“But the report singles out Clinton’s failures as more serious. The report includes numerous revelations, including that her server was at one point “attacked,” that Clinton declined to be interviewed for the audit and that Clinton never sought approval to use her personal account for government work.

Democrats, though, jumped to her defense. Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., top Democrat on the House oversight committee, said in a statement:  “The Inspector General confirmed what we have known all along – that Secretary Clinton followed the practice of her predecessor when she used a personal email account. …

Apparently Cumings has air in his head, thus an “airhead.” Based on his logic, all lawbreakers who were not charged leaves Clinton off the hook.  Whoever votes for this guy in Maryland should understand that he condones breaking Federal Law.

The time has come for Ms. Clintonstonewall to face the music; Donald Trump will see to that! Not only facing the music but feeling the drums beat her into political oblivion. Trump has honed his campaign like a virtuoso and to such a degree that nobody has escaped his wrath. Road kill devastation litters the political highway, one by one Trump has disposed of his adversaries.

Hillary Clinton is next, a short order for “The Donald” because Hillary has a track record of lies, deceit, obfuscation and much much more. Once she steps into the debate box, all of her transgressions will be exposed, from Whitewater to Benghazi, nothing will be left unturned. The mother of all debate awaits us, it will send a pulse of electricity right through Ms. Clintonstonewall; she will waver like a willow in an Iowa wind. Millions of people the world over have been waiting for this moment, Trump’s kill button is ready to fire. However, world wide expect a Billion people who are hungry to watch this “HUNGER GAME.”

Although the campaign is a few months distant Trump is a master at the lambaste. Of course Hillary and Bill are both subject to his taunting at the early stage; this is what Trump does best. However, things are going as planned for the Liar Clinton, the latest poll shows her in a tight race, matter of fact some polls show her inhaling Trump’s fumes. trumptime

Disgusting isn’t It ?

Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a New York State Senator now comes under this fancy “congressional retirement staffing plan” which means that if she never gets re-elected, she STILL receives her Congressional salary until she dies. 
If Bill out-lives her, he then inherits HER salary until he dies.  He is already getting his Presidential salary ($20,000 a month) until he dies.  If Hillary out-lives Bill, she also gets HIS salary until she dies!!  Guess who pays for that??   WE DO!

Clinton‘s 20 Acre – $11 million mansion is common knowledge.    For her to establish NY residency, they purchased this mansion in upscale Chappaqua, New York. Makes sense, right?  They are entitled to Secret Service protection for life.  Still makes sense. 

Here is where it becomes interesting.  Their mortgage payments are around  $10,000/MO.   But an extra residence had to be built by the government on their acreage to house the Secret Service Agents.  Any improvement to the property is owned by the property owners…the Clinton’s. So….the Clinton’s charge the federal government $10,000 monthly rent for the use of the extra residence to house the Secret Service staff which is just about equal to their mortgage payment. 

He is the ONLY ex-president to use this loophole, thus earning the name ‘Slick Willie’.  

This means that we, the taxpayers, pay the Clinton’s, salary, mortgage, transportation, safety and security as well as the salaries for their 12 man staff and it is all perfectly legal. 
  
AND DON’T FORGET HIS GOVERNOR’S PENSION AND HER SECRETARY OF STATE PENSION. 

And here we are trying to makes ends meet and we have to cough up to support thievery such as this!!  More every day I believe that if it is POLITICS, it is crooked in one fashion or another!!        
 

HILLARY, WILL YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE COVER TRUMP’S BERN?

Hillary has not felt the real Bern as of yet. Sure she has been scalded by Bernie, but third degree burns are nothing compared to what she is in for. In one word, TRUMP.

Get ready for the Mother of All Debates. We estimate that 1 BILLION PEOPLE will tune in to watch Trump eviscerate Hillary Clinton. We also predict that Ms. Clintstonewall will self emolliate soon afterwards. This is not hyperbole; HRC is a beggar, constantly asking for votes by insinuation: for instance, ” I am for this, I am for that”, I am for you, they are against you, inferring that Trump is against , say women. Nothing can be further from the truth.

We can’t wait for Trump to call her out on that. And Benghazi, Trump will push her out the window from the 13th floor of the Trump Tower on this one. Bernie Sanders did a good job, but he is a novice compared to Trump.

In the background, waiting to make their entrance onto the stage are the devils hiding in her closet, live skeletons will be marching out haunting her to no end. Wait and see, she will be a quitter and the Democrats will have no choice but to insert another candidate after Clinton implodes. Sounds fictitious, but in reality we expect it to play out this way.

DOWN BUT NOT OUT – HILLARY IS BERN-ING UP INSIDE

Get me some ulcer pills calls Hillary to her campaign chief, “my stomach” ain’t feeling good; for the matter I have a splitting headache. Gee we wonder why, does the Bern get under her skin like no man ever before? She tolerated Slick Willy, President Obama ate her lunch, but she sucked it in. Now though, with the nomination in grasp, Ms. Clintstonewall, licking her lips, no one else will, is wondering why she can’t put away the BERN. It is a terrible thing when an old codger taunts you to no end. She is trying to be above the fray, but her patience is wearing thin. A loss in California would in an instant question her viability in November.

They call her Landslide Hillary for the win in Kentucky; a putrid 1900 vote win out of 425,000 cast. Obama pitched a shutout in 2012, Hillary had to go extra innings for her pseudo win splitting the delegates with The Bern. And at the same time Hillary was taken to the proverbial cleaners in Oregon. Shows how much the electorate loves her. Don’t forget that if it weren’t for Blacks and Hispanics, Hillary would be riding in the back of the bus.

She is a toothless liar who knows she is a loser, the people know that too. Women have been manipulated by lame stream media falsehoods continue to support her, not realizing she has enabled her husband to leave in his path a number of women with devastating reputations having been blasted by Hillary who blames the women! Now that is chutzpah for you.

Sanders, after racing Clinton right up to the finish line in the Bluegrass State, easily won the Oregon primary, and declared at a raucous rally in California that despite pressure from the Clinton campaign to abandon his quest for the nomination, he would stay in the race “until the last ballot is cast.” His speech did little to soothe escalating tensions between the Democratic campaigns.  The bad blood is starting to boil. Bring it on baby, bring it on.

Wow these are exciting times when watching Democrats spilling their own blood; nice to see them attack each other with the venom of a cobra. Nevada, once the home of many world class heavyweight fights saw a major spat last night. Oh boy did they ever, stuff like this is only supposed be seen on pay-per view. Sanders supporters, riled by the news that nearly five dozen people were not given delegate status, said the results were skewed. Convention Credential Committee Co-Chair Leslie Sexton said 64 Sanders delegates – almost double Sanders’ eventual 33 delegate shortfall – were disqualified for various reasons and not given the opportunity to appeal, The Hill reported.

Sexton initially said she was not allowed to give a report about Sanders’ delegates – for an unspecified reason – but she eventually presented her findings once chants of “recount” and “let her speak” broke out, The Hill reported.

Hillary Clintstonewall’s lap dog, Cheryl Mills, was being interviewed by the FBI the other day; she didn’t like the questions asked by the agent because they were off limits, she temporarily got up and walked out. Now why would a government employee with nothing to hide do that? Why would anything be off limits? Well, the only thing that comes to mind is that she is guilty of sin. Answer the question, we don’d care if it is off limits. In the first place nothing should have been agreed upon in advance relating to what questions would be off limits.CHAPPAQUA

First he had the criminal Lois Lerner who targeted the Tea Party who clammed up, then her boss, the head of the IRS who shut the door in Congress’s face, then Hillary Clintstonewall who continues to call the investigation a security affair. We don’t know about you, but to us, when the government is no longer responsible to the people it is time to revolt and overthrow it. And they wonder why Donald Trump is leading the pack as we march into November.

FBI CLOSING IN ON THE BIRD

Unnamed sources close to the investigation are reported to have said that the FBI has found no evidence to prove Clinton intended to violate the law.  That sounds important, but it is not.  The operative legal issue is not whether she intended to break the law, but whether she knowingly and intentionally stored classified information on her unauthorized server.  Here is the specific law:

“Whoever… knowingly removes (classified) documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.”   (18 U.S.C., section 1924)

The statute says nothing about an intent to violate the law. It is an important distinction.  Clearly, Clinton intended to create a private server for use as her exclusive means of conducting official business as Secretary of State.  She also knew it was not authorized because she never sought authorization from the relevant agencies.  At the same time, she knew her unauthorized server would collect, retain and transmit classified documents during her four year term and intended it to do so.

This would appear to violate the language of the statute. She can hardly claim she did not recognize classified material… because that would be arguing her own incompetence.

Ignorance of the Law
Is it possible for Clinton to argue that she did not know she was breaking the law?  She can try, but in a court of law it is no defense.  Ignorance of the law is never an excuse.  Otherwise, everyone accused of a crime would play dumb.  “Gee, I didn’t know my actions were a crime!”

Moreover, Clinton knew the law because she was specifically instructed on the law when she took office.  She received a “national security indoctrination” –a tutorial on the law of classified materials.  Thereafter, she signed a sworn “non-disclosure agreement” promising never to convey classified material to an unauthorized person or place.

In that same agreement, Clinton was also warned that classified material can be either marked or unmarked.  The content dictates its classification, not the markings.  So, her previous claims that nothing was marked classified is not a defense.  This is especially true since Clinton reportedly authored 104 of the classified emails herself.  Surely, she knew what she was writing.

Gross Negligence
President Obama recently called Clinton’s handling of the classified emails “careless”, but not intentional, as if that makes it okay.  However, carelessness is sufficient to be convicted of a crime.  The following statute specifically addresses this issue:

“Whoever… through gross negligence permits (classified information) to be removed from its proper place of custody… shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”  (18 U.S.C., section 793-f)

“POLITICALLY CORRECT” A RINO KILLING BULLET

The Jeb Bush’s and Marco Rubio’s, although they are Republicans, felt the Bern this primary season; panderers both. Only two words brought them down, “POLITICALLY CORRECT.”  Hillary Clinton is an expert on politically correctness, for instance, “if I knew then what I know now I wouldn’t have voted for the Iraq war.” However, Ms. Clintstonewall has upped the ante in coal country.

Appearing at a CNN town hall in Columbus, Ohio, on Sunday, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton promised that in her administration, “We’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.”

Clinton tried to walk back the insanity of that statement, but it didn’t happen. Indiana punished her bad, Sanders pulled a once unthinkable upset of the Lying Clinton. The more times she opens here mouth, the more times she puts her foot in it by trying to be “politically correct.”

However, the electorate is on to these lying double talk politicians as noted by the success of Donald J. Trump, the next president of the United States. Trump will have a field day with the Ms. Lying Clinton. And BTW don’t expect Clinton to win any of the Big Coal States. They are the grave that Hillary Rodham Clinton has dug for herself. Out of work coal miners, many of them of the Democratic persuasion and members of the United Coal Workers Union to boot know what side their toast is

The Score film.jpgThe final scene in the movie Score starring Robert De Niro, Marlon Brando and Ed Norton begins something like this.  Ed Norton says, “I’ll be so far gone you won’t know where I’m going.” DeNiro replies, “you don’t know where you are going because you have nothing.” Norton says, “you know what I have.” DeNiro replies, “you sure about that?” Norton checks the package and finds he is holding an empty bag. Well this is what Hillary Clinton is holding, an empty bag.

This scene is a metaphor, describing Clinton’s future. “NOWHERE” because she’s got nothing. Time to jail the bird.
