The Civil War of 1865 was triggered by State’s Rights. Others have said the trigger was due to the recalcitrant attitude of the South which condoned slavery. And then there were many who based it on a combination of both. Whatever the cause we can see another civil war in its embryonic stage. A Biden win will trigger the greatest clash of ideologies this country has never seen. On one side are strict Constitutionalists, on the other there are vehement and repugnant anarchists. Those backing Biden are true socialists with a radical bent toward anarchy.
As seen below, the election map of 2016 manifested the country divide. Any outside observer will immediately see that the west and east coasts consist of progressive types who by their violent nature will go on a rage, like they did in 2016, when Trump wins again.
However, if Biden wins by capturing just Texas, you can see that a great divide will be punctuated by the ruthless element that put Biden/Harris in charge. Those 33 states that did not succumb to the Faustian bargain will not take orders from Washington. There is no way shape or form that these states will be dictated to by the other 17. And so what will we have? Civil War! Don’t count it out.

“Texas waited until now to seek an injunction to nullify Pennsylvania’s election results because all of the other political and litigation machinations of Petitioner’s preferred presidential candidate have failed,” the Pennsylvania brief, led by Attorney General Josh Shaprio, states.
“The Trump campaign began with a series of meritless litigations. When that failed, it turned to state legislatures to overturn the clear election results,” Pennsylvania continued. “Upon that failure, Texas now turns to this Court to overturn the election results of more than 10% of the country. … Texas literally seeks to decimate the electorate of the United States.”
In briefs submitted with the Supreme Court on Thursday, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin slammed the Texas lawsuit to prevent those four states from casting their electoral votes as a “meritless” effort to “decimate the electorate of the United States.”
The Texas suit gained the backing of 17 other states Wednesday when, led by Missouri, they filed a brief endorsing the Paxton’s case. Then on Thursday, Missouri and five other states filed another brief with the Supreme Court this time asking to be allowed to join Texas as litigants in the case.

The same day the $5 million was received, the report adds, Hudson West III began sending “frequent payments” to Owasco (the Hunter Biden firm), with the payments continuing for more than a year, through Sept. 25, 2018. “These payments, which were described as consulting fees,” the report adds, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year.”

The details come as Biden – the 50-year-old son of President-elect Joe Biden – on Wednesday acknowledged that he has been under a grand jury investigation through the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware since 2018 over his “tax affairs.”
Biden’s father was not a target of the investigation, a source told Fox News.
It was unclear whether any of the specific transactions detailed in the Senate panel’s report were among those being investigated by the U.S. attorney. But the transactions offer a glimpse into Hunter Biden’s alleged activities prior to the launch of the grand jury investigation in 2018.

Hunter Biden, the 49-year-old son of former Vice President Joe Biden, has been dodging discovery requests in connection with a paternity case in Arkansas, and is “the subject of more than one criminal investigation involving fraud, money laundering and a counterfeiting scheme,” a private investigation firm claimed this week in a bizarre court filing.
In addition, the Florida-based D&A Investigations told Fox News that its investigators have found that the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats’ impeachment effort against President Trump accompanied Joe Biden when he traveled to Ukraine in early 2016 and, by his own admission, pressured the country’s government to fire its top prosecutor by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid.
The whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Zaid, did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment on D&A’s claims, which Fox News has not independently verified. Zaid has previously acknowledged that the whistleblower had “contact” with presidential candidates of both parties, amid reports that he had a “professional working relationship” with one of the Democratic presidential contenders.

In response on Thursday, Trump tweeted a two-part defense in which he claimed that because he knows calls with foreign leaders are closely monitored, no one should be “dumb enough to believe that I would say something inappropriate with a foreign leader while on such a potentially ‘heavily populated’ call.”

AXIOS, NO FRIEND OF THE RIGHT, HAS RECENTLY INVESTIGATED AND REPORTED ON THE GOINGS ON OF ERIC SWALWELL WHO BLAMES THEM FOR TEAMING UP WITH TRUMP.
A suspected Chinese intelligence operative developed extensive ties with local and national politicians, including a U.S. congressman, in what U.S. officials believe was a political intelligence operation run by China’s main civilian spy agency between 2011 and 2015, Axios found in a yearlonginvestigation.
The woman at the center of the operation, a Chinese national named Fang Fang or Christine Fang, targeted up-and-coming local politicians in the Bay Area and across the country who had the potential to make it big on the national stage.
Among the most significant targets of Fang’s efforts was Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.).
- Fang took part in fundraising activity for Swalwell’s 2014 re-election campaign, according to a Bay Area political operative and a current U.S. intelligence official. Swalwell’s office was directly aware of these activities on its behalf, the political operative said. That same political operative, who witnessed Fang fundraising on Swalwell’s behalf, found no evidence of illegal contributions.
- Federal Election Commission records don’t indicate Fang herself made donations, which are prohibited from foreign nationals.
- Fang helped place at least one intern in Swalwell’s office, according to those same two people, and interacted with Swalwell at multiple events over the course of several years.
A statement from Swalwell’s office provided to Axios said: “Rep. Swalwell, long ago, provided information about this person — whom he met more than eight years ago, and whom he hasn’t seen in nearly six years — to the FBI. To protect information that might be classified, he will not participate in your story.”

POS JUDGE SULLIVAN – PLAYED JUDGE AND JURY – FOR THE DEEP STATE CRIMINALS
Judge Emmet Sullivan dismissed the criminal case against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn on Tuesday, putting an end to a case that took a number of turns after Flynn’s initial guilty plea three years ago.
President Trump’s decision to pardon Mr. Flynn is a political decision, not a legal one,” Sullivan said in his Tuesday order.
The Department of Justice moved to dismiss the case, but Sullivan refused, instead appointing retired judge John Gleeson to argue against the DOJ. Gleeson claimed that the DOJ’s motion was politically motivated to help an associate of President Trump, and therefore should not be granted.
Trump pardoned Flynn in late November after Sullivan refused to automatically grant the Justice Department‘s motion to dismiss Flynn’s case earlier this year.
