Tania Fernandes Anderson Boston City Council

Tania Fernandes Anderson is accused of invoking a fire and brimstone approach to handling critics and threatening to blow “smoke” at colleagues on the Boston City council. (Fox News Digital)

Since being elected, she stated her goal was to create a “revolution” for “equity.”

“It will be about equity and I hope we don’t have too many disagreements in there,” she said in an interview in December 2021. “I think that systemic racism is long overdue for us to overthrow it in order for us to create a revolution that brings about change.”

Since then, Fernandes Anderson has become known for her public outbursts featuring “swearing, yelling and screaming” at public city council meetings, according to the source.

“The last thing someone wants is to be labeled as a racist in this city,” the source said.

Fernandes Anderson refers to her own tirades as giving “smoke.”

LIBERAL SCUM JUDGE CUTS LOOSE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT COP KILLER – READ BELOW ON BIDEN APPOINTING MORE LIBERAL JUDGES – THIS HAS GOT TO STOP – VOTE TRUMP

An illegal immigrant accused of killing a Washington state trooper in a crash earlier this year had his bail dropped from $1 million to $100,000 by a state judge last week.

Raul Benitez Santana, 32, is currently being held at the Snohomish County Jail on charges of vehicular assault and vehicular homicide involving alcohol or drugs in connection to the death of 27-year-old Washington State Patrol Trooper Christopher M. Gadd in March.

Santana was initially held on $1 million bail, but online jail records on Wednesday show his bail was reduced to $100,000.

President Biden hit a milestone on Wednesday, officially appointing 200 judges to the federal bench and cementing what will be a long-lasting effect on the country’s judiciary, according to experts and lawmakers.

Biden is currently outpacing former President Trump, who made significant traction in judicial appointments. Trump was able to get nearly as many federal appellate judges confirmed as former President Obama before him, who notably had double the time.

“Judges matter. These men and women have the power to uphold basic rights or to roll them back,” Biden said in a statement recognizing his 200 appointments.

IRANIAN SPIES ON THE TERRORIST LIST WELCOMED BY OBAMA

Iranian spies

Clearly, the intent of this provision was to take a strong stand against Iran. Unclassified and legally protected whistleblower disclosures provided to our offices show that while the
Obama/Biden administration publicly committed to “prevent[ing] Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons by raising the cost of Iran’s defiance of the international community,”6 then-Secretary
of State John Kerry actively interfered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) executing arrest warrants on individuals in the U.S. illegally supporting Iranian efforts, including financial
efforts, to develop weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and its ballistic missile program. The records show that Justice Department and FBI leadership, to include then-Attorney General
Lynch and then-FBI Director Comey, failed to take the necessary steps to stop Kerry’s obstructive efforts against law enforcement.
For example, unclassified FBI email records from August 25, 2017, detailed at least eight instances connected to the Iran deal where the “FBI/DOJ/USG could have moved forward with the cases but the State Department chose to block them.”7 According to the records, in six of these instances, the FBI lost the opportunity to arrest the main subject.8 The email says that one of the lost main subjects was noted to be “on the Terrorism Watch List” and another “returned to iran.”9 The email further says that in another instance the State Department “blocked [FBI’s] plan to arrest while the subject was mid-flight and the subject was forced to leave the US
immediately upon arrival.”10 The email also provides that at least two targets were arrested were arrested only after “State lifted their block…since the new [Trump] Administration took office.”1

AN ANALYSIS OF THE TRUMP HANGING BY ALAN DERSHOWITZ

https://www.foxnews.com/media/alan-dershowitz-rips-tyrant-judge-outrageous-rulings-trump-trial-never-seen-spectacle

  Updated

Legal expert Alan Dershowitz called out Judge Juan Merchan for his “outrageous” rulings in the New York criminal trial against former President Trump, arguing the case should be broadcast on television so that Americans can see the “spectacle.”

On “The Brian Kilmeade Show,” Tuesday, Dershowitz called Merchan a “tyrant” after he threatened to strike the testimony of Bob Costello, the defense’s main witness, an act that Dershowitz argued would have violated the Sixth Amendment.

NY V. TRUMP: DEFENSE RESTS WITHOUT CALLING FORMER PRESIDENT TO TESTIFY; MOTION TO DISMISS PENDING

ALAN DERSHOWITZ: I’ve been in courthouses in every part of the world and in China, in Russia, in Ukraine, in Israel. I’ve been all over. I’ve never seen a spectacle like this. And that’s why it should have been on television, so the American public could see how outrageous this judge is. And CNN just does his bidding. CNN lies, lies through their teeth about what happened in court yesterday between Judge Merchan and Bob Costello. Bob Costello testifies, Merchan rules against him at every point, keeps out his testimony, makes outrageous rulings that any first-year student taking evidence would know was wrong.

Alan Dershowitz Judge Juan Merchan split

Legal expert Alan Dershowitz criticized Judge Merchan for his “outrageous” rulings in the NY v Trump trial.

And Bob Costello does what I did: He rolled his eyes. And I rolled my eyes, I said, I couldn’t believe the judge was making these rulings. And the judge, thinking he’s a tyrant, clears the courtroom, throws out everybody from the media. For some reason, they allowed me to stay, and I watched as the judge berated him. And the judge said something I have never seen in a courtroom in my history, 60 years. He threatened to strike the testimony of the main witness for the defendant because of punishment of the witness for staring at the judge. Can you imagine the violation of the Sixth Amendment? The Sixth Amendment allows any defendant to confront witnesses and to present evidence in his defense. Can you imagine if this judge had actually struck the testimony of Bob Costello? It would result in an automatic mistrial, new trial, and a verdict against the prosecution. The judge was bluffing. He ought to be disciplined for making that threat because the threat was an idle threat. He obviously didn’t act on it. …

You can’t throw out a witness’s testimony and punish the defendant that way. It’s just an outrageous threat. And we didn’t see it because television is not allowed in the courtroom. … They just won’t allow the American public to watch this trial, and I don’t blame them. If I were the judge, I would never want this trial to be on television because he’s behaved so outrageously.

Defense attorneys in New York v. Trump rested their case Tuesday morning without calling former President Trump to the stand to testify.

The prosecution rested its case Monday, and Trump defense attorneys called two witnesses — paralegal Daniel Sitko and a former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, Robert Costello — before resting its case.

Judge Juan Merchan dismissed the jury until after Memorial Day.

The next day, Tuesday, May 28, the jury will hear closing arguments from Trump defense attorneys and New York prosecutors.

CHINESE CROSSING THE BORDER WITH ABANDON

The China Syndrome is for real; Chinese are working their way up from Central America, then through Mexico. Once there, they are brought to our border by Coyotes,

where they slip into the United States.

This past year, by last count, 30,000 Chinese criminals entered. There is an onslaught of Chinese coming in because the economy in China is in a tailspin. Entrepreneurs who own small businesses have never recovered from the Covid-19 economic implosion. These Chinese fear for the future, especially those with children. They don’t see a way forward when jobs are scare and college is out of the question. Therefore, they are looking for more opportunity here.

WE FIGHT BACK SAYS STEFANIK

House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik filed an ethics complaint against Judge Juan Merchan for an alleged conflict of interest pertaining to his daughter’s role at a firm known for representing Democratic politicians.

Merchan, an acting Supreme Court justice in New York, is presiding over the unprecedented criminal trial against former President Trump stemming from charges brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Stefanik, R-N.Y., filed the complaint with the New York State Commission on Judiciary Conduct, warning that Trump, who pleaded not guilty to all 34 counts of falsifying business records, faces “a maximum of 136 years’ imprisonment” if convicted, and said not only are his “interests at stake,” but “the interests of all Americans are at stake.” Merchan and Trump side-by-side

She pointed to Merchan’s daughter, who serves as the president of Authentic Campaigns — a group that represents Democrat politicians and political action committees.

Stefanik highlighted how her clients, like Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., have fundraised off of Trump’s indictment and criminal trial. Trump himself has requested Merchan recuse himself from the trial due to his daughter’s work. Merchan said there was no reason for him to do so.

Stefanik added that she learned that the New York State Commission on Judiciary Conduct “privately cautioned him in July over his illegal political donations to Biden and Democrats in 2020.”

“This private caution has not deterred Judge Merchan’s judicial misconduct, as evidenced by this current complaint,” she wrote. “Judge Merchan appears driven by Democrat partisanship and financial gain for his daughter.”

Stefanik said it is “imperative that New Yorkers and all Americans have confidence that justice is being dispensed fairly in New York.”

This is especially true in politically sensitive cases where bias is most likely to rear its ugly head. Here, we are in the middle of a presidential election campaign. The circumstances are unprecedented: President Trump, a former president and the likely nominee of a major party for the presidency, is on trial,” Stefanik wrote. “These proceedings are under a microscope.”

On Tuesday, defense attorneys for Trump rested their case without calling former President Trump to the stand to testify. They called two witnesses — paralegal Daniel Sitko and a former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, Robert Costello — before resting their case. Prosecutors rested their case on Monday.

“GOD WILLING” IRAN’S WHIRLY BIRD DIVES – THE BUTCHER OF IRAN MURDERED

The online version states that Mossad’s Double Agent, Eli Copter, was the pilot; just before the crash he bailed, similar to Michael Guzman in the Bre-x scandal, way back in 1997. We will never know what took place in the cockpit, but all kidding aside this looks like flight MH370, with a disgruntled man of Islam at the controls – muttering over the speaker that Allah is great – before sending the plane full of passengers into a death dive, killing all on board. EXCLUSIVE: Iranian Dissidents Blast U.N. Welcome of ‘Butcher of Tehran’

But the real story here has not been told, most likely it never will. Islamic regimes are not apt at telling the truth. From our perspective it seems odd that three helicopters flying in formation, all in visual contact with each other, maintained to the highest degree, finds one with engine trouble. Sounds suspicious to us. The official version trots out that a weather event was responsible; yet again we pose that they were all flying in formation. Why is it that the two had no problem, but the one with the president, instruments of the highest caliber flew into a mountain. Was this a Mossad Thriller?

Perhaps Iran should have spent the money on helicopter maintenance rather than on missiles fire at Israel. What goes around, comes around. No pun intended.

We would be remiss if we didn’t mention the Biden administration sent condolences to the supreme leader. We remind our readers, that these are the same guys who have kidnapped our people on October 7, the same guys who killed our troops in Iraq, the same guys who sucked $6 billion from the Biden administration. The same guys who are funding the Houthis, the same guys who fund Hamas, the same guys who are in bed with Hezbollah and the same guys who sent Israel a present consisting of 300 missiles. And Biden sends well wishes. WTF.

BeyondWords

First the good newsThe Commission on Presidential Debates is dead, dead, dead. It ran a game rigged for Democrats for many cycles and deserved to die long ago. It is done for now. Good.

More good news: President Joe Biden issued a two-debate challenge Wednesday to former President Donald Trump which Trump instantly accepted via Truth Social. The former president immediately elaborated on his acceptance in a previously scheduled interview with me Wednesday morning. (The complete audio and transcript of the wide-ranging conversation is here.)

On the first subject of accepting the Biden invitation, the key exchange with me is:

HH: Okay.

DJT: And a stand-up podium is important. If he wants to sit down, you know, he wants to do things like he wants to sit down, I think a debate should be standing up. Don’t you agree with that?

HH: Well, I’ve done them both ways. The best debate in modern history was Lieberman and Cheney when they were sitting down, but that was a good moderator, and it went a long time, and I don’t think you’re going to find a good moderator very easily. I really don’t. I think you should have a liberal…

HH: Yes, I did. Yes, I did, and I…I don’t want Chris Wallace. I don’t want Candy Crowley. I want someone who’s fair, Mr. President. I just don’t want…

DJT: Yeah, that’s an interesting, that’s an interesting question. And the answer is yes, I think it’s a great idea. Nobody’s suggested that but you. See, you’re a step above. Nobody has suggested that but you. It’s a very good idea. I will be putting out a Supreme Court list.

HH: Oh, good.

DJT: That’s a very interesting idea. Yeah.

HH: Well, if you just listed a half dozen people, and I know Grenell, and I know O’Brien. These are my friends. And I know Waltz is on your list. And I’ve seen the vice president list. By the way, does Doug Burgum have this locked up?

DJT: No, but he’s very good. I’ll tell you, he’s really good. He’s an expert. You know, he made his money, made a lot of money in technology, and yet he’s, to me, I think he’s more of an expert on energy. He’s an very talented guy. He has a great wife and family.

Read or listen to the whole thing. Trump is energized and raring to go. Of course, President Biden is physically infirm and the video of his “debate challenge” had eight “jump cuts” as Fox News media analyst Joe Concha noted. How many “takes” did that require one wonders?

Team Biden stipulated that only certain networks could host the debates and that there be no audience. This telegraphs Biden’s frailty and uncertainty. CNN got in the first bid and so it will be put on in June in the CNN Atlanta studios. This guarantees a better bottom line for the network with much lower production costs, but how will their production values and biases be displayed?

Most Republicans believe CNN’s anchors and production staff are left-of-center or way-left-of-center, but I’ve worked with the CNN talent and production teams extensively in 2016 and again in 2023, and they have it within them to do a balanced debate if they let some air in the usually closed rooms. Dana Bash and Jake Tapper are professionals — I moderated four GOP debates with CNN in 2015-16, all with Dana and two with Jake — but there needs to be balance in the debate prep rooms and on stage and I don’t think there is even one pro-Life, pro-originalist person within the organization. There are many, many liberals. It will be very hard for CNN not to reflexively end up favoring Biden, and in a significant way, but especially in the question set.

Would you consider putting out a list of your national security team possibles – I mean, people like Ric Grenell and Robert O’Brien and Mike Pompeo and John Ratcliffe? I mean, they’re all going to be there somewhere. You don’t have to name where they’re going – Tom Cotton, Michael Waltz…

Trump’s counter for two more debates should be immediately accepted by Biden just as Trump accepted Biden’s challenge. Not to do so will show more weakness from Biden beyond the stringent conditions Team Biden laid out.

I also noted to Trump that because of the Alvin Bragg prosecution and a wildly partisan judge, Trump “can’t go out four days a week” to campaign.

He responded:

HH: No. (laughing) He doesn’t do any interviews.

DJT: You think he’d, can you imagine him doing an interview like this?

HH: You think Joe Biden could…no.

DJT: Can you imagine him doing an interview with you like this?

Trump and I spoke for 35 minutes about breaking news — the April inflation number was released just before he came on as well as the debate challenge — and he had no idea where I was going except that I would be bringing up Israel’s war in Gaza as I had in our last interview. All told, I asked him more than 30 questions or made statements eliciting a response in just over a half hour. It was fast-paced. He wasn’t fazed by anything. Can you imagine Joe Biden doing anything remotely like that?

Notice the ease with which President Trump changes direction, answers questions, makes his points and is ready to move on. Save for the interview with Howard Stern, President Biden hasn’t done a 35-minute interview with anyone in at least a year. He declined the softball Super Bowl interview. I believe his CNN interview was 14 minutes. His Yahoo interview Tuesday was much shorter. His speeches are a mess. The Teleprompter is Biden’s mortal enemy. He’s fixed a lie in his head — that inflation was 9% when he was sworn in, when it really was 1.4% — and repeats it endlessly. Every appearance brings a new faceplant.

Biden should agree to all four debates and would if he had a prayer of getting through them. And he should not tremble at the fear of them. If he does, what do you think Xi, Putin and Khamenei think of Biden!

Team Biden doesn’t want fair and balanced; it wants a big home field advantage and Biden’s campaign team is counting on CNN and another big broadcast network to shape the questions to fit the left’s narrative and not tax the president with hard questions.

WHITE WOMEN CAN’T JUMP – CAITLAN CLARK PROVES OTHERWISE

The back drop to the movie, “White Men Can’t Jump”

Billy Hoyle is a former college basketball player who makes his living by hustling streetballers who assume he cannot play well because he is white.

BY now everyone knows who Caitlin Clark is. Could Caitlin Clark Be Iowa's Top 'NIL' Athlete? For the uninitiated she is the all time scorer in college basketball. Her time playing for Iowa Hawkeyes is legend. She was the number one draft pick going to the Indiana Fever. Indiana_Fever_logo.svgShe filled stadiums like President Trump, people came to see her, she elevated the women’s game. The problem was her race, she was White. That was controversial to some, particularly a Black player.

Clark remarked concerning the trash talk from a Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson, who recently told The Associated Press that she believes there is a race element tied into Clark’s popularity

“I think it’s a huge thing. I think a lot of people may say it’s not about Black and White, but to me, it is,” Wilson told the AP over the weekend.

The way we see it through our unbiased lens is what Americans as a whole sees it.  Mostly Whites attend basketball games, whites are in the majority, Blacks 13%.  If Whites choose to show their enthusiasm for one of their own, this is a great. Our Woman can play basketball too.

GO CAITLAN! GO FEVER! YOUR HOT!
