Ruth Bader Ginsburg, aka RBG, is so much into herself that although she knows the ruse is up, continues to hold onto the last straw preventing President Trump from nominating another Supreme Court Justice.

America knows and there is no dispute, RBG does not apply the Constitution to her judicial prudence, but warps it to suit her political agenda. And what is that political agenda? Globalism, open borders, but most of all THE DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. She along with Sotomayor and Kagan have continued to show their hand by politicizing the Supreme Court.

The Electoral college was set up for one purpose only, “to stop radicals from electing a visceral reactionary extremist by concentrating their political power in a few states by electing a President.”

For instance, Democrats have been known to look the other way when it comes to voter fraud; thus millions of illegals have voted. By increasing the incentive to not work by giving free money to the masses, creating motivation for them to support the socialist paragon of elitists, effectively give them life time tenure. This results in more Democrat votes that in many cases, such as New York, Connecticut and California, overwhelmingly vote for the “Democrat” candidate who provides the succor. As anyone with a wee bit of intelligence can deduce the reason that the Democrats want to go with the popular vote to determine the Presidency. Call it loading the dice to their advantage.

Many politicians are taking firm stances on issues affecting migrants, including amnesty, entitlements and sanctuary city policies. This gives non-citizens a significant incentive to register as voters and cast a ballot. For example, in East Chicago, Indiana, a city with 30,000 residents, voting fraud was so systemic in 2003 that the State Supreme Court ordered a new election with heightened verification. When unlawful voters were prohibited from casting a ballot the outcome of the election changed.¹⁸

The problem is not unique to Indiana. A 2013 National Hispanic Survey study by Republican pollster John McLaughlin asked a sample of 800 likely Hispanic voters if they were American citizens. 13 percent admitted they were not.¹⁹

In 2014, a study released by a team of professors from Old Dominion University and George Mason University estimated that approximately 6.4 percent of noncitizens voted In the 2008 presidential election. They also surmised that 2.2 percent voted in the 2010 midterm election.²⁰ In addition, the study estimated that 80 percent of noncitizens who appeared to have voted cast their ballots in favor of one party. Noncitizens are believed to have voted in these elections in numbers great enough to have affected the outcome.

If we take the mean of these three estimates — 7.25 percent — and apply it to just the 22 million non-citizen residents currently in the United States, then approximately 1.6 million non-citizens vote every year. According to the high and low estimates here, that number could be as high as 2.9 million (at 13 percent of 22 million), or as low as 528,000 (2.4 percent of 22 million). Both are unacceptably high numbers.

The good news is that the problem could be relatively easily addressed through true compliance with the Real ID Act, the implementation of voter ID requirements for all federal, state and local elections, and the consistent use of an automated eligibility verification system like USCIS’ Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program which provides a fast, secure and efficient verification service for federal, state and local benefit-granting agencies to verify a benefit applicant’s immigration status or naturalized/derived citizenship.

The Real ID Act sets forth requirements for state driver’s licenses and ID cards to be accepted by the federal government for “official purposes”, as defined by the Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security. The Secretary of Homeland Security has defined “official purposes” as boarding commercially operated airline flights, and entering federal buildings and nuclear power plants, although the law gives the Secretary the unlimited authority to require a “federal identification” for any other purposes.

So it is to the progressive swine to swindle elections at any cost, even to the detriment of the Constitution and the laws of the United States. The Open Border Society preaches their canon day in and day out. Their humanitarian shibboleth is not for the passionate concern for the less fortunate, but for them to hold on to power by eliminated the Electoral college.

How Many Must Die?

In this age of fake journalism, rampant propaganda, and refusal by Democrat-run cities, counties, and states to comply with federal laws, accurate murder statistics are hard to come by. The same is true for those killed by drunk drivers. The numbers vary and are disputed by both sides, and are pretty much non-existent when it comes to whether the killer(s) was an illegal alien. However, it seems safe to suggest that somewhere around at least 6,000 Americans have been killed by foreigners who have entered our country illegally, and probably a lot more.

It was not that long ago that a favorite mantra of the Democrats, run out every time they wanted to pass another law restricting the way government allows Americans to live, was, “If it saves only one life, it’s worth it.” Since the vast majority of the illegal aliens who have killed and murdered Americans have entered the country by crossing our wide-open southern border with Mexico, it seems curious, at best, and downright evil, at worst, that they refuse to do anything to stop the flow of these criminal invaders. Doing so would save not just one life, but thousands.

There are several reasons behind this criminally negligent refusal to obey existing immigration laws and the Constitution, the willingness to shut down the government, to damage the economy and society, and to allow the rape, robbery, killing and murder of Americans, including children. The New Axis of Evil is a coalition that includes globalist fascists who want a North American Union, with no borders, and an unlimited supply of cheap labor, a permanent underclass. This group is made up of uber-rich Democrats and Chamber of Commerce establishment RINOs.

Also in the coalition are radical leftists/progressives/socialists/communists, or whatever they are calling themselves this week. This group includes communist unions like the SEIU, and political gangs like Antifa and Black Lives Matter. They want the massive invasion to create chaos in our society and to undermine our traditional morals and values. Violence is an integral part of their tactics and strategy.

A third group, and perhaps the strongest, and certainly the most despicable, is the Democrat Party, especially its leadership. They have trampled the Rule of Law into the dust, refusing to enforce our laws or prosecute thousands of criminal illegal invaders, regardless of the seriousness of the crimes they have committed. The have turned our elections into farces that the dictators of the world are green with envy over. Illegals have already swung elections in many states, and these cynical, power-hungry professional political tyrants hope to arrange for all 20 to 60 million – again, getting an accurate number is impossible – criminal invaders to become registered Democrats, thus turning America into a one-party totalitarian dictatorship.

How pathetic, not to mention disgusting, too, that the so-called leftist “Women’s Movement” has also taken the side of the rapists, child molesters, wife-beaters, pimps, drug dealers, and human traffickers, in much the same way that they support Islamists. And, of course, Hollywood and the Ministry of Leftist Propaganda, aka, the “mainstream” media, are right up there, praising the New Axis of Evil and doing their best to aid and abet.

All this is bad enough, but when you add to it the spineless, cowardly response of far too many Republicans, their refusal to stand firm against this attack on the safety of Americans and America by these groups and the criminal invaders they are abetting, you have a situation that cannot end well.

In the 65 or so years that I have been, to one degree or another, politically aware, I have never, repeat: never, seen anything like what the Democrats and the left have done since the election of the total fraud, Obama, and then Donald Trump. They are clearly out to overthrow our free, capitalist, constitutional republic and replace it with a collectivist, totalitarian police state that has total control over every aspect of the lives of its captive population. Just a cursory look at the public statements of the groups cited above make it crystal clear that if they are ever able to get the control they so desperately drool over, they will make Hitler, Stalin, and Mao look like church deacons and boy scouts.

The first step in solving any problem is to accurately define it. In this case, we need to stop, immediately, seeing the Democrats and the left as the loyal opposition, or indeed, as loyal Americans. They are NOT. They have not been for the past three decades. They are The Enemy, and lately, prove it on a daily basis with their actions and constant deluge of vicious, slanderous lies. We need to publicly denounce them at every turn, and demand, repeat: DEMAND, that our laws be enforced and criminals be punished.

The diminutive Erdogan despises President Trump, with that said he is adamantly against Trump’s Syria withdrawal plan which protects the Kurds. As the U.S. slowly withdraws from Syria, the Kurds, our foremost companion in the war against ISIS, will be left on their own; that is what the Wannabee Napoleon thought. He then would have full wave to “wipe them from the face of the earth.” Not gonna happen though.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan lashed out at US President Donald Trump’s national security adviser on Tuesday for setting conditions on a withdrawal from Syria, including protection for Kurdish fighters.
 US National Security Adviser John Bolton said that the Trump administration would only pull troops out of Syrian territory once the Pentagon had formalized a contingency plan to shield US allies fighting there – including Kurdish forces who are in conflict with Istanbul – to protect against Iranian encroachment on Israel’s border.

Turkey’s defense minister said Thursday that Kurdish forces in Syria would be “buried” in their trenches in any Turkish operation to rout the fighters from the border, just one day after President Trump announced a withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country.

Speaking from the Qatari capital, Doha, Hulusi Akar said Turkey was preparing “intensely” for a military offensive east of the Euphrates River in Syria, where Kurdish-led forces have battled the Islamic State militant group.

The fighters have dug trenches and tunnels in the area in anticipation of the operation, Akar said, according to Turkey’s official Anadolu news agency.

“But whatever they dig . . . when the time comes they will be buried in the trenches,” he said. “Of this there should no doubt.”

DEBKAfile’s military sources add that the Turkish leader has been holding aloft his anti-American stance in the hope of clearing the way for a Turkish offensive against Kurds to go forward in northeastern Syria. This gimmick is unlikely to achieve its purpose in Moscow because Putin is just as opposed to his schemes as US President Donald Trump.

Indeed, Putin’s plan is for Russian and Syrian forces to take over the areas under US military control when the Americans leave. And, to avoid getting into a fight with the Kurds, to assure their cantons of autonomous rule, subject to the central Assad government in Damascus. Moscow has no intention of letting Turkey take control of northeastern Syria and certainly not to allow its army to sit on the Syrian-Iraqi border. 
Erdogan should know by now where the Kremlin stands. Two weeks ago, he sent a high-ranking delegation to Moscow, headed by his defense minister and intelligence chief, in a bid to obtain the Kremlin’s consent for Turkish forces to go into northeastern Syria under Turkish air force cover. The delegation encountered a flat Russian refusal. The Turkish officials were moreover warned that if their air force attacked the Kurds, their planes would be shot down by Russian air defense batteries.

None of this adds up to a certainty that Moscow will reject Ankara’s proposal to revive the cooperation with Russia and Iran. The entire situation around the US troop pullout is exceptionally fluid. However, for now, Erdogan is locked in between the firm vetoes for his schemes from Washington and Moscow alike. 

Two malcontents are thumbing their noses at the American people in spite of overwhelming evidence that Americans want secure borders. Trump has the solution that will keep us safe, but the Batwoman and Robin don’t seem to care. They relish the thought of Americans being murdered by illegal aliens; to them the more illegals the better America is.

CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta on Thursday reiterated how safe it is in McAllen, Texas, after he faced mockery on social media for inadvertently making the case for President Donald Trump’s border wall.

We are wondering why an arrest has not been made. A last month, the scene, Houston Texas, a bad-ass duo participated in a drive-by shooting – killing a seven year old girl. A tragedy indeed. One of the perpetrators was picked up shortly after, the other picked up today.

Jazmine Barnes was in a car with her mother and her three sisters as they were leaving a Walmart parking lot in Houston late last month. They were fired upon and Barnes was fatally hit; her mother, 30-year-old LaPorsha Washington, was injured.

However, last week the description of the shooters was not the same as the ones picked up by police.

Washington told FOX26 she was praying for her daughter’s killer to be arrested.

“I’m praying that the phone rings right now as you’re in here filming us. That’s how much I want him caught, like any second,” the grieving mother said.

Police released a sketch of a possible suspect last week and described the individual as a bearded white man.

Although witness descriptions of a white man in his forties at the scene prompted hate crime speculation and led civil rights activist Shaun King to offer a substantial reward for the killer or killers.

Prior to the arrests, Barnes family lawyer Lee Merritt said, “We do believe that it [the murder] was racially motivated in part because our nation at this moment is highly racially charged.”

Community activist Deric Muhammad linked Jazmine’s murder with another murder of two African-Americans in Houston on Aug. 30, 2017.

“It’s apparent black people are under attack in this particular part of the city,” Muhammad said.

However, as it turned out, the two charged with the killing were not white. But the initial descriptions described the shooter as a white man. The questions arise though, were these witnesses trying to start another “smash and bash” riot? And secondly, why haven’t those who provided this false information to the police been arrested. Because they too committed a heinous crime.

Less than a week after issuing a profanity-infused call to impeach President Trump on her first day in office, Michigan Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib is under fire from Republican politicians and commentators for openly posting what they call an anti-Semitic dog whistle on Twitter.

Top Republicans in the Senate are also alleging that Democratic leaders are hoping to hide the fact that Tlaib is just one of many new Democratic politicians in Congress who harbor deeply anti-Israel views.

Tlaib, responding to a post by Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders on Monday, suggested that Senate Republicans were more loyal to Israel than the U.S., amid a report that GOP leaders were planning to introduce a bill that would punish companies that participate in the so-called “Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions” (BDS) global movement against Israel.  BDS proponents seek to pressure Israel through economic and other means — often, until Israel ceases to exist in its current form.

“They forgot what country they represent,” Tlaib, a Palestinian-American who made history last week by becoming one of the first two Muslim women to ever serve in Congress, wrote.

They have been licking their chops since November, now that they rule the house these ruthless scum from the inner cities have foamed at the mouth like the rabid dogs they are.

Case in point is the Muslim Tlaib from Michigan who calls Trump a bully and a mother fkr. But let us take a closer look at this Koran loving Jihadist who is a member of the Socialist party.

Moving on to New York we find a socialist by the name of Ocasio has exposed positions of the late Lenin and Marx. For her socialism is the only way; taxing the rich at 70% or more is one of her more aggressive policies. She is for open borders and a weak military.

So there you have two of the most vocal members of the House who don’t hide their positions, but throw them in your face. By the way, both believe that Israel should not exist. We have news for them, you ain’t going anywhere, Republicans rule the Senate. Wake up, shut up and learn up.

At a campaign stop in November 2015, Clinton told a crowd: “I voted numerous times when I was a senator to spend money to build a barrier to try to prevent illegal immigrants from coming in. And I do think you have to control your borders.”

Trump continued: “The only reason they do not want to build a Wall is that Walls Work! 99% of our illegal Border crossings will end, crime in our Country will go way down and we will save billions of dollars a year! A properly planned and constructed Wall will pay for itself many times a year!”

Hundreds of cops packed a California church Saturday in final salute to police officer Ronil Singh who was killed the day after Christmas when he stopped an illegal immigrant suspected of driving drunk.

Gustavo Perez Arriaga, 32, a Mexican national, has been accused of killing Singh around 1 a.m. Dec. 26. He was arrested two days after the murder as he prepared to flee to Mexico, officials said.

The case has rekindled a debate over California’s sanctuary law that limits cooperation with federal immigration authorities. President Trump seized on the case to call for tougher border security amid a fight with congressional Democrats over funding for a border wall, which has forced a partial government shutdown.

President Trump is far from alone in his determination to secure our borders — according to a recent Gallup poll, Americans view immigration as the second-biggest problem facing the country today.

That’s bad news for the Democrat Party, which is hellbent on opposing the president’s efforts to fix our broken immigration system, especially the border wall he needs in order to get illegal immigration under control.

China’s megalomaniac leader Xi Jinping is on the brink of a fight; he believes in Chinese hegemony the world over. His modus operandi begins by starting a small skirmish and then draw in the adversary which in turn will escalate into something bigger, maybe a fission type of fight.

Beijing has criticised the 2016 international court’s stinging rejection of its territorial claims in the South China Sea, with Communist party-controlled newspapers warning of a military escalation in response to what they denounced as a US ploy to thwart China’s rise. 

So far his actions are minor probes, but in due time expect more than a dry run, a major provocation will cause an encounter drawing in more powerful forces. The coming fight will test U.S. resolve on Taiwan. But expect warfare in the Pacific too. Lately China has buzzed on purpose a U.S Destroyer part of the Pacific fleet, coming close to a collision.

In a written statement emailed to Navy Times, Pacific Fleet officials say that a Luyang-class destroyer closed on the Decatur around 8:30 a.m. local time Sunday October 2, 2018 in “an unsafe and unprofessional” manner near Gaven Reef, making a series of “increasingly aggressive maneuvers” that were accompanied by warnings for the Decatur to leave the area.

The Chinese vessel came within 45 yards of the Decatur’s bow before the American warship veered off to prevent a collision, officials said.

China though is deploying loans the world over. For instance they have their hands in a multitude of Latin American countries lending them scarce funds with tough restrictions. This is causing some strife among the borrowers.

For the five-year period between 2015 and 2019, China’s President Xi Jinping set ambitious goals for exchange with the Latin American and Caribbean region (LAC): $500 billion in trade and $250 billion in direct investment. The pledge was made in January 2015 at the first ministerial meeting of the Forum of China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, which was held in Beijing. Although it remains to be seen if this degree of integration can be achieved, the investment target is certainly plausible, as China is likely to emerge in the next few years as the world’s largest supplier of capital.

However, some Latin American countries are fighting back. A few decades ago Russia owned Egypt, but were given the boot by Anwar el-Sadat.

Launched in 2013 by President Xi Jinping as One Belt One Road (OBOR), the initiative has increased in funding (aiming at US$1 trillion) and expanded in scope, now including projects in over 70 nations. This investment abroad constitutes an ambitious foreign policy, and one with deep geopolitical implications.

Thanks to Beijing’s loans, Chinese corporations are building dams and hydroelectric power plants in the Amazon and Patagonia. They are laying thousands of kilometers in rail tracks to reduce freight transportation costs and connect populations in Brazil, Peru, and Venezuela. China’s development banks are even financing a state-of-the-art nuclear energy plant in Argentina. In what has become the most ambitious civil engineering project in recent decades (although one plagued with challenges and uncertainties), a Hong Kong-based billionaire has been granted the authority to build a canal through Nicaragua, connecting the Pacific and Atlantic oceans to compete against the Panama Canal.

Due to the novelty of the ventures, investing in infrastructure in LAC poses an important learning opportunity for Chinese firms, which have not responded adequately to local culture and regulations. We find that most projects in LAC have faced local backlash because of environmental concerns about pollution and harm to residents and livelihoods. For example, there have been concerns about the environmental impact of Sinopec’s oil refineries in Moín, Costa Rica (the National Secretary of the Environment objected to the first evaluation for serious omissions) and in the Yasuní National Park, Ecuador (800,000 people signed a petition before the national government to stop the works.) The beginning of the construction of the Condor Cliff and La Barrancosa hydroelectric dams in Santa Cruz, Argentina, without an environmental impact assessment, led to the Argentine Supreme Court ordering the suspension of the projects. In some cases, local courts intervened, with negative effects on the viability of the projects and the economic standing of the firms.

Labour issues have also arisen, as firms have tended to hire Chinese nationals rather than local workers, especially in management and high-skill positions. Companies should increase the share of local-born workers, technicians, and executives to plan, design, build, and manage projects.

Bottom line here, if China moves too fast for the locals, expects the NATIVES to get restless. Once this happens all hell would break loose. Then the World would see if China has the cajones to enforce their agreements.

Expect the Pacific waters to heat up. Question occurs though, on who will blink first, Xi or Trump.

Offered up by the Global Times newspaper, a mouthpiece for the hard nationalists, the editorial didn’t pull any punches. To consider what it means for the U.S., let’s consider each element in turn. First up, the nuclear taunt:

This is a not-so-subtle signal that the Dongfeng-41 will be shown in public at a military parade later this year. But note the “trump card” language. A personal rebuke of President Trump, it’s a sign of Beijing’s growing frustration that the president won’t accept an easy deal to end the current U.S.-China trade war. But back to the nuclear weapon issue. While the Dongfeng-41 is an impressive nuclear intercontinental ballistic missile platform, it will not fundamentally alter the nuclear balance of power against the U.S. Instead, the mobile system is designed to strengthen China’s ability to threaten the U.S. up the escalation curve. In tandem with other capabilities in cyberspace, in space, and with conventional long-range missiles, China is showing it intends to pose a growing threat across the spectrum of warfare. The U.S. must pursue and posture greater capability to deter China.

Next up is the Global Times’ aircraft carrier threat. 
China should carry out more maritime combat exercises with live ammunition, especially training to strike aircraft carriers. There is no need to worry that doing so would make Washington unhappy. Making them concerned is the whole point of the exercise.

This is not terribly surprising. China has a powerful conventional ballistic missile capability across short, medium, and long ranges. It is also developing hypersonic missiles of the kind recently mastered by Russia. The import of these threats is in restricting where and how the U.S. Navy can operate aircraft carriers. But what’s most interesting here is the specific Chinese focus on “making [Washington]” upset.” This reflects a Chinese nudge into the ongoing U.S. debate over whether it would ever attempt to destroy a U.S. aircraft carrier in battle. Some believe that China would not do so in fear of meeting a massive U.S. response. I’m less sure about that.

That leaves us with the threat to Taiwan. 
To promote peaceful reunification, the People’s Liberation Army should also carry out more preparations to respond to a military crisis across the Taiwan Straits, formulate various plans such as a military blockade around the island, destroying military facilities there and preventing external military interventions, which can be disclosed to the outside world appropriately when necessary.

Note the absurd Orwellian-language here: “[T]o promote peaceful reunification,” carry out attack preparations. It sums up the nature of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s regime. Still, Xi views the subjugation of Taiwan to Chinese rule as of paramount importance to his legacy. And the Chinese president is certainly making increased references to what he says is Taiwan’s inevitable return to Beijing. Yet, in the context of next year’s 70th anniversary of China’s captureof Hainan Island from the nationalists, and Taiwan’s upcoming 2020 general election, China’s military threats to Taiwan must take on more attention.

Ultimately, this editorial is another warning for the U.S. — a warning that challenging China’s island imperialism and its feudal economic strategy is only going to become more complicated. And while growing allied support for U.S. actions in the Indo-Pacific are positive, in the end, China will only be deterred by America. We must seek a more constructive relationship and resist China’s defining challenge.
