The Lame Street Media has never covered the biggest scandal in American history. The subersion of a succeeding president’s four year term by innuendo, lying to the FISA court, burning evidence, wiping computers clean and throwing phones into the garbage. The trail trends back to the Oval Office and president Barack Hussein Obama.
DOJ receives Gabbard’s criminal referral on bombshell claims Obama admin ‘manufactured’ Russian collusion hoax
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley will also declassify the appendix to a 2018 DOJ Inspector General report

The Department of Justice confirmed Monday that it has received Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s criminal referral related to her bombshell claims that Obama-era officials “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has confirmed.
The Department of Justice declined further comment, but confirmed to Fox News that the department received the referral.
Gabbard released unclassified documents Friday that reportedly show “overwhelming evidence” that then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the yearslong Trump-Russia collusion probe after Trump’s election win against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016.
“Their goal was to usurp President Trump and subvert the will of the American people,” Gabbard had posted to X on Friday regarding the criminal referral. “No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The integrity of our democratic republic depends on it. We are turning over all documents to the DOJ for criminal referral.”
Gabbard joined Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo Sunday, where she detailed evidence uncovered in the case, which she said showcases “overwhelming” proof that Obama-era officials laid the groundwork for what would be the yearslong Trump-Russia collusion probe after the 2016 election.

“The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic,” Gabbard said Sunday.
“Over 100 documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office after President Trump had already gotten elected. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. This is an issue that is so serious it should concern every single American because it has to do with the integrity of our democratic republic,” she continued.

Following Gabbard’s revelations, Trump shared a video to his Truth Social account showing a handful of Democrats, including Obama, vowing that “no one is above the law.” Later in the clip, an AI-generated video showed Trump and Obama sitting in the Oval Office before Obama is arrested while the song “YMCA” plays in the background.
Additionally, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, will release declassified documents related to a 2018 DOJ Inspector General report on the Justice Department’s handling of the investigations related to the 2016 presidential election, Fox News confirmed Monday. Grassley will specifically declassify the report’s appendix, which Fox learned focuses on the Clinton email investigation.

Hillary Clinton was investigated by the FBI for holding classified information on her private email server at home when she served as secretary of state under the Obama administration. Then-FBI Director James Comey said publicly that Clinton mishandled classified information, but declined to recommend prosecution.

BIDEN/HARRIS/OBAMA ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY DHS, ICE, AND POLICE WHO WERE EITHER MURDERED, INJURED OR ATTACK BY ILLEGAL ALIENS
An off-duty Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer was shot in the face in New York City on Saturday night during an attempted robbery involving a previously deported illegal immigrant, according to authorities.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) identified the suspect as Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, a Dominican national who was caught by Border Patrol in April 2023.
After being apprehended at the Arizona border, Nunez was released into the U.S., though he still has an active deportation order.
Video released by DHS showed two suspects ride up to the officer on a motorized scooter in Riverside Park.

According to police, Nunez then got off the scooter and approached the officer while he was sitting and speaking to someone near a body of water. The officer has not yet been identified.
The officer, who was not in uniform, pulled out a gun to protect himself, and a shootout ensued.
The agent was hit in the face and forearm and transported to a hospital, where he is currently in stable condition. He is expected to survive.
Nunez was also injured during the shootout and was shot in the leg and groin. He was dropped off at a hospital in the Bronx, according to authorities.
DHS also told Fox News that Nunez has an active warrant for kidnapping in the state of Massachusetts, in addition to prior felony arrests.

Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a 21-year-old student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, was shot June 30 at around 10:28 p.m., according to police, and passed away on July 1. The Metropolitan Police Department said the shooting happened on the 1200 block of 7th Street, Northwest.
A 16-year-old male and adult female were both shot but survived. No suspects are in custody, a Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Tuesday.
According to investigators, several individuals exited a vehicle and began firing shots at a group of people, which included Tarpinian-Jachym. Tarpinian-Jachym wasn’t the intended target of the shooting, they added.
Tamara Jachym, Eric’s mother, told Fox News Digital in an interview that police need to arrest the individuals responsible because “they will do it again.”
“This is a serious crime. A mile from the White House. This isn’t a joke. And then it happened again this weekend,” Jachym said, referring to a shooting in Washington, D.C., on 4th of July weekend that left 3-year-old Honesty Cheadle dead. “You know, the mayor has to get serious with this.”
“I think Eric felt safe. It was early at night. He was in a decent area and this happened. And it’s a shame. And you know, Eric was the 85th victim and now we have an 86,” she added, referring to the number of homicides in Washington, D.C., at the time.
So far in 2025, 91 people have been killed in Washington, D.C.

OBAMA SABOTAGING INVESTIGATION

A Pantsuit OrangeGraphicReposted from springer’s blogObama Sabotaging Clinton InvestigationDiscussion Started by ilona trommler OCTOBER 16, 2015 9:10 AM WrittenBy MATT APUZZO and MICHAEL S. SCHMIDThttp://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/17/us/politics/obamas-comments-on-cl… (NY Times) – Federal agents were still cataloging the classified information from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal email server last week when President Obama went on television and played down the matter.“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Mr. Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.” He said it was a mistake for Mrs. Clinton to use a private email account when she was secretary of state, but his conclusion was unmistakable: “This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”Those statements angered F.B.I. agents who have been working for months to determine whether Ms. Clinton’s email setup had in fact put any of the nation’s secrets at risk, according to current and former law enforcement officials.Investigators have not reached any conclusions about whether the information on the server had been compromised or whether to recommend charges, according to the law enforcement officials. But to investigators, it sounded as if Mr. Obama had already decided the answers to their questions and cleared anyone involved of wrongdoing. The White House quickly backed off the president’s remarks and said Mr. Obama was not trying to influence the investigation. But his comments spread quickly, raising the ire of officials who saw an instance of the president trying to influence the outcome of a continuing investigation — and not for the first time.A spokesman for the F.B.I. declined to comment. But Ron Hosko, a former senior F.B.I. official who retired in 2014 and is now the president of the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, said it was inappropriate for the president to “suggest what side of the investigation he is on” when the F.B.I. is still investigating.“Injecting politics into what is supposed to be a fact-finding inquiry leaves a foul taste in the F.B.I.’s mouth and makes them fear that no matter what they find, the Justice Department will take the president’s signal and not bring a case,” said Mr. Hosko, who maintains close contact with current agents.Several current and former law enforcement officials, including those close to the investigation, expressed similar sentiments in separate interviews over several days. Most, however, did so only on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about the case. The White House said Thursday that Mr. Obama was not commenting on the merits of the investigation, but rather was explaining why he believes the controversy over Mrs. Clinton’s emails has been overblown. The president, officials said, was merely noting that the emails that have been publicly released so far have not imperiled national security.“There’s a debate among national security experts, as part of their ongoing, independent review, about how or even whether to classify sections of those emails,” said Josh Earnest, the White House press secretary. “But, as the president said, there is no evidence to indicate that the information in those emails endangered our national security.”Whether Mr. Obama’s remarks have a lasting effect beyond upsetting some F.B.I. officials depends on the investigation’s outcome. Since the email inquiry began this past summer, investigators have been scrutinizing everyone who came in contact with her server and trying to determine whether anyone sent or received classified information, whether that information was compromised and whether any of this amounted to a crime.Tensions among career F.B.I. agents, the political appointees who run the Justice Department and the White House are commonplace. In deciding whether to bring charges in a case, F.B.I. agents are often more bullish. Prosecutors, with an eye toward trying to win at trial, tend to be more cautious and have the final say. As such, no administration, Democratic or Republican, is immune from the suspicion that politics has influenced case decisions. But Mr. Obama’s remarks in the Clinton email case were met with particular anger at the F.B.I. because they echoed comments he made in 2012, shortly after it was revealed that a former C.I.A. director, David H. Petraeus, was under investigation, accused of providing classified information to a mistress who was writing a book about him.“I have no evidence at this point, from what I’ve seen, that classified information was disclosed that in any way would have had a negative impact on our national security,” the president said at a 2012 news conference, as the F.B.I. was trying to answer that very question about Mr. Petraeus. At the time, the Obama administration was leading a historic crackdown on government officials who discussed national security matters with reporters, even when that information was never disclosed publicly. But Mr. Petraeus was a four-star general, a White House adviser and the most celebrated military leader of his generation. F.B.I. officials were concerned that he would receive preferential treatment. The F.B.I. ultimately concluded that Mr. Petraeus should face felony charges and a possible prison sentence. Not only had he provided highly classified information to his biographer — including notes about war strategy and the identity of covert officials — but he also lied to agents about it. James B. Comey, the F.B.I director, made the case to the attorney general, Eric H. Holder Jr., that Mr. Petraeus deserved to face strenuous charges. But the Justice Department overruled the F.B.I., and earlier this year the department allowed Mr. Petraeus to plead guilty to a misdemeanor. He was spared jail time and remained an informal White House adviser.Although current and former senior officials at the Justice Department who were involved in the case said the decision was not influenced by the White House, F.B.I. agents came to view Mr. Obama’s remarks about Mr. Petraeus as a harbinger of the ultimate outcome.Presidents typically decline to comment on cases under investigation or in the courts, citing the need to avoid prejudicing legal proceedings. Often that tradition is politically convenient, offering them an easy excuse when they would rather not answer questions about the behavior of allies and aides.Mr. Obama has skirted across that line on a few occasions. In 2013, he proclaimed that troops who commit sexual assault should be “court-martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged,” which provided ammunition to defense lawyers who argued that the commander in chief had prejudiced proceedings.Mr. Obama is not the first president to generate criticism for weighing in on cases. George W. Bush was criticized when he told an interviewer that he believed Representative Tom DeLay of Texas was innocent of illegal fund-raising charges. Mr. DeLay’s conviction was overturned last year. The federal law used against Mr. Petraeus prohibits officials from knowingly taking classified information “with the intent to retain” it at “an unauthorized location.” A second, more serious charge makes it a felony to remove classified information through gross negligence. Officials at both the F.B.I and the Justice Department acknowledge that those laws set a high bar for criminal charges in the email case.Mr. Obama said he had no impression that Mrs. Clinton had purposely tried “to hide something or to squirrel away information.” In doing so, Mr. Obama spoke directly to a core component of the law used against Mr. Petraeus, intent, and said he did not think it applied in Mrs. Clinton’s case.Since the existence of Mrs. Clinton’s account was revealed in March, she has provided a series of different explanations about whether she sent or received classified information from the account.Mrs. Clinton is to testify next week before the Republican-controlled House committee investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya. The committee, which has come under intense scrutiny in recent weeks after two Republican lawmakers said it was created to harm the political fortunes of Mrs. Clinton, is expected to ask her about her unorthodox email arrangement.Mr. Comey, the F.B.I. director, earlier this month acknowledged the difficulties posed by the investigation. He said one reason he has a 10-year term is “to make sure this organization stays outside of politics.”“If you know my folks,” he said, “you know they don’t give a rip about politics.”http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/17/us/politics/obamas-comments-on-cl…Laura J Alcorn |

HEADING INTO THE 2016 ELECTION WE OBSERVED
As we enter 2016 the question has to be asked, what if Hillary gets in? There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that she will run roughshod over the Constitution, taking the cue from her mentor, Obama. To her, she is invincible, no law can touch her, no jury will indict her. Because of her flaunting the law Americans have realized that the system is rigged.
Clinton has violated more laws, stolen government records, lied under oath, trashed documents, covered up her crimes and yet she has not been arrested. The public is calling for blood. Why is it that this criminal is still on the loose and running for president mind you. We will tell you why, if she wins, the possibility of any arrest or indictment will disappear as fast as her 30,000 personal emails (“oh like with a cloth”).

Chinese illegal immigrant crossings that surged during Biden admin a ‘national security concern,’ expert warns

Former DHS official points to dramatic rise in Chinese nationals crossing southern border as potential national security threat
One border security expert said the massive number of Chinese illegal immigrants who crossed the United States border during the Biden administration poses a “national security concern.”
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported 122 illegal immigrants to China June 3, many of whom were convicted of murder, drug trafficking, rape and human smuggling. Officials said the individuals were taken to China on a “special high risk charter flight.”

The Department of Justice on Tuesday charged seven Chinese nationals after they allegedly operated a multimillion- dollar marijuana trafficking ring. According to the Justice Department, the suspects smuggled illegal immigrants through the U.S.-Mexico border to work in marijuana grow houses.I
ICE ARRESTS 100+ IRANIAN NATIONALS ACROSS US AMID SLEEPER CELL CONCERNS
“This case pulls back the curtain on a sprawling criminal enterprise that exploited our immigration system and our communities for personal gain,” said U.S. Attorney Leah Foley.
“These defendants allegedly turned quiet homes across the Northeast into hubs for a criminal enterprise, building a multimillion-dollar black market operation off the backs of an illegal workforce and using our neighborhoods as cover. That ends today.”
In fiscal year 2024 alone, according to the House Committee on Homeland Security, over 24,376 Chinese nationals were encountered and 24,214 were apprehended. In March 2024 alone, border encounters of Chinese nationals increased over 8,000% when compared to March 2021. The report was released in April 2024.
Lora Ries, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center and former Department of Homeland Security acting deputy chief of staff, told Fox News Digital in an interview that the sharp increase in Chinese nationals crossing the southern border is “absolutely” a national security concern.
CHINA SYNDROME IS REAL
China uses everything at its disposable to undermine the United States. For instance, just a couple of weeks ago Airport Security arrested two Chinese Nationals trying to import an agricultural weapon into the Homeland. They were caught but we can bet a bottom dollar that others weren’t. Their paradigm is the same as drug smugglers, for everyone that gets tagged, three more make across. And who can’t forget the Balloon Affair.

DOJ CHARGES SEVEN CHINESE NATIONALS IN MULTIMILLION-DOLLAR MARIJUANA TRAFFICKING RING
“The numbers rose rapidly during the Biden administration. I mean, pre-Biden, Customs and Border Protection would see about 1,000 Chinese nationals a month nationwide, whether that was at the ports of entry or between ports of entry. And, during Biden’s four years, that rose rapidly to 2,000, up to 7,000 a month. It even hit over 8,000 one month in December of 2023. And most of these were between the ports of entry,” Ries said.
Ries fears the Chinese Communist Party was using the southern border as a “tactic” against the U.S. during former President Biden’s administration.
“Given the many tactics that the Chinese Communist Party uses against the U.S. — whether that is sending fentanyl precursor ingredients to Mexico to be smuggled into the U.S., killing hundreds of thousands of Americans, COVID-19 from Wuhan, spy balloons, buying farmland near military bases — we have to assume that the CCP took advantage of the open border during Biden’s years and sent many Chinese nationals with mal-intent,” Ries said.

His agenda is free everything, including rent, education, welfare for all, tax the little guy out of business, and destroy the business community forever. We shall see how this plays out, but at the current time, this POS is leading the pack; whence he gets in, we are not counting on miracles here, the BIG APPLE will go up in smoke. NYC Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani basically dared businesses to leave the city, writes the Post Editorial Board.James Messerschmidt
Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani is giving business leaders fair warning: He promised he’d tax them and wealthy New Yorkers if elected — and he means to keep that promise.

He basically dared them to leave the city if he did.

Say goodbye to city tax revenue and jobs and hello to a downward spiral, if that happens.
On Tuesday, the Dem front-runner met with 100 of the city’s top business leaders and made absolutely no attempt to hide his plans.
“He didn’t back away from any policy position,” one attendee told The Post.
Who can blame them?
The far-left Democrat is already on record saying that billionaires shouldn’t exist.
For years, Mamdani and his socialist pals have plotted to take power in “the center of US capitalism,” and now they’re on the verge of getting “a chance to flex its muscles.”

Congress sends $9B spending cuts package to Trump’s desk after late-night House vote
House Speaker Mike Johnson secures victory as GOP uses rare fiscal tool to block USAID and public broadcasting funds
Congress is officially sending a package detailing $9 billion in spending cuts to President Donald Trump’s desk, minutes after midnight on Friday.
The bill, called a “rescissions package,” was approved by the House of Representatives in a late-night 216 to 213 vote after intense debate between Republicans and Democrats. Just two Republicans, Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., and Mike Turner, R-Ohio, voted in opposition.
Friday was also the deadline for passing the legislation, otherwise the White House would be forced to re-obligate those funds as planned.
Imagine Democrats giving illegals billions of dollars. They are living in first class hotels. Many of them are raping your children, robbing you, murdering your loved ones. That is the Democrat party, a party of socialism, anarchy and chaos. But there are always Republicans who vote the Libtard Way, they are Murkowski, Collins and McConnell; a garbage can of trash.

THE LATEST: ‘Long overdue’: Senate Republicans ram through Trump’s clawback package with cuts to foreign aid, NPR
Two Senate Republicans join all Democrats to vote against cuts to ‘woke’ foreign aid and public broadcasting funding
Senate Republicans blasted through Democratic and internal opposition to pass President Donald Trump’s multibillion-dollar clawback package early Thursday morning.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., said that it was a mission shared by the GOP and Trump, whose Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) identified many of the cuts included in the package.
“I appreciate all the work the administration has done in identifying wasteful spending,” Thune said. “And now it’s time for the Senate to do its part to cut some of that waste out of the budget. It’s a small but important step toward fiscal sanity that we all should be able to agree is long overdue.”
The president’s rescissions package proposed cutting just shy of $8 billion from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and over $1 billion from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), the government-backed funding arm for NPR and PBS.
Unlike the previous procedural votes, Vice President JD Vance was not needed to break a tie. Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., voted against the preceding procedural votes to advance the package on Tuesday night, but ultimately backed the bill. sEE BELOW
The final vote tally was 51-48, with Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska joining every Democrat in voting against it. The package will now be sent to the House, which has until Friday to pass it.
The $9 billion rescissions bill tees up cuts to “woke” spending on foreign aid programs and NPR and PBS that Congress previously approved. Republicans have pitched the bill as building on their quest to root out waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government.
Trump’s smaller, $9 billion package passed with nearly all Senate Republicans, while all Senate Democrats voted against it. Sens. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., were the only Republicans to vote against the bill.
Once debate has wrapped up on the bill, lawmakers will go through another vote-a-rama, where an unlimited number of amendments can be offered for the bill by either side of the aisle. Democrats will likely try to sideline or derail the package, while the GOP is expected to offer an amendment that would spare about $400 million in international HIV and AIDS funding from the chopping block.
The carveout for the Bush-era President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) was agreed to ahead of the vote and is backed by the White House. Trimming funding from the program rattled some Senate Republicans, who publicly and privately warned they may not support the bill unless a fix was found.
However, slashing the funding cut from the package could prove a tricky sell to the House, where Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., has called on Senate Republicans to not change the bill.
