Turning Point USA, the organization Kirk founded in 2012, released guidelines Saturday night for those attending the service, including a patriotic dress code and a strict no-bag policy.
The memorial, titled, “Building a Legacy: Remembering Charlie Kirk,” will begin at 11a.m. local time (2p.m. ET) and is “first come, first served based on stadium capacity,” according to the event website.

2 people arrested as hundreds gather for Charlie Kirk vigil in Boston
Two people were arrested on Thursday at a vigil in Boston for slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk, as hundreds honored the Turning Point USA co-founder and advocated against political violence.
Joseph Antuan Castro Del Rio, 38, was arrested on disorderly conduct charges, according to WCVB. A juvenile male was also arrested on assault and battery charges, as well as a charge for possession of a dangerous weapon, as police said he had a knife at the time of the arrest.
A group of protesters was separated from the crowd of Kirk supporters by metal barriers, leading to some shouting, the outlet reported. The event was guarded by police who were stationed on the ground and on top of the statehouse.
Several attendees of the vigil condemned political violence in the wake of Kirk’s murder last week in Utah.
“Political violence is never okay. You can agree to disagree. Ending someone’s life is never okay,” Samantha DiGiacomo said at the event, according to WCVB.

Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., called out Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., on Thursday after she referred to Republicans as fascists eight days after Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
“I think it’s really important we need to stand up against this fascist takeover, that’s not a bad word, it’s a fact, and here in DC and across the country, it is so incredibly important, Mr. Chair, that this committee does not allow rhetoric that defames or paints Washington D.C. in a way that you all haven’t really truly seen,” Tlaib said, continuing to speak after her time expired.
Donalds asked if she would yield to a question during her remarks, to which she responded no and said she didn’t have time. The exchange ultimately got very heated, with some of Tlaib’s remarks becoming inaudible as she began yelling over Donalds.
“Chairman, I think it’s insane that the gentlelady doesn’t have an argument but she’s going to refer to me and some of my colleagues like we are from the Third Reich. It’s insane,” Donalds said, in part.
“I think it’s radical and I think it’s insane,” he continued. “To say something like that to myself and to my colleagues is way out of line. It’s way out of line.”

“Congratulations to my friend [Weingarten] on ‘Why Fascists Fear Teachers.’ From banning books to controlling curriculum, authoritarians go after public education because it’s a cornerstone of democracy,” Clinton posted on Wednesday, along with a picture of Weingarten holding the book.
“Randi’s new book is a critical read for this moment,” she wrote.

The virtual event is slated to kick off at 4 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday and is hosted by a group called Emerge, a liberal nonprofit that “recruits, trains, and provides a powerful network to Democratic women who want to run for office,” according to its website.
The event will focus on Weingarten’s new book, “Why Fascists Fear Teachers,” and will include Emerge President and CEO A’shanti F. Gholar.
Fox News Digital reached out to the American Federation of Teachers and Emerge inquiring if the event had been canceled in light of Kirk’s assassination or if Weingarten would address his death, but did not receive replies. Promotions for the event are still active on Emerge’s website.
Weingarten’s book, which hits bookshelves Tuesday, elaborates on her views battling what she says is fascist ideology and how it works to “undermine democracy, opportunity, and public education as we know it.”

Liberal media and politicians have been accused of staying silent on the savage murder of a young Ukrainian refugee on a North Carolina train — after a career criminal with no fewer than 14 arrests was charged with her murder.
Iryna Zarutska, 23, was stabbed to death on a light rail train in Charlotte, with horrifying surveillance footage showing the moment the unsuspecting young woman was brutally attacked.
Decarlos Brown Jr., 35, is allegedly shown pulling out a pocket knife and getting out of his seat behind Zarutska before the video cuts just as he prepares to plunge the blade into her, footage shared by police shows.

WASHINGTON — Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson was living with a transgender partner who was in the process of transitioning from male to female, a law enforcement source confirmed to The Post Saturday.
That individual, who has yet to be publicly identified by the authorities, is now fully cooperating with the FBI on its investigation into the fatal shooting of the conservative activist, the source added. The relationship was first reported by Fox News’ Brooke Singman.
According to public records, Lance Twiggs, 22, resided at the same address where Robinson lived. A relative of Twiggs confirmed to The Post Saturday that “yes, they were roommates.”
Earlier reports indicated that the bullets fired from the assassin had engravings on them. Fascists references were found on the casings plus what was alleged to be a transexual reference.

Authorities apprehended Tyler Robinson, age 22, in connection with the shooting after a 33-hour manhunt involving tips from Robinson’s family and subsequent coordination with law enforcement. The weapon recovered—a .30-06 caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle—was discovered wrapped in a towel in the wooded area near the campus and sent for FBI forensic analysis.
Governor Spencer Cox and the FBI confirmed during their official briefings that bullet casings at the scene showed engraved anti-fascist slogans, such as “Hey fascist! Catch!” accompanied by arrow symbols, and and phrases lifted from historical antifascist movements. The phrase “Bella Ciao,” an anthem of resistance from WWII Italy and a staple of contemporary antifascist rallies, was found inscribed on multiple occasions. “I will leave that up to you to interpret what those engravings mean,” Cox told reporters, adding that the “Hey fascist, catch!” inscription “speaks for itself.”
News of the inscriptions were first shared on X on Thursday morning by political commentator Steven Crowder, citing a preliminary bulletin attributed to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Fox News Digital reported that multiple sources confirmed the veracity of the bulletin, but stressed that the information was preliminary.

Other casings were marked with distinctly Gen Z online language: one casing read “Notices bulges OwO’s this?”—a phrase associated with the furry and gaming communities as well as meme subculture from 2018 onward. “OwO” is a popular emoticon denoting cuteness or surprise and is frequently deployed in digital roleplay spaces.
