“Empire” actor Jussie Smollett faces a felony charge of disorderly conduct for allegedly filing a false report claiming two men attacked him last month, a Chicago Police Department spokesman tweeted Wednesday night.Anthony Guglielmi said charges were approved by the Cook County State’s Attorney Office and “Detectives will make contact with his legal team to negotiate a reasonable surrender for his arrest.”Filing a false police report is disorderly conduct, according to Illinois code. A class 4 felony is punishable by one to three years, the code says.

(click)Last month, television star Jussie Smollett was treated for scratches on his face after an alleged racist and anti-gay attack in Chicago. Different sources reported different details, but one commonly reported detail was that two suspects asked him, “Aren’t you that f***ot Empire n***er?” Then he was supposedly attacked with bleach and a rope. The suspects allegedly yelled, “This is MAGA country!”

In an age of hate hoaxes, many people took this report skeptically. The idea of people in Chicago screaming about “MAGA country” is self-discrediting. Another problem with Mr. Smollett’s story was that he was supposedly recognized on the street at two in the morning by racist right-wingers who were also familiar with the show Empire. (I didn’t know about the existence of either Empire or Mr. Smollett until the alleged attack, and I assume the same about most people who voted for Trump.) The weapon of choice was also strange for a frigid Chicago night well below bleach’s freezing temperature.

The story’s details kept changing, but Mr. Smollett’s behavior was consistently bizarre. Mr. Smollett reportedly refused to let police examine his phone. He also walked into his apartment building wearing a rope around his neck and didn’t notify police immediately. Despite his claim that “I fought the f**k back!” against two attackers, the rather effete Mr. Smollett still managed to hold on to a Subway sandwich he purchased before the alleged incident.

This reads like ludicrous fan fiction. Yet the most powerful and influential people in our society, from the Speaker of the House of Representatives to Hollywood celebrities, declared this attack not only legitimate, but of huge moral importance. What’s more, they insisted that the incident must be used to inspire political and cultural activism.

Now you have a criminal in the name of Jessie Smollet who fingered fictitiously two White guys as the muggers in a fake mugging. Charged with 16 felonies

The Mexican president has sent a letter to Spain’s King Felipe VI and Pope Francis urging them to apologise for human rights abuses committed during the conquest of the region.
Andrés Manuel López Obrador said the indigenous peoples of Mexico had been the victims of massacres.
Speaking in the ruins of an ancient Mexican city, he called for a full account of the abuses.
Spain rejected the call and called for a “constructive perspective” instead.
‘Brother nations’
Mr López Obrador was unsparing in his criticism of both Spain and the Vatican, saying: “The time has come to reconcile. But let us ask forgiveness first.”


“There were massacres and oppression. The so-called conquest was waged with the sword and the cross,” he said.

Prior to the Spanish Conquistadors conquering Mexico the country was under the hegemony of the Aztec empire. The Aztec of Central Mexico built a tributary empire covering most of central Mexico. The Aztec were noted for practicing human sacrifice on a large scale. Along with this practice, they avoided killing enemies on the battlefield. Their warring casualty rate was far lower than that of their Spanish counterparts, whose principal objective was immediate slaughter during battle. This distinct Mesoamerican cultural tradition of human sacrifice ended with the Spanish conquest in the 16th century. Over the next centuries Mexican indigenous cultures were gradually subjected to Spanish colonial rule. One could say that the Spanish were ruthless killas. 
The Spanish first learned of Mexico during the Juan de Grijalvaexpedition of 1518.  The Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empirebegan in February 1519 when Hernán Cortés arrived at the port in Veracruz with 500 conquistadores. After taking control of that city, he moved on to the Aztec capital. In his search for gold and other riches, Cortés decided to invade and conquer the Aztec empire.

When the Spaniards arrived, the ruler of the Aztec empire was Moctezuma II, who was later killed. His successor and brother Cuitláhuac took control of the Aztec empire, but was among the first to fall from the first smallpox epidemic in the area a short time later. Unintentionally introduced by Spanish conquerors, among whom smallpox was endemic, the infectious disease ravaged Mesoamerica in the 1520s. The deaths caused by smallpox are believed to have triggered a rapid growth of Christianity in Mexico and the Americas. At first, the Aztecs believed the epidemic was a punishment from an angry god, but they later accepted their fate and no longer resisted the Spanish rule. Many of the surviving Aztecs believed that smallpox could be credited to the superiority of the Christian god, which resulted in their acceptance of Catholicism and yielding to the Spanish rule throughout Mexico.
The territory became part of the Spanish Empire under the name of New Spain. Mexico City was systematically rebuilt by Cortés following the Fall of Tenochtitlan in 1521. Much of the identity, traditions and architecture of Mexico developed during the 300-year colonial period. The capture of Tenochtitlan and refounding of Mexico City in 1521, marked the beginning of a 300-year-long colonial era during which Mexico was known as Nueva España (New Spain). The Kingdom of New Spain was created from the remnants of the Aztec hegemonic empire. Subsequent enlargements, such as the conquest of the Tarascan state, resulted in the creation of the Viceroyalty of New Spain in 1535. The Viceroyalty at its greatest extent included the territories of modern Mexico, Central America as far south as Costa Rica, and the western United States. The indigenous population stabilized around one to one and a half million individuals in the 17th century from the most commonly accepted five to ten million pre-contact population. In 1829 president Guerrero abolished slavery. The first decades of the post-independence period were marked by economic instability, which led to the Pastry War in 1836. There was constant strife between liberales, supporters of a federal form of government, and conservadores, who proposed a hierarchical form of government.
During this period, the frontier borderlands to the north became quite isolated from the government in Mexico City, and its monopolistic economic policies caused suffering. With limited trade, the people had difficulty meeting tax payments and resented the central government’s actions in collecting customs. Resentment built up from California to Texas. Both the mission system and the presidios had collapsed after the Spanish withdrew from the colony, causing great disruption especially in Alta California and New Mexico. The people in the borderlands had to raise local militias to protect themselves from hostile Native Americans. These areas developed in different directions from the center of the country.
Wanting to stabilize and develop the frontier, Mexico encouraged immigration into present-day Texas, as they were unable to persuade people from central Mexico to move into those areas.They allowed for religious freedom for the new settlers, who were primarily Protestant English speakers from the United States. Within several years, the Anglos far outnumbered the Tejano in the area. Itinerant traders traveled through the area, working by free market principles. The Tejano grew more separate from the government and due to its neglect, many supported the idea of independence and joined movements to that end, collaborating with the English-speaking Americans.
General Antonio López de Santa Anna, a centralist and two-time dictator, approved the Siete Leyes in 1836, a radical amendment that institutionalized the centralized form of government. When he suspended the 1824 Constitution, civil war spread across the country. Three new governments declared independence: the Republic of Texas, the Republic of the Rio Grande and the Republic of Yucatán.

New Mexico Muslim Terrorists Who Ran Training Camp For School Shooters Linked To Democrats

(TeaParty.org) – This week, a federal grand jury in New Mexico indicted the five Muslims who were allegedly training children to carry out terrorist attacks in a compound in the middle of the Taos desert.

They were charged with with terrorism-related offenses, conspiracy to commit murder, and kidnapping, according to Front Page Mag.

The defendants are Jany Leveille, 36, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 40, Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, Subhanah Wahhaj, 36, and Lucas Morton, 41.

The quintet was arrested after authorities found 11 hungry, filthy children living in squalid conditions in a makeshift militant training compound in Amalia, Taos County, a remote part of New Mexico, during a raid by local police on Aug. 3, 2018. The children were being trained to commit school shootings, according to court documents. The remains of a three-year-old disabled boy, since identified as the son of defendant Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, were discovered on the property which was filled with weapons. The indictment accused the defendants of kidnapping the boy and transporting him from Georgia to New Mexico. The defendants were previously indicted on weapons and conspiracy charges on Aug. 31, 2018.

Siraj Ibn Wahhaj’s father of the same name is a notorious jihadist imam. Wahhaj Sr. was close to Omar Abdel Rahman, the “Blind Sheikh” who orchestrated the bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993 that left seven people (including an unborn baby) dead. Imam Wahhaj testified as a character witness for the sheikh, calling him a “respected scholar … bold … [and] a strong preacher of Islam,” and that he felt honored to have hosted Rahman at his mosque.

Imam Wahhaj used to be a member of the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) national advisory board. He offered an opening prayer at an event called “Jumah at the DNC” at the Democratic National Convention in 2012 and has been called the spiritual adviser of jihad sympathizer and Bernie Sanders supporter Linda Sarsour. Cardoza-Moore is the head of the nonprofit organization Proclaiming Justice to The Nations (PJTN), which works to educate Christians about their “biblical responsibility to stand with their Jewish brethren and Israel.” PJTN last month began disseminating a petition to have Omar removed from Congress. So far, tens of thousands of people have signed it. 

Last week, Cardoza-Moore personally delivered letters to the offices of Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and US Attorney-General William Barr in Washington, calling for a thorough investigation into Omar’s connections to the Muslim Brotherhood. Cardoza-Moore claims that Omar fundraises for the Muslim Brotherhood, a social and political Islamist movement with ties to terror.

“It is our mission to stand-up and defend the Jewish people and Israel against the rise of global antisemitism, no matter where it comes from,” said Cardoza-Moore. “Omar may have hypnotized some members of Congress, but American patriots will not tolerate her attempts to normalize antisemitism.”

Omar herself has used the term “hypnotize” against the State of Israel. In 2012, she tweeted that “Israel has hypnotized the world, may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel.” The tweet came in reaction to Israel’s November 2012 operation against Hamas in Gaza. The tweet resurfaced among ongoing controversy relating to Omar’s remarks about Israel.
