The blacklist was part of a larger annual report on sexual violence authored by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, which was completed this month and debated Tuesday at the United Nations Security Council.
Guterres’s April report described sexual violence in 18 conflict settings or situations of concern, including the Hamas-led October invasion of Israel and Russia’s war against Ukraine.

A Fatah TV anchor reported that Hamas had attacked aid workers, stolen food and water and caused food prices to skyrocket in the Gaza Strip – which PMW said constituted a triple crime.
“Hamas’ persecution of any party who is a source for distributing the [humanitarian] aid or securing it began from the start of the war, as Hamas persecuted well-known figures and teams of volunteers on the ground in mid-October [2023],” the anchor said. ”It attacked them and killed some of them for two reasons: Firstly, to prevent any activity by any [other] party in the Gaza Strip; and secondly, to ensure Hamas control over the aid and its storage, which of course leads to these crazy and unreal prices that no one can pay in the shadow of this destruction.
“After the occupation bombed storehouses controlled by Hamas, the accumulation of tons of various food and aid products that Hamas had taken exclusivity over became clear, at a time when the Gaza Strip is suffering from hunger.”
Palestinian civilians complained to the IDF that Hamas stole aid, The Jerusalem Post reported in January, alongside recordings of civilian testimonies.
In one recorded call, a Gazan civilian testified that Hamas murdered his cousin because he tried to seek help from UNRWA. In another conversation, a civilian said he does not leave his home because he fears Hamas will seize it and use the property to fire toward Israel and destroy his house.

Türkiye maintains its role as a leading provider of humanitarian aid to Gaza, the country’s president said Tuesday, pointing to the dispatch of its ninth vessel carrying 3,774 tons of relief materials to the Palestinian enclave.
Speaking after a Cabinet meeting in the capital Ankara, Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized that Türkiye had been allowing no exports to Israel that could be used for military purposes long before the current military offensive on Gaza began in October last year.
Türkiye is the country that pioneered the export restriction against Israel after Tel Aviv launched its attacks on the Gaza Strip last October, he added.
The Turkish president added that apart from a few countries, nobody reacted to the Israeli administration’s “brutality,” which trampled on international practices.
Erdogan highlighted Türkiye’s role as a stable actor amidst global turmoil, attributing this to its balanced foreign policy and achievements in the defense industry.
First of all, Turkey is not a stable actor, they buy missiles and defense weapons from Russia, side stepping the United States and its allies. Another words, Turkey has spit in the face of NATO. Turkey is a trouble maker, anti Christian and anti Jew.
Then he goes on saying few countries, nobody reacted to the Israeli administration’s “brutality. What a joke, no mention of Hamas killing, raping and murdering 1200 Jews. Remember, that the virulent septic tank minds of the Islamist will never stop their attack on Jews, it is imbedded into their Jurassic heads at an early age.

But the flotilla’s well-traveled route — the Mediterranean — has gained new relevance during the current conflict as governments and relief organizations alike turn to sea deliveries to circumvent what aid groups say is Israel’s persistent obstruction of deliveries to Gaza over land.
Elise Stefink questions Columbia Jew Hating president.
Read a full transcript of her line of questioning below:
Congresswoman Stefanik: I want to follow up on my colleague Rep. Walberg’s question regarding Professor Joseph Massad. So let me be clear, President, that he was spoken to. Who spoke with him?
President Shafik: He was spoken to by his Head of Department and his Dean.
Congresswoman Stefanik: And what was he told?
President Shafik: I was not in those conversations. I think he was told that that language was unacceptable.
Congresswoman Stefanik: But you’re not aware of what he was told? What was he told?
President Shafik: That that language was unacceptable.
Congresswoman Stefanik: And were there any other enforcement actions taken? Any other disciplinary actions taken?
President Shafik: In his case, he has not repeated anything like that ever since.
Congresswoman Stefanik: Does he need to repeat stating that the massacre of Israeli civilians was ‘awesome’? Does he need to repeat his participation in an unauthorized, pro-Hamas demonstration on April 4th? You know, Professor David Schizer talked about the lack of enforcement. Do you agree that this is an issue with a lack of enforcement when the policy of Columbia specifically stated on April 5th said, ‘I want to make clear that it is absolutely unacceptable for any member of this community to promote the use of terror or violence,’ and yet you have no action? No disciplinary action. Do you agree with how the university has handled this?
President Shafik: Yeah, we have 4,700 faculty at Columbia, most of whom spend all of their time dedicated to teaching their students
Congresswoman Stefanik: But I’m talking about the faculty members who are supporting terror and it’s not just that case. Let me bring your attention to Mohamed Abdou who was hired after the October 7th terrorist attack against Israel. He, on October 11th, posted: ‘Yes, I’m with Hamas and Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad.’ He also decried false reports accusing Arabs and Muslims of decapitating the heads of children and being rapists. We know that there were decapitations of babies, of innocent Israeli citizens, of seniors, of women, there were rapes and yet Columbia hired this individual as a professor. How did that hiring process work? Were you aware of those statements before the hiring?
President Shafik: I share with you your repugnance at those remarks. I completely understand that. On my watch, faculty who make remarks that cross the line in terms of antisemitism, there will be consequences for them.
Congresswoman Stefanik: What are the consequences in this case?
President Shafik: I have five cases at the moment who have either been either taken out of the classroom or dismissed.
Congresswoman Stefanik: And is he one of those?
President Shafik: He will never work at Columbia again.
Congresswoman Stefanik: So he has been terminated?
President Shafik: He has been terminated and not just terminated, but his files will show that he will never work at Columbia again.
Congresswoman Stefanik: So he is currently not employed by Columbia?
President Shafik: He is grading his students’ papers and will never teach at Columbia again and that will be on his permanent record.
Congresswoman Stefanik: How are you changing the hiring processes? Because on your watch, he was hired after he made these statements publicly? How are you ensuring this does not happen with your hiring process going forward?
President Shafik: So when we hire people, obviously they have to meet the academic qualifications, but we do an employment check and a criminal record check. We also ask everyone to do an attestation that they have never been accused of discrimination or part of an investigation around harassment or discrimination. And that attestation has to be signed by all new employees.
Congresswoman Stefanik: And it didn’t work in this case.
President Shafik: I think in this case, while he may not have been subject to an investigation on discrimination or found guilty, it has to be found guilty.
Congresswoman Stefanik: But don’t you think it’s a problem when the hiring process of Columbia is hiring someone who makes those statements, and is hiring them after making those statements?
President Shafik: I agree with you that I think we need to look at how to toughen up those requirements. We do have a requirement, but I agree with you. I think we need to look at how we can make it more effective.
Congresswoman Stefanik: Let me ask about Professor Katherine Frank from the Columbia Law School who said that ‘all Israeli students who have served in the IDF are dangerous and shouldn’t be on campus.’ What disciplinary action has been taken against that professor?’
President Shafik: I agree with you that those comments are completely unacceptable and discriminatory.
Congresswoman Stefanik: But I’m asking you what disciplinary action has been taken.
President Shafik: She has been spoken to by very senior person in the

Martin Sellner, Remigration: Ein Vorschlag (Remigration: A Proposal), Verlag Antaios, 2024, €20, 184 pages (available only in German)
In March, Austrian identitarian leader Martin Sellner was banned from Germany for three years. The same month, he gave a talk in the Swiss canton of Aargau when police barged in and handcuffed him. He was deported and banned from the canton also for three years. The justification for the bans in both countries was his dangerous ideas on “remigration,” which he explains in this book: a short, accessible, and admirably thorough treatment of one of the most important problems of our time.

The author calls the immigration to most Western nations “replacement migration.” The term comes from a 2000 UN policy paper, but the process began decades earlier. As Mr. Sellner puts it, “since the 1970s, population growth in Western Europe can be almost exclusively attributed to immigrants and their birth rates.”
After the Baby Boomers, each generation of native Germans, for example, has been smaller than the one before, while each generation of migrants has been larger. Mr. Sellner includes graphs from the Federal Statistical Office of Germany showing that “asylum seekers” are primarily men under the age of 40, while the median age of the native population is about 60. Some immigrants are pleased. Behzad Karim Khani, an Iranian, writes that “You are dying out, and . . . we migrants will surely inherit this country.”
Not only do immigrants have an advantage in youth and fertility, many have become citizens and can vote. Mr. Sellner estimates that there are 5 million “Germans” of non-European origin, of which 3 million are Muslims. They tend to support politicians who promise more immigration. Germans could therefore become a minority and, as Mr. Sellner notes, “lose the right of self-determination in their own country.”
Although economics are widely used to justify mass immigration, Mr. Sellner argues that moral convictions play a larger role. The Western world now belongs to a “cult of guilt” that teaches us to remember our collective sins and constantly do penance for them. In Germany, the most important aspect of this is universal “Holocaust education,” to the point that the national identity is now based on “deep historical shame.” Replacement migration is often explicitly justified as “atonement.” If it harms the native population, so much the better.
Mr. Sellner writes that immigration should not be atonement, but should benefit Germans. It should reduce Überfremdung — the feeling of being overwhelmed by foreigners in one’s own country — and support German culture. Some immigration could be allowed, but much less, and with high standards. Foreigners’ desires for a better life are understandable, but do not outweigh the interests of Germans.
In Mr. Sellner’s view, the truly assimilated could become citizens, but only at the end of a demanding “assimilation course.” They would have to demonstrate excellent knowledge of German language and culture, an above-average contribution to the economy, and show no signs of extremism. Only those who had lived in the country for 15 years without interruption (seven years for white immigrants) could become citizens. Finally, they would take an oath of loyalty to Germany, its people, and its constitution. Even those who have been naturalized could have citizenship revoked if, for example, they joined extremist groups.
Of least concern are white immigrants, who are usually integrated, if not always assimilated. They account for at least 6 million citizens, and at least 6 million more non-citizens. Culturally, they are relatively close to Germans. They vote differently from natives only in that they are somewhat more likely to support the AfD. Most have low crime rates, their birth rates are like those of Germans, and they do not burden public services. They do not start chain migration, because they do not have many poor relatives in their home countries, and those countries are safe. Even with no change in policy, Mr. Sellner would expect their numbers to decrease due to easy assimilation, low birth rates, and voluntary remigration.

Newt Gingrich called the Palestinians an “invented” people.
Hamas is supported almost entirely by Iran. This is a war on ideology-religion; the takeover of Gaza by Hamas is proof enough. The land of Israel was never conquered from the Palestinian people, for they never existed. A religious war that burns in the minds of radical Islamists. A defeat they suffered is a scar on their brains which will never go away.
Their view of Sharia law prohibits them from forgetting the defeat they suffered. Hamas, being inflicted with the imam diatribe that Jews have dirtied the holy places of Islam. The only way to stop this corrupt disease is to go into Rafah and kill the head of the Octopus.
