that mail ballots lacking formally required signatures or dates should not be included in official results. However, Democratic officials in Philadelphia and surrounding Bucks, Centre and Montgomery counties are ignoring that court order.
Democrats have proved once again that cheating to win is a worthy endeavor. As we know, Joe Biden got 81 million votes in 2020. Harris got 74 million votes, 7 million less than Biden.
Just saying, how did Biden get 81 million votes and Trump only 76 million? We think there was major fraud in 2020, but, because of the Democrat strongholds and their obfuscation, we will never know how they pulled this off.

Marn’i Washington told Fox News that avoiding homes with Trump signs is a part of a wider company policy to protect safety of FEMA workersThe Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) supervisor who was fired by FEMA claims that FEMA is scapegoating her. Marn’i Washington was fired for instructing the agency’s relief workers to avoid reaching out to homeowners in Florida who had Trump signs displayed outside their homes.
Washington told “Fox News @ Night” on Wednesday that the agency is throwing her under the bus for avoiding Trump supporters, which she alleges is a policy that came from her higher-ups.
“Why is this coming down on me? I am the person that jotted down the notes from my superiors and my notation in [Microsoft] Teams chat was exposed from their search capacity team,” Washington said.Washington was fired by FEMA after outrage erupted that she had instructed disaster relief workers canvassing in Lake Placid, Florida, after Hurricane Milton to “avoid homes advertising Trump.”
The Daily Wire first reported the story based on internal messages it obtained from Washington sent to her subordinates. The outlet stated that government employees told the outlet that at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags were bypassed from the end of October and into November due to the “best practices” guidance from the official.
FEMA’s administrator on employee misconduct, Deanne Criswell, confirmed to Fox News Digital over the weekend that the supervisor was fired and that her actions were “reprehensible.”
Another FEMA spokesperson told Fox that Washington’s actions were an “isolated incident.”
However, Washington insisted that’s not true. In response to Fox News host Trace Gallagher asking, “So you’re telling me these orders came from somebody above?,” she said, “Correct.”
The former FEMA employee alleged that the Florida team had already been avoiding Trump voters’ homes prior to her work there. “This was the culture. They were already avoiding these homes based on community trends from hostile political encounters. It has nothing to do with the campaign sign. It just so happened to be part of the community trend,” Washington explained.
